Right-click context menu in Effect Controls and Clips in Timeline to Add EffectsOpen for Voting

Suggested short-cut menu for Premiere: Right-click menu to add effects both in Effects Control window and on clip in timeline. We can do this in After Effects.  See sample images.  We can right-click inside the Effects Controls of a Selected Layer or even right-click the Layer and Add an effect.  However, it's never been possible in Premiere Pro. This would be a great feature to speed up the workflow saving us from having to open the Effects Window and dragging onto a clip or into the selected item's Effect's control.  I added jpgs below to clarify.AFTER EFFECTS:PREMIERE:SOLUTION:

Kedves Adobe közösség! Több éve hűséges Adobe-előfizető vagyok, elsősorban az Ön fényképezéséhez kapcsolódó szoftvereit használom, mint például a Photoshop és a Lightroom. Nemrég úgy döntöttem, hogy frissítek a teljes tervére, azzal a szándékkal, hogy bővítsem a videószerkesztési képességeimet az Adobe Premiere Pro segítségével. Csalódásomra rájöttem, hogy azonban mégis, hogy ugyanazt az előfizetési díjat, mint a többi ország felhasználóit, nem tudok sok Adobe programot, köztük a Premiere Pro-t is anyanyelvemen. Ez nagyon megnehezítette a tanulási folyamatot, mivel csak a feliratos oktatóvideókra tudok támaszkodni ami nem ideális megoldás összetett szoftverek elsajátítására. Mask Keyframe InterpolationOpen for Voting

Hi there,I'm fairly new to using Adobe Premiere Pro, and my primary function in using the product is redacting audio and video for releases to the public. I've had great success using Premiere, but one problem I am having trouble figuring out is how to change keyframe interpolation of my masks. I am using a basic Mosaic tile mask to cover sensitive information, and after I make the keys for it's movement across the canvas, I right click the keyframes and my options for interpolation are greyed out. I've been working around this by rotoscoping quite a bit, but I feel like just changing how these keyframes are interpreted would be of great help.I've read the help files (to the best of my ability), and I've been directed to go to the "Windows > Mask Interpolation" menu. I cannot find that menu anywhere.Here are two screenshots of the menus I have been looking at:I am using: Adobe Premiere Pro CC 11.1.2 (22)2017.1.2 ReleaseI am sure this is a simple answer to the veterans out there, and I appreciate the time taken to review my question.Thank you!-Kyle

P: Digital Source Type IPTC field controlled vocabulary needs updatingUnder Review

The IPTC field "Digital Source Type", which Lightroom Classic calls "Source Type" uses a controlled vocabulary. The vocabulary is at https://cv.iptc.org/newscodes/digitalsourcetype/. Currently there are 14 values. However, Lightroom only implements 5 values. The first value implemented in Lightroom is incorrect. Lightroom uses "Original digital capture from a real life scene", while the correct value is "Original digital capture sampled from real life". The final value implemented in Lightroom, "Created by software", is now deprecated and has been replaced by a variety of more specific values. Can someone at Adobe update the values for this field? Thank you.

Closed Caption Text Editing In TimelineOpen for Voting

The idea is to be able to edit closed captions directly in the sequence of the subtitle row by being able to double click the closed caption and modify the text in each closed caption section.  Example, in the attached picture, I would find it useful if i could double click the "he would" and the box would highlight and i could just start typing that way instead of having to move my mouse around to different panels.  Hope that helps !

Hebrew Voice Transcription Support in Premiere ProOpen for Voting

Dear Adobe Team,Please consider adding Hebrew language support for voice-to-text transcription in Premiere Pro.There are thousands of users in Israel who are currently forced to rely on expensive third-party plugins just to transcribe Hebrew audio.This creates a major barrier for editors and content creators working in Hebrew, especially when it comes to accessibility, subtitling, and efficient editing workflows.Moreover, the Audio Enhancer tool also becomes much less effective due to the lack of proper Hebrew support, which limits the usability of otherwise powerful AI tools.We sincerely ask you to include Hebrew transcription support in future updates. An option to revert the Mouse scroll change Program MonitorOpen for Voting

In the latest 24.4 version of Premier Pro, you can zoom in and out by mouse-scrolling on the program monitor. This is good for those who want to add effects precisely but not for editing at a fast speed   I really hope there's a way to revert the change so my productivity goes back to 100%

P: Add a cancel confirmation in Import windowOpen for Voting

Yesterday I was hit with a specific problem - while trying to use Import window, I was sieving a batch of 4.5k photos. After like about 80% done I missed the tilde key (toggle import status) and pressed ESC. To my surprise there was no confirmation on cancelling the choice, it simply disappeared. With 2 hours of my time. I switched to using P/X shortcuts and redid that execrcise, but it's a bad idea to allow exiting this window without any visible confirmation (a simple check: if amount of chosen photos > 0 -> show confirmation before exiting import modal).

撮影した写真は一旦すべてクラウドに接続されたアルバムに取り込むのですが、選定や編集を終えたあとにローカルにアーカイブする際、作例としていつでも見れるようにしておきたいので全てではなく「フラグなし」とか「星なし」のものをアーカイブみたいにできたらものすごく便利だと思うんですがどうでしょうか・・・。

Text window mods to help with dialogue assemblyOpen for Voting

I’m sure a lot of editors like using text editing by cutting and pasting text to manipulate dialogue in a timeline. That’s cool, but not my workflow.  Instead, I use the text window to build dialogue edits from a paper edit - which typically involves multiple interviews and multiple clips with multiple cameras. So I prefer to build it sequentially, selecting from one source to a fresh timeline. IThe Text window very good for this (better than searching the old way with time codes on a paper printout that get you in the general area) … but the window needs some slight modifications to make it great. Larger text window to search: When you’re building from a paper edit, to accurately find the right section requires at least three or more words for an accurate result. But the tiny window makes it very awkward to do this and modify a result. Cannot fathom why this window is so small when the interface has so much space there. Keyboard navigation: It would be great to be able to use arrow, home, end, up & down keys to jump between search results. Especially helpful to get to the top of a large number of results which is surprisingly difficult to do if you’ve started your search anywhere but the start. Lock the text source: When building a dialogue edit, you end up grabbing pieces from another timeline which has multiple clips and moving it to your new sequence. But when you move the clip the text window feels compelled to resort and show you all the text in your build sequence. Don’t need that. And any manipulation of that clip in the build sequence can freak the text window out and make your timeline jump wildly to different points in your timeline. This results in confusion & frustration. You can uncheck “follow” but that just limits the view to source or sequences - not a specific sequence. It would be great to have a way to lock the text window to your source monitor and/or to a specific sequence. That way when you click the text window you always know where you are selecting from. Color coding speakers: It would be great to color code the speakers so it’s much easier to see who’s dialogue you are reading and selecting from. Select with IN & OUT alone: right now when selecting from another sequence you have to create a splice at your IN and a splice at your OUT and then select that clip (or clips) and drag it/them to another timeline. Instead it would be great to have a button (like the Linked selection or Snap in timeline buttons) where your IN&OUT select everything in active tracks of the sequence  and when you choose COPY you can then simply paste it into another timeline. Fast, clean, simple. Saves so many clicks and steps. I think this would be helpful in general, not just dialogue editing. Collaborative transcription editing: It would be great to have a way to send a link to another person to proof & correct the transcription (in a browser window perhaps?) which could update the results of the transcription and, as a bonus, help train Adobe’s transcription AI. Thanks for listening!

P: Sync Images by histogramOpen for Voting

To be able to adjust exposure by dragging the histogram and having that sync across to all images that you have selected. You can currently do this this but the + / - of the exposure (or shadows, highlights etc) is what syncs, not the histogram. So, if you have multiple images selected, and adjust the histgram on one image, and that therefore translates to a +1.50 of exposure, then all the selected images are also adjusted by +1.50 of exposure. This can be the same for shadows, highlights etc but each image would therefore have differing histograms. It would be handy to be able to sync the images by histogram, so each image selected could therefore be differing figures on the sliders (eg +1.50 for one, +0.75 for another etc - but the histogram reads the same) Great for getting a batch of images synced if you happen to be over / under exposed when shooting.  I shoot a lot of sport and this would be much quicker to batch process images for a match. Hope that makes sense.

P: Relative view sizing percentageOpen for Voting

I would love the ability to have the ability to adjust the image size relative to a specific window. For example, if I am editing images at 25% size and some images have different megapixels they would still fill the predetermined window size instead of getting larger or smaller as I progress. I prefer to have a lot of grey around my images in the develop modue, so it's distracting having the images change sizes so frequenty if say I'm working on a catalog of images from different cameras with different megapixels.   If anyone uses Photomechanic, you know what I'm talking about.

Keyframe Editor as Separate PanelOpen for Voting

The title says it all. More and more editors are doing animations directly in Premiere Pro. Now, Davinci did it first and I'm suprised that Adobe still hasn't improved Premiere's keyframe editor considering After Effects has been leading that for years. Everytime I want to create bezier.. it's just tedious and especially in that tiny little space that I have available. Would love to have new tools for keyframe editing and better yet, let us assign shortcuts. just my two cents. I still love premiere and I think it still does a ton of things better than DV, but lacking behind the competition is a bad look being such a long player in the game.  Good luck dev team!

BAD!! Look & Feel for PremiereOpen for Voting

With the new Update 25.1.0 Premiere has introduced a new Look&Feel to the User and I don't like it. Honestly... get rid of those round edges and stop pretendig to be like DaVinci Relsolve. There have been just too much of changes introduced recently and the thing with the round corners maked me angry. Please bring back the way it has been, the current state sucks. BE MORE LIKE PREMIERE!

More and more mice (mouses?) have multiple keys. It would we tremendiously helpful to remap mouse keys to user functions as is possible with keyboard shortcuts.I would prefere that the scroll wheel could also be used to scroll in time, instead of zooming in and out.It would be great to map the additional mouse keys to functions as well.Thanks for your consideration.

Please add mouse buttons key bind functionality.  I want to add edits and delete clips with one hand and eat my peanuts with the other.  Efficiency is a key part of editing. Thank you.
