link between painter and stageOpen for Voting

two adobe programs and both on 3D industry but for some reason there is no real link structure between them. When we send the painting we made in painter to stager with its object, it sends it as a new object. however, it just needs to update the changes. I can move the object from painter in stager to other places, I can put it under other objects in the scene, I can shrink and enlarge it. but then if I need to change something in painter, it goes to stager as a new object and I have to do all the placement operations again. the existing object is not updated. this is very pointless. for example, when I export a model I drew outside with the same file name, I can update this object in painter. but I can not do the same in stager. just for this reason I use another program instead of adobe's own rendering program (which works exactly as I said), while adobe stager just takes up space on my computer without ever opening 🙂

It would be much more useful if the geometry mask could be selected instead of the color mask when dragging the material onto the object by holding ctrl.

I think it is good to see "revisions" or " document versions" feauture in Photosop. There is a "new document" feauture avaible but this is not working in the same document.

P: Improved stylus supportOpen for Voting

Good morning,For a few weeks I have been using a 2 in 1 computer with a stylus for editing photos in Lightroom and it is very wonderful compared to editing with the mouse. It's much more comfortable, I often do this lying in bed with the tablet on my legs.However, there are some features of Lightroom that would require adaptation for use with a pen:1. The bars and their slider for adjusting exposure/contrast etc located in the right panel are a little small. For optimal work it would really be better to thicken them and enlarge their cursor.2. The numbers of these bars which indicate the percentage are located to their right. These numbers are hidden by my hand when using the stylus. So it would be good to move them to the left of the bars.3. When using the stylus I do not have access to the keyboard and therefore certain commands are harder to execute. Example: undo, multiple photo selections. It would be cool to have a small panel on the screen that can be personalized and which would contain buttons for various functions of this type.THANKS!

Adobe Cloud file management is badOpen for Voting

I need to clean my Cloud space, but it's a nightmare. There isn't any efficient tool to perform the download of files to a local storage. It's only allowed in group of 10 files. I am not complaining about time, because it takes what it needs, but it could be managed in a much better way.Everything is mixed, the selection among Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat,..files must be done manually.It's a headache. Web access is different than Cloud desktop app, with different features...Being the world leading supplier of creative applications does not work if it's so difficult to manage the results of the applications.I don't care if I can select background in my images or remove objects or extend canvas with AI and then I am stuck in managing the results of my work.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT - Option to exclude selected files to be collected (Ex. RAW FOOTAGE)Open for Voting

I wish there was this feature!  Would be easier/faster to manage all the files for a selected PR project in order to deliver it to a client or a colleague. For example, when I want to send the project to a colleague, I don't need to include the RAW footage, because they already have it on their side. would love for there to be an option to set scratch disks in the new project dialogOpen for Voting

The way I work is that I have a media drive connected to my macstudio.  Each job (theoretically) has it's own media drive which my client pays for...  All my media, previews, autosaves, proxies etc.  live on this external drive.   I often visit a client with my external drive and work with them on their system (love how easy it is to temporarily authorize my license on my clients computer to work at their office).  Now, unless I missing something, after I create a new project I have to go to project settings to set the various scratch disks...  Not a big deal, but would make my life easier if I could set this in the new project window...  Every once in a while, I forget to set the scratch disks, so the folders are created in the folder where all my premiere projects live (in a folder on my startup drive that's automatically mirrored on dropbox).    If I'm not paying attention these files can jam up my startup drive (not a pretty picture)...     And would also be nice if I could point to a folder on my media drive and all the scratch disks would be set to the folder.  Again, not a big deal, just have to click down resetting each of the scratch disks.     Not sure anyone else works this way...  so speak up if you do and if you like this idea.       Thanks as always to the adobe team.  You're doing a great job.

FEATURE REQUEST: MIRROR CROPPINGOpen for Voting

Hi, using the crop effect can be time consuming.  If there were a MIRROR CROPPING feature (just a check box) to the crop effect, it would be twice as fast for images that need to be cropped evenly on each side. Now wouldn't that be great!? If it already exists, I'd be glad to know. Cheers!

Activate Intel's Turbo Mode, etc. for Peak File ProcessingOpen for Voting

Good day Adobe, I would like to see Premiere Pro (in Microsoft Windows) to have the ability to activate the faster processor cores on Intel's CPU, as well as any capability Nivida cards can provide. For some reason, we have a standard size length of about 1.5 hours taking 3 to 4 times longer to process, so I can only guess it got stuck on the slower "efficient" multi-core on Intel's CPU. This thing should be activating turbo mode and just get the job done! Thank you for any help you can provide.

AI photo editing ToolsOpen for Voting

Crazy Idea for the Adobe employees that occassionally look at these threads (and summarily ignore the ideas offered): the generative AI and neural filters are, on occassion, slightly useful, but they have a limited scope (and become dysfunctional with aspects like the neural filters' memory consumption and the neural filters you've been promising for forever now without hope they'll ever be finished): How about Adobe ... the "photo shopping tool"... makes... I know... CRAZY idea here... one that has somehow slipped past the army of programmers, ceo's, decision makers, and designers at Adobe:   AI Photo shopping tools!?   BOOM! I know, right? Amazing!   But, snark aside, let's be serious for a second Adobe. [cursing removed] There are (it seems like) 500 AI content generators out there, and of the 27+ I've tried: they all work better than adobe's firefly (like, epic leaps and bounds better that I don't even bother with firefly and you would have to do something AMAZING for me to even spend more time giving that a chance). As for generative AI in photos, you are (it feels like), about 40 years away from making that work well on a consistent basis. How or why? I cannot fathom. It does a good job, sometimes, on some subjects. And, I can see that you've put some work into it... although... (again, it seems like), you've spent more money on the advertising and campaign hype for firefly and in-photoshop generative AI than the actual training. But, for some odd reason, the one thing you seem disinterested in doing:   AI Photoshopping tools, with prompts like: undo blur, enhance ring, equalize coloring, change white shades to red shades, restore photo, fix blemish, etc. ... etc.... etc... (as I am not on the team of people paid to do this... I'll let you work out the rest of the prompts). But, it seems to me, that after the decades this company has been in business, you've seen enough photos come through that you know what can be done to a photo. It's not infinite. If someone wants to keep an element but simply (for example) remove or add a blur ... while there are filter tools... why doesn't the AI tool have these functions? Why are there not element AI photoshop mods available IN photoshop? Ie: "Make eyes look forward". "add belt" "remove belt", etc. and so forth and train your AI to integrate into the actual picture? Sure, generative AI does "okay" for filling in gaps... usually. But - I'm talking a USEFUL AI tool, for photoshopping images, that "corrects" and "fixes". You can even create a drop-down list or a limited range list of commands for the editing portion.   There you go. Brazillion dollar fix for adobe. Please don't spend 80 weeks thinking about it and another 80 weeks to implement it because, by then, all of the other AI has caught up and we've moved on. Cheers!   (and get rid of that [cursing removed] "content violation" UNTIL you can figure out how to make it actually work. Seriously. We're tired using software only to be told that adjusting an ear, or adding lighting to a house, is a "violation of community guidelines." It's not. You're a tool for artists. Zero restrictions (except for illegal content obviously and frankly, there are FREE AI tools out now that can detect that with a 90%+ accuracy ... so... what are y'all doing all day long wasting our time with this nonsense? Fix that.) Thanks!

Liked the old Creative Cloud Desktop better than it is nowOpen for Voting

With the old CC Desktop, it was just a simple list of my current Adobe installed apps and no clutter. With the new format, my installed apps are listed wayyyy over to the right (along with an annoying scroll bar, because the icons are spaced too far apart), and butt-ton of clutter (read: news and features regarding Adobe products that I never cared about). Any way to go back to the old format?

Shortcut HistoryOpen for Voting

I believe this could be a helpful feature for all Adobe products, but I'll post it here.I can't tell how many times I've been working and accidentally hit the wrong keys for a shortcut I was trying to do. For example, I might be trying to copy something and intend to hit Ctrl + C, but instead hit Ctrl +X. Depending on the keys, this can completely change the functionality of the program. For instance, in Illustrator, at some point, I hit ctrl + shift + B and didn't realize it. I wasn't able to transform the shapes that I needed. But I had no clue I made that accident so I was perplexed why this was occurring. I then had to spend time trying to figure out what was wrong and how to fix it.If there were a history of what shortcuts had been pushed, then it would be much easier to see what happened and how to correct it.

Premiere Pro 2025 Text Adjustment Issues and Feature RequestsOpen for Voting

In the Premiere Pro 2025 version, Align and Transform Linked Style Pin to These options have been moved to the Appearance settings, making it quite inconvenient.When there are many shadows or strokes set for text, you need to scroll through a long page just to adjust positioning or apply character styles to different text within the same graphic. Furthermore, the current version cannot select all of the graphical text together in order to uniformly adjust their text positions (text position, not vector position). Can you provide an option to revert the settings and add functionality for moving the style (such as multiple strokes) up or down?Moreover, why does the position of a text that has been set change when switching to different character styles? (Not referring to text alignment but rather an upward or downward movement to a different location) For example, a text placed at the bottom of a video will move to the center if a style created and saved in the middle of the screen is applied.

PS feature request: set white pointOpen for Voting

Hi guys, 25-year PS user here with a feature request that's so obvious that I've always wondered why it isn't already part of PS. It is a white point function, to automatically pull the white point for all three channels up to 254 without blowing any pixels. It would do exactly the same as auto-curves in "maximize contrast" mode, but without touching the midtones or black point, just setting a white point and letting everything else fall where it may. I like setting the white point independently of anything else, so I have to use "maximize contrast" and then manually delete all the points for midtone and black point correction. A separate white point function would be easy to add to the curves dialogue, so how about it? Or maybe this feature already exists in some other form and I'm just the biggest noob ever? Please enlighten.

Remove automatic number sequence when exporting layers to files in PhotoshopOpen for Voting

Photoshop automatically adds a number sequence to files exported using the "export layers to files" option under the edit menu - at least on Mac. This requires me to either manually remove the numbers or move into Lightroom or Bridge. A checkbox to add / not add the number sequence would be very useful. I make surface patterns and export large numbers of layers-to-files and it's a big hassle that I can't just turn off this annoying feature. This has been a topic of discussion since at least 2017, but the problem is still not addressed in PSD 2025.

A "show what's outside of the sequence frame" view in the Program MonitorOpen for Voting

When cutting up widescreen clips which are larger than the cropped in vertical video sequence settings, is there a way to turn on a “show what’s outside of the frame” type of view, so that I can be working in that sequence, and have the project monitor show me however much of any given clip in the timeline exists outside of the frame? These days so many of us are forced to crop into widescreen video to cut for social media short form, so I figure that there has gotta be a way to streamline the workflow in this way. I'm so tired of all of the extra clicks to view every clip in the source monitor to see if theres anything thats outside of the program monitor view that i might want to reposition for. It makes everything take a lot longer and frankly my resulting work is inferior due to getting so bogged down during editing. The process would be so much more streamlined if i could just always see whats outside of the frame. I just need some margins to show me the current sequence vertical frame, and then just display however much of any clip exists outside of that. Then I can rapidly decide to resposition any given clip in the timeline as I'm editing.   Please god let this be a thing!   Thanks!   Please and thanks!   Mod note: Title changed.

Reset button for the Freeze Mask in LiquifyOpen for Voting

I suggest adding a Reset button for the Freeze Mask in Liquify.Yep, we can use the "eraser" or click "Cancel" to quit the workspace and then load it again via the menu.But removing an unwanted mask in 1 click would be faster and easier.
