para o turnable, existir a opção de gerar a partir de um desenho de frente e outro lateral.Assim as proporções em outros ângulos ficam mais exatas.
Layer organization is one of the most cumbersome things in Illustrator. I'd like to be able to select a target layer to paste into from another document. It also shouldn't force you to put it into a layer that you purposely locked or not paste it in at all. Also, when I select a layer (with A or V tool) already in the document, I'd like it to open/highlight in the layers panel, so I don't have to scroll forever, looking for a tiny dot, to find it.
It would be great if (somehow) that small green and red indicator could be implemented in illustrator. while working you can glance down and see red and know right away that something is wrong. click on it to see what is wrong. a font missing error, overset text in a text box, linked file missing etc.
It would be helpful to include rulers in outline mode. They currently dissapear when view changed to outline.
There are 50 shades of grey for the user interface in adobe illustrator but a realy dark version or even a pitch black version is missing.Make that happen please.
HI! It would be really useful to have an option outside Preferences panel (may be close to SHOW GRIDS icon?) that would allow us to switch between having GRIDS IN FRONT or IN BACK since people who use GRIDS need to have them IN FRONT while designing, but sometimes we need them to be IN BACK just not to annoy us and we have to be constantly going into PREFERENCES panel, then going to GUIDES & GRID and activating or deactivating this option. GRIDS are a great and useful way to design logos and I'm sure all of us who are dedicated to this would be eternally grateful.
Lock the movement of text layers, but still allow them to be edited without worrying about them moving.
It would be very helpful if i could edit the built-in grid starting point in the same way I can edit ruler´s starting point.Sometimes when I am in the middle of the work already and need to set the grid in the back as guides, but I would need to snap the grid to my design and not my design to the grid. This little feature would be quite helpful I guess. Faster than using a grid tool too.Cheers. Lukas
Dua for Iftar Illustrator & Dua for Suhoor IllustratorI use print purpose so i need vector file
Good DayIs it possible to create a function where you can abort save and revert to last save? This is because sometimes when you are saving a file it will show the rainbow ball of death continuosly and it either takes a long time for the file to save or the file crashes and sometimes doesn't restore last save. Can there be an option to abort saving because at the moment you have to let Illustrator do it's thing and it not really feasable when you are on a tight dealine and you have to wait 30 min or more for a file to save.Abort button can be a great function please!!
It would be extremely useful to have a built-in feature in Adobe Illustrator that allows users to convert PNG and JPG images (such as posters, artwork, or logos) into scalable SVG vector files automatically using AI.Currently, users must rely on manual tracing or third-party tools, which are often time-consuming, inconsistent, and require multiple adjustments. An AI-driven “Convert to Vector” option could analyze the image intelligently — detecting edges, colors, shapes, and text — and produce a clean, editable SVG version directly within Illustrator.Key Benefits:One-click conversion from raster (PNG/JPG) to vector (SVG).AI-assisted precision, reducing the need for manual tracing or cleanup.Supports posters, illustrations, and graphics with multiple colors and gradients.Customizable vector quality and simplification options (e.g., edge smoothness, color tolerance).Time-saving workflow integration for designers, illustrators, and digital artists. This feature would significantly improve
It would be very helpful to have all of the stroke options available, like rounding the edges on stroke corners and end caps and stroke alignment, etc. I know this is likely just a feature that hasn't been implemented in Beta yet, but it's sorely misssed in my personal & professional use of Illustrator. Thanks.
Arovechando su propio alcance deberían integrar en una sola plataforma, Ilustrator, photoshop y After effects
could you please improve libraries. I have thousands of vector assets and it takes forever to sort into catagories. Couldnt ai do this for me and name my assests for me?
I never save files to the .ait format under the SAVE AS menu. But I will inadvertenly select it when I'm in a hurry instead of PDF. This has to be one of the least used formats under SAVE AS. Moving it to the EXPORT menu won't cause a great amount of confusion. If you feel the same please vote. ThanksRick.
New artboards are always blank! But why? While creating a new artboard I want to create the guidelines and certain background images too. So far I1) create an artboard,2) add guides,3) copy certain elements4) start working Why not define a costume artboard that already includes all this?
When exporting all variations, it would be incredibly useful to name each exported layer within the "All Views Grid" to be notated degree to which they are rotated ("Subject 0, -45" "Subject 45, -120," etc.) This could be crucial in animation workflows. Thanks so much.-dang
Can you add a Time line window for turntable feature. it would be great to beable to render a quick clip of the turntable or be able to send the turntable asset to another adobe app for a quick render in substance stager or after effects.
I would like to share an idea that could be very useful for sublimation printing and garment printing companies. My suggestion is to add an auto-resizing feature for garments within Adobe Illustrator. For example, there could be an input option to specify the garment size (Small, Medium, Large, etc.), along with customizable size settings. After creating the desired printable design, the user could simply select the size—small, medium, or large—and the design would automatically resize proportionally before printing. This feature would be extremely valuable for printing businesses, especially since Adobe Illustrator works with vectors and ensures color accuracy. Adding an automated resizing function for different garment sizes would make the design-to-print workflow faster and more efficient. This is just a small mock-up idea from my mind, but I believe it can make a big difference for designers and printing professionals. Thank you very much. Alfie C. Tub
When saving an Illustrator file, I would love to see an options button as you do with InDesign (to avoid the next popup panel stage) and an option, rather than just a warning, about resolution to allow you to toggle raster effects on save instead of having to save, edit setting and then resave.
Hi. Currently, adding a gradient to a pattern takes a lot of time and effort. Once the user has made a pattern, it will get saved in the swatches but the pattern has to be made into an object using the Expand command due to which it creates many layers of clipping path groups. Once the clipping path groups are ungrouped, then we can add a pattern to the group. Instead of all these steps, make it simpler to add the gradient directly to the pattern itself, which will save us all users a lot of time and effort. Thanks.
Propose adding a new dropdown menu that displays available templates, including custom templates and default templates categorized by country or origin.
Hello, the amazing Adobe team!First of all, I would like to appreciate your efforts in improving Adobe Illustrator. I've been using it for some years now, and it has updated drastically since then. I would like to give an idea or suggestion for the file tabs in Illustrator. Problem: I save the file names based on the projects, and many times the names are very lengthy. When multiple files are open, it gets difficult to switch between the tabs. I have to move the cursor to the right-most for the context menu, then select the required tab. Suggestion/idea: How about we have horizontal scrolling for the opened file tabs? Just as we use the mouse wheel or trackpad gesture to scroll in the canvas area, we can have a similar effect for the tabs. When the cursor hovers over the file tabs, we should be able to scroll the tabs and quickly select the required one. This would really help us switch between the tabs and transfer content, especially when working with pre-ma
