Illustrator (Beta)

Turntable missing in Illustrator Beta 29.9.36. I have tried everything install reinstalling the software relaunching it several times, grouping the vector objects but nothing is working the turntable option is not at all visible in the transform tab or anywhere else. Please help This is my laptop specifications please let me know if it is because of my system it is not supported as on creative cloud it shows works on this deviceSpecifications -  

I understand from other posts that Turntable is only availalbe on 29.9 & 29.8 version. How do I get those?I've logged out and logged back in several times on CC.

Hello Adobe Illustrator team, The issue I previously reported regarding the Adobe Illustrator update (version 30.00) is still unresolved.Previously, in older versions (specifically version 28.00 and below), my GPU driver was still detected by Illustrator's features. However, now in the latest update (version 30.00), my system's GPU driver is no longer detected or is unavailable in the Illustrator performance features. I have already updated to the latest GPU driver from the Qualcomm Adreno website. To be clear, my device is using the latest ARM64-based system with the Qualcomm Adreno X Elite series.Please help, as I cannot work without the GPU features. Can you please provide an estimated timeframe for when this issue might be resolved?Thanku

In Illustrator beta v. 2026 I am noticing that my gradients in nested groups are saving wildly wrong and or reverting to a previous iteration after save-close-open again. The preview, jpeg and illustrator file of the same file are wildly wrong. Please see screenshots and screenshot names for visual.

When using the turntable feature in beta 30.0 21 on Win 11, the progress bar appears, but after it finishes, there is no context menu with the controls to actually use the feature. Instead I get an Error message: "Error displaying the views. Please select another artwork." This happens for both these objects (I somehow can not upload the illustrator file:

After editing the gradient points,when an object is selected, this gradient is automatically applied.That is, you edit an object with a gradient,and then simply select any object with the Selection tool "V" — the last gradient that I edited is automatically applied to this object.    

I'm running the ongoing "Beta" version of Illustrator for ARM. I have all of my preferences/settings exactly where I want them. Yet every time there's an update to the beta version, it resets everything to Adobe's default settings, and I have to go back in and re-set everything to where I want it. It's merely an annoyance, but it's a major one.

The settings for regular PNG export have disappeared (now there is no option to choose a transparent background) when exporting assets.Only PNG-8 settings remain.

Hello, I’ve just installed the Illustrator Beta version 30 (using my company work account) here in Canada. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, grouping objects, and following all the recommended steps to make the Turnable feature visible, but nothing has worked so far. I’ve heard that Adobe may be rolling out this feature regionally. Could it be that it’s not yet available in Canada? or could the issue be related to using a work account? Could you please help me enable the Turnable feature so I can test it out?Thank you!

I would like to ask why the turntable menu in my Illustrator application does not appear, and how to make it appear. Thank you.

Feedback on Turntable ToolThe Turntable tool doesn’t seem to interpret my artwork accurately when generating new angles. For example:I drew a character with a backwards baseball cap, but when I rotated the generated view, sometimes the hat appeared facing forward instead of staying backwards.Important facial features didn’t carry through—both the lips and nose disappeared in the side view, instead of showing up the way you would normally draw a 2D character from the side.The line variation and overall quality of the original illustration didn’t hold up in the generated views.While the tool is helpful for roughing out angles, I still need to redraw most of the art afterward in order to make it usable.Additionally, when the artwork becomes editable, it breaks every shape up independently. In my original drawing, I build the art using overlapping layered shapes. After generating, I lost those layers, which makes it impossible to work with the art instantly.
