Eventually when applying settings from a previous photo all the bars are reseted , some other times all the bars are reseted to zero like i am editing a newly created jpeg file. Some other times the settings i am seeing are the settings from previous photo , but only when i go back and forth i see the real settings i have used on my photo. Sorry for the messy video , it was initially sended to a co-worker
Hi. I noticed that the Lua SDK version for LrC that is available in the Adobe Developer console is still stuck at v14.3. Will there not be a SDK release for v15? I am hoping that all of the new AI and assist features might be getting better scripting support. (Also, maybe finally API support for image stacks...though that probably will never happen 😉 )
I'm wanting to export an image in DNG format, with denoise already applied. How do I do that? Before, I could batch export a heap of files and the new DNGs created by Lightroom would have denoise already applied. Since the change to Denoise not creating a new file, I find the exported DNG files no longer have denoise applied.I've tried embedding the original RAW file, but it doesn't work either, but that defeats the purpose of what I'm wanting to do anyway, which is store a much smaller DNG file with my edits, rather than keep my original RAW files which take up much more space. How can I export a DNG file that can be re-edited later with denoise already applied? Thanks in advance.

Lightroom Classic shows photos as synced but originals never download.MobileDownloads.lrdata is never created.Sync.lrdata and wfindex were deleted.Disk permissions verified. This appears to be a known Lightroom cloud sync lock requiring an Adobe backend reset.
When I try to import files, the auto culling window pops up. And at that point, Lightroom freezes. I can't close that window, or import or do anything. The only way I can get out is by "end Task" in windows. Any ideas
Given so many reports of performance issues with 15 and 15.01, has anyone who has had issues tested the new release of 15.1 and seen any improvements ? Mike
My agency is considering a switch from Classic to the cloud-based LIghtroom, which Adobe appears to call Lightroom ecosystem. For those who have made the switch, what are the pros and cons? Is performance better in the ecosystem version? Do you lose anything by abandoning Classic? Anything else we should consider for the decision? I've posted here many times about our performance issues. Last month, we moved all of our original photos from a server destination to a hard drive connected via USB-C. One day last week, performance problems previously experienced on the server resurfaced, including:make an edit, several minutes before the change appears in Historyexport a photo via keyboard shortcut or menu command, several minutes before the Export dialog window appearedexporting would take longer than normal (I know duration depends on quantity, but a batch of 10 photos would take several minutes whereas it typically takes a few seconds) We don't store any video files in Li
Running Windows 11 on a decent PC. Personally, I have never liked "Dark" mode but seem to be forced into it for Lightroom Classic (and Lightroom). Is there a 'light mode' I can enable? I haven't seen anything in preferences. Cheers Alan
I have been successfully syncing lightroom classic to the cloud storage.Recently it is showing constantly that it is syncing - it reports permanently syncing 53 photos. New photos and changes are successfully sync'd, but these 53 remain. Main issue is it prevents my Mac from sleeping which is how I have it set.I can see errors in the diagnostic report, but have no idea what to do to correct these. I have attached the report if anyone knows how to interpret.thanks
I have an album in Lightroom Classic that has a custom sort order (not by date). Is there a way to ensure that the order is the same on Lightroom.com?
I have two PCs running Lightroom Classic. On each of them I have set the export option to choose the folder to save the export later. On one of them, I set it up once and the next time I do an export, it has remembered which folder I chose last time. On the other one, each time I export, I have to tell LRc which folder I want it saved in. So, something is different somewhere, but I cannot find what or where. I've looked at all the preferences and as far as I can see, they are both the same. Anyone have any ideas? Both PCs are running the latest Windows 11. They also now both use the same catalog file (on the network) although the issue was there when they had separate catalogs. Cheers Alan
hola, algien sabe por que sale esto y como puedo solucionarlo no me deja trasferir las imagenes de mis dos camaras sony ( a7ii y a7iv) que tengo en las dos me sale lo mismo
Hi, I have a new laptop and need to transfer Lightroom from my old PC. I have seen several methods on you tube etc but can anyone advise a simple process to achieve this? Thanks, Dave
Hi all, Having a strange issue. If I apply a Vignetting preset (e.g. Vignetting - Heavy) and then switch to another picture and go back, it will apply "Grain - Heavy". I can even see it adding the Grain preset to the history. It's like it confuses the Vignetting and Grain presets since they are both "Preset: Heavy". The attached video shows the bug. I had previously had this issue and when I contacted Adobe support they had me reset my settings which made the problem go away. However, it just started happening again a few weeks later. I am using v15.0.1 on MacOS Tahoe 26.1. Appreciate any guidance on this as I don't want to keep having to reset my settings.
I am experiencing two issues in Lightroom Classic:1. Multi-photo rotation in Print module:- Cannot rotate multiple selected images at once.- Must leave Print module and rotate in Library or Develop.- Disrupts workflow and increases error risk.2. Blank prints with DNP DS820A:- Some photos print completely blank, even though previews are correct.- Paper, ribbon, and printer connections are correct.- Occurs only when printing from Lightroom.System Details:- Lightroom Classic 13.0- Windows 11 Pro, 64-bit- Printer: DNP DS820A- Time Zone: AST (UTC -4)I request Adobe to consider adding multi-photo rotation in Print module and provide a fix for blank printing issues.
What I’m trying to solve Lightroom Classic is amazing for clean, professional results—but when I want a vintage lens / cinematic aesthetic, I often need to add optical imperfections. Right now, I end up editing certain photos in DaVinci Resolve specifically because I can add artifacts like coma and chromatic aberration creatively. I’d strongly prefer to keep this inside Lightroom Classic so I can stay in a batch-edit workflow. Requested improvement (one request):Add creative controls to intentionally introduce: Coma (especially visible toward frame edges/highlights) Chromatic Aberration (add, not just remove) Why this matters / workflow impactThis would let photographers emulate vintage lenses and build a cohesive look directly in Lightroom Classic without round-tripping to other software. It’s not about “fixing” optics—it’s about creative styling. Where this helps most Night scenes / point light sources (coma look) Vintage lens emulation for portraits and lifes
I have the same problem but on all my photos. It becomes impossible for me to filter only modified photos.Any suggestion?
Im working on a final project for college, so fast replys would be appreciated if able Im having an issue with lightroom very slightly cropping my images, and I have been unable to find a way to restore the full resolution. Ive attached some screenshots showing the raw files in explorer, the import settings, and the files in library with the changed dimentions. Ive already looked at a lot of guides having simmilar but not the exact same issue, and no fixes ive tried have worked. I tried just resetting the crop in the develop module but it doesnt show any crop to reset, Ive tried a very old plugin to restore edges and that didnt work either. I dont think its a camera setting as the actual raw file has the expected resolution, its just lightroom thats cutting it down. I also have made sure there is no lens correction being applied either. Im at a loss here, any help is appreciated
The Supported Cameras page says that the Canon EOS R6 Mark III doesn't have camera-matching profiles: But if you download sample raws for that camera from here, they have camera-matching profiles available, e.g.
For no obvious reason - to me - suddenly LrC does not recognise people anymore... Even when I use a photo with 1 person full figure I get the message "no people found". All other options work perfectly.
I have the images taken in 2025 on my laptop and I have all my other images off on a NAS. I've been updating and fixing such things as Country recently which involved changing the metadata value of many thousands of images at the same time. It was going rather slow and I also noticed that my NAS was being accessed so I did a few quick experiments. (For reference, this is LrC 15.0.1, macOS 26, M1 Max MBP). With the remote NAS mounted, changing the state from Texas to TX of 48517 images took 3 hours. With the NAS unmounted, changing the country from blank to Banana on 30101 images took about one minute. The later is what I would expect. I believe I've mentioned this before but perhaps not in this forum. I can't recall. But this is a serious error. The whole point of LrC for me is the database and being able to quickly find and manipulate metadata associated with the images. I don't know how to open a bug report but I def
Hello! So I have been working on a folder of photos for a while and I went back on to my computer today and now im only seeing 6 imported folders when there should be 20-30. I have not changed the names of any folders that would cause them to not be found. I have not moved the location of them either. I store all my photos on a hard drive. I have no idea why its not showing all my imported photos. Any ideas would be appriciated since I really do not want to start all over. Thanks!
