Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I’m experiencing a bug when exporting HDR photos from Lightroom directly to Instagram using the integrated sharing button on my iPhone 16 Pro Max running iOS 18.4.   When I export an HDR photo using Lightroom’s built-in Instagram integration, the resulting AVEIF file appears corrupted or incompatible, preventing me from uploading it as a post. However, when I manually create an AVEIF file, it works perfectly and uploads without issues.   The integration button is extremely convenient, and I would love to have this bug fixed so I can fully use it. When I click on my profile in the Lightroom community, (on the iPad app) I get blsck screen with the following messsge. "Something went wrong. Please try again after some time." This has happened as long as I have had Lightlightroom. (About 3 weeks now)

I've just started using the free version of the iPhone Lightroom app. I took some photos using Lightroom but I don't know how to find where they're stored. I can only see the ones taken by the iPhone camera app.

Thank you for listening to us users, I've seen app changes I've asked for and it's just amazing that u take the time to improve your amazing program! I don't really use the preset profiles, I mean as a Lightroom user why the heck would I?😂 but also, when ever I had the urge to try and go and flip through the nice presets I get into a situation: I pick a profile, but I can't unpick it!  So I'm stuck with a profile and need to either go back, reverse, which is a mess if you've been going through many of the profiles 😂 my way to get rid of the profile is to just reset to import. Still there's is room for an easy improvement here. If I can add an profile, I should be able to remove just as easily as I added it. Other than that, thank you for making a great raw file editor on iPad, love you for it!  

I accedently clicked the favorite star to off on the adaptive color profile.  Now I can't find it anyway.  How do I restore it?   

Im not abke to access the premium features even though i paid for them. What's the reason for this?

 

Just downloaded Lightroom. Brand new user and newbie. Clean machine -- Ryzen 9 16-core, 128GB RAM, Nvidia 5070 GPU. Crashes before can even access menus. Crash dumps sent.

Hi, I'm experiencing lag when using Lightroom on my laptop. It slows down when applying adjustments, especially with brushes and large files.

I just tried to open Lightroom and got this error message:What now?

So the other day the app was running smoothly (even AI Denoise) till this time.Lightroom crashes everytime I try to AI Denoise a RAW image (the pop up doesn't even show up) and also started to crash on start.Also Lightroom Classic crashes when I try to AI Denoise a RAW image (the pop up with the loading comes up but it freezes and crashes)I tried to uninstall and reinstall everything, cleared every cache i found, but nothing changed.I also followed this discussion (https://community.adobe.com/t5/creative-cloud-services-discussions/deleting-all-cache-files-under-adobe-and-old-stuff-in-application-support-after-running-cc-clean/td-p/13491138) but still no solution.This is my system info:   Lightroom version: 8.2 x64 [ 20250201-0700-1b12095 ] (Feb 1 2025)NGL Version: 1.39.0.9WF Version: 7.2 963a5a9VF Version: 1.0.154HIL Version: 40501CAI Version: adobe_c2pa/0.9.3 c2pa-rs/0.31.0PH Version: 5.0 Operating system: Windows 11OS Version: Windows 11 Home (2009)Application architecture: x64S

It seems that my Lightroom is not working correctly. I've been noticing syncing issues with photos for several weeks now. It looks like thousands of photos are stuck somewhere between the cloud and my PC, even though they should have been synced a long time ago. The system constantly crashes, and freezes during normal edits, and when I close the app, it doesn't save my work on even 10 or more photos back, so I have to redo everything all the time, which is incredibly time-consuming. I am really frustrated and don't know what to do. I’m paying for the larger package, please help me, photography is my livelihood, and I need things to work properly.Veru

  I'm using the LR mobile app on iPhone and iPad and although they are the same version they look and have different functionality. If the iPad is old, will the spec restrict what tools are available? iPhone app gives more auto processing options like sky/background/subject but the ipad app doesn't show this, just the auto button. 

I don't have any features available in Lightroom. I signed out on my old device. After signing in, I don't have features like blurring or deleting objects available on my new device. Please help.

Adobe Lightroom 8.2 Mac App Store When moving between views (Photo View, Grid View, Compare View, Detail View) occasionally the arrow keys will not work. Select All does not work at all in Detail View.

I took some photos the other day with my Sony A7CR. Went through my usual process of reviewing and culling with Photo Mechanic, copying selects from the media card to a folder on my computer, then importing to Lightroom.However, when I went to import into Lightroom, I got an error that the files may be corrupt or damaged and see this screen:However, the files seem fine. I can open them in ACR and Photoshop without a problem. Photo Mechanic had no issue with them. I've restarted Lightroom twice and that didn't help. The problem is not with the media card, as the files look fine on my computer and I can open them in other apps. For some reason, Lightroom is not reading them properly. I've been able to open RAW files in Lightroom with this camera in the past with no issues. 

Bonjour,Je n'arrive pas à exporter une image traitée avec l'option HDR sur Adobe lightroom.Je peux traiter la photo sans problème en HDR en ligne mais lorsque  je l'exporte sur mon pc, la HDR n'apparaît plus et la photo est sombre et sans relief.J'ai pourtant coché la case "sortie hdr" au moment de l'exportation et mon écran est bien réglé .J'exporte en format tif 32 bits.J'ai donc besoin de votre aide.Merci d'avance !Raphaël

Every time I try to create mask for subject or background there is error. I have been able to make this work earlier

 anytime I want to work with A1 for a blurry background, I always get this notification... the images are CR3, didnt have this issue before. The message is in dutch*

Hi, I'm processing RAW photos from a Sony A7iv, and whenever I try to applying denoise in Lightroom I get this bad artifacting across the entire image (see image). The weird thing is, if I bring the same ARW file into Photoshop, Camera RAW has no problem opening it and applying the Enhance -> Denoise filter. My machine is a Lenono P1 Gen 6, specs:Intel Core i9-13900H64GB RAM, 4TB SSDNVDIA GeForce RTX 4090 Driver rev: 538.92Windows 11 23H2 Lightroom and all of my system drivers are up to date. It looks like my NVIDIA driver might be behind. but I wanted to ask the question here since it IS working in Photoshop. Just wondering if there's something I'm missing. Thanks in advance. 

Help me please Lightroom open  

I use LR and dxo Pureraw together. I first sharpen my photos in Pureraw and then edit them in LR. Unfortunately I can't use Pureraw within LR as when I right clik on the photo and select "edit in" Pureraw, the .nef format changes to .tiff which is useless for Pureraw as it only works with raw files. An option for raw format will be very helpful.

Ich habe seit 3 Tage das Problem, dass ich beim Nutzen der KI-Rauschreduzierung nur noch diese Darstellung bekomme. Das Bild wird im Endergebnis dann auch komplett so dargestellt, nach Nutzung der KI. Ich nutze einen DELL mit NIVIDIA RTX2000 Ada Generation, x64 basierter Prozessor, 64-Bit-Betriebssystem.  LR wurde immer geupdated, ist also die neueste Version.  Generell habe ich das Problem, seit Einführung der Funktion noch nie gehabt.  Vielen Dank für die Hilfe!
