Not having DNG format while clicking. What to do? 

I updated to the version 9.3 (May 121 2024) and the open does not work. It shows a pop-message but app does not show content  (see attachment). Once I tap "closE" on the message, the app closes. It happens everytime I try to open the app. Also Version 9.2.2 (March 25, 2024) Lightroom Mobile  Did not work. My Device is Huawei P40 PRO. It happened the same with the 9.1.1 Realeased in Dec 2023 but It got fixed with the Update on Feb 24, 2024 (ver 9.2.0).  Device: Huawei P40 Pro, Not google servicesAndroid Version: 10 EMUI: 11.0.0Country: Canada

Hi, I am new to Lightroom and am unsure what I am doing wrong. I am using Adobe Photoshop Lightroom V6, Windows 11 Home   I have edited a photo to have a black and white background and colour people using a mask, below.     When I try to export it reverts to a full colour photo. I'm trying to replace Amazon Photos. Is it possible to auto-upload ALL photos from my android to CC for later editing? I understand one-at-a-time syncing, which isn't what I'm asking. Once I complete a photo shoot those photos need to automatically go to the cloud. Thanks.

Yesterday, I accidentally sign out my account in Lightroom. And I tried to sign it again but it can't restore my premium subscriptions.

Am I doing something wrong , when I try and download the Lightroom for mobile app while on my iPhone (even when clicking on the link on the Adobe page while logged into my account) all that happens is it takes me to the App Store and after I click Get and then enter my Apple ID I just get a spinning arrow and nothing else, no download occurs. Thanks

Hi, I have an issue to remove construction Cranes on Lightroom, no matter if I use Remove Tool AI or normal Remove tool, Clone or Heal, tried on different photos and also tried with differente devices PC, Tablet, Phone and the result its the same, create like a Ghost Crane (screenshot os sample picture)Its very common to find constructions cranes on cities, wil be great if you guys improve this issue. Hi there, I shot both Raw and JPEG files and imported them to LR.  I wonder how can I manage my photos with JPEG previews, as I sometimes need quick editing and exporting with the JPEG versions but still keep the possibility of detailed processing with RAW files. What is the best workflow in this case?

I created an album of about 100 photos with edits in them in Lightroom for Desktop. It's gone. All the albums are gone. I cannot find the edits I made anymore. The last album I worked in opened when I opened the app. I backed out of that one to find the one I was looking for and POOF! that album is gone now as well. I can't find any album I've ever made using this infernal application.I do not sync to the cloud as I'm on a rural internet connection and syncing GB of data to the cloud prevents me from connecting to the internet at all for DAYS. WHERE ARE MY EDITS? I'm going crazy right now.Edit: To be more specific, I pause syncing indefinitely--again, because syncing murders my internet connection indefinitely.

Hi,I have tried and failed to run the new Lightroom CC app on my iMac (5k, 27", late 2015, running MacOS 10.13 High Sierra with the latest patches).I have a Creative Cloud Photography subscription and the Creative Cloud desktop installer showed me both "Lightroom CC" and "Lightroom Classic CC" as available full downloads. After I downloaded Lightroom CC it started to run, but then failed with an error message saying it was not able to sign up to my account (even though it showed the right account name).The error message contained the string "{"error":"access_denied"}" and continues "Please check your account information". When I click on OK, it opens my Adobe online account management page (where I am currently signed in) on the "Account" tab. But there is no trace of what might have gone wrong: I am logged in and my ID is verified (green check mark).Just to clarify:Lightroom Classic CC shows me under the "Help" menu that I am logged in with my account details, but when I go into the m

I am seeing a warning on LR desktop all HEIC files saying HEIC files are not supported without a subscription. However I do have an active subscription, and I am able to edit those files on LR mobile, and on a second PC. I have tried restarting LR, logging out and back in, reinstalling LR and doing a full preferences reset. Also did double/triple check that my account is up to date and I am logged in correctly.I can view, organise & caption all my images, but I cannot edit them. I can edit jpg files, just not HEIC. This only started a few days ago.    I contacted Adobe support. After about 2 hours they ended by saying "We have never seen this issue before" . Image is not available They said they will get their engineering team to have a look at it, but I have not heard back.  

Hi, everyone!  At what screen brightness is recommended when editing on mobile for most accurate color and brightness? I'm used to edit on computer with calibrated monitor and now would like to have the best experience on mobile. 

HelloCan I sort photos by exposure? For example, if I have a lot of photos in my shooting folder where the flash did not work and these photos are black, I need to quickly select them in order to delete. Lightroom has this functionality?Thank you!

When I export an image to a different format after editing in Raw, the export does not look similar to the edits I have added to the image. I have attached an image CR3 is the raw which I then convert to DNG. The DNG is what I would like it to look like as I desaturated and removed the grainy look from the CR3. When exported to a JPEG it's not as bright and vibrant as the DNG image. 

Hello,I have Lr for mobile on a Samsung tablet. I used it during an Alaska trip last year with a good deal of frustration. I don't think I accomplished download and sharing the same way twice during the 10 days. I will be traveling to remote Alaska again and will use the tablet and an OTG device to back up daily images from SD cards to a thumbdrive. I will shoot RAW+jpg for the trip and plan to save all to the thumbdrive and save jpgs I wish to share to the tablet's ext card. 1. I would like to use Lr for mobile in the tablet (I use the CC photog plan) to view the downloaded images on the thumb drive or the tablet's ext card, to cull and to choose a few to edit/send. Is this possible to do without wifi or cell? (I do not use cloud services and I will not have a connection for this anyway. The tablet only works on wifi) I will send the finished photos to my phone, sign on to a Starlink connection, and send.2. Can I create/store smart previews of the RAW images on my table

Hey guys, maybe you will be able to answer my question. let me explain my situation:I created a preset in lightroom, while saving it I disabled adjuting my exposure and while balance when applying it on image. it works well with 99% of my images but I came across one image and when I apply the preset to it it becomes totally underexposed and I have to crank up the exposure quite a bit to get it back to normal. The photo was shot on iphone 14 pro, in Raw format. When I apply it to a similar photo taken like 5 mins after it doesnt underexpose it. does anyone know why does this happen to me? thank you all:)

I have been using the Lightroom mobile premium with 100gb storage space and I'm confused how it would work if i also subscribe to the Adobe photography plan with 20gb storage space that includes lightroom mobile. Would my lightroom mobile storage decrease to 20gb or would it stay at 100gb? Would it be best to just have different IDs for these plans as i don't need that much storage for photoshop but i would like to have a subscription to the app and the photography plan seems to be cheaper than just photoshop plan

I can't start the camera in the mobile version of Lightroom, it just doesn't start to start it. You have to remove the permission to use the camera and run the application. And then only through the application give permission. This is the only way the camera starts. IPhone XS Max IOS 17.7
