I don't know why the iOS app doesn't have this feature, or if I just can't find it (though I don't think that's the case, since I've dug through all the options). I like using color labels to create subgroups, and I really miss that in the iOS app.
I have a fast workflow where I don't have time to edit every single photo individually, and auto-editing often does the trick. However, doing it one by one is a bit tedious; since the PC app offers an option to apply auto-editing to all selected photos, I believe it should be possible to bring that feature to the iOS app as well. Thanks!

Better folder organization and management tools Ok, this is unfortunately but NECESSARILY vague and general.I have a lot of albums and folders. I’m trying to clean up my organization, on a MacBook. Correct if I’m wrong the tool I have to work with is basically: drag and drop. That’s it.None of:Bulk edit, multi select Search Cut and paste Even a modal move tool like you have on the phone (aka select a folder to move and then in a separate action select the destination)All I have is drag and drop :(I’d love to see anything else to help me move my albums around in my folder structure.FWIW, I use fastmail.fm as my mail provider. When you select a mail message and start a move operation they give you a view of the target mail folder hierarchy. You can type to search and the view will dynamically filter out the folders that don’t match (while retaining all relevant parents in the hierarchy). If your search narrows down to a single result you can simply hit return to finalize. Otherwise you c
Please add new 3:4 aspect ratio for the IG “add border and share…” feature. IG has updated its max vertical aspect ratio in 2026. Or just allow me to pick custom aspect ratio under the “add border” feature.
Does anyone know if Adobe plans to add support for the 2x lens in LR Mobile?
Lightroom Desktop currently generates grid previews only for the images that become visible while scrolling. For photographers importing hundreds or thousands of RAW files, this makes the initial culling process unnecessarily slow because every new screen requires waiting for previews to render. Please add an option such as “Generate Grid Previews” for an entire album or folder. Lightroom could build these previews in the background (similar to how Lightroom Classic builds Standard or 1:1 previews) while the user continues working.Ideally:Generate previews for all images in an album or selection. Run as a low-priority background task. Show progress in the Activity panel. Pause automatically when the computer is busy. Store the previews in the existing cache. This would dramatically improve the culling experience for photographers working with large RAW files (e.g. Sony A1 II 50 MP images) and remove the constant waiting while scrolling through the grid.

I love shooting with color recipes on my Fuji camera, but sometimes I want to do a little more with the images that are not possible in Fuji’s own X Raw Studio software. If I want to use the look I’ve created as a starting point, I need to do those edits on a jpeg or tiff, but I would like to be able to have the editing latitude of a raw file. I think it would be great if Lightroom could apply a color profile based on the recipe settings embedded in the raw file metadata, similar to the Flexible Color Profile that Lightroom uses for Nikon. Currently for Fuji raw files, Lightroom, Lightroom Classic, and ACR only apply the (Adobe approximated) Fuji film sim. The other Fuji settings that should be considered and approximated for this profile are:highlight tone shadow tone color sharpness clarity grain effect mono wc and mono mg (for black & white sims) color chrome effect and color chrome blue effect - these may be difficult to do but would be great if possibleThe white balance se
It would be nice to be able to select Raw pictures (such as .cr2, .cr3, etc) and convert them directly on the cloud to jpeg (or other). This enables photographers to save space, discard bad versions without fully deleting them and speeds up the process. Right now this is possible by exporting them to JPEG and importing them again but this process is really not convenient.
I love the possibility to share Albums with public or private access. But, I’m missing more granular permission control in the Gallery feature. What I would like to be able to do is:Share individual albums publicly or to specific users using a link to the individual album. This exists today. Share individual photos to my portfolio. This also exists today Publish a variety of albums to a galley for an easy overview of what albums there is. This feature also exists today but totally ignores whatever access is configure on the individual albums. An album set to only be visible for my family members is accessible for anyone with a link to the gallery. What I’m requesting is some way of having different galleries, one with private family photo albums, and one with public access. Or, another option would be that the gallery only display the public albums and respects the permission invitations on the albums. Thank you for great products!
Had a thought that Lightroom could create preset based on picture provided. Perhaps futuristic to ask, but it should be possible at some stage. example : picture from scanned Kodak pro image 100 could be analysed and preset created that could mimic the character and colours of Kodak film when applied to digital file
I love using my iPad for editing pictures but some features doesn’t exist on Lr for IPad and it is frustrating. The main ones: -being able to fusion 2 or 3 pictures with different exposure (bracketing)-being able to duplicate a picture (easier visibility of different edition from a same picture)-color label, available on Lr CC and classic-curves copy and paste (being able to replicate the exact red curve on blue and green by example)-point color tool available in Lr CC thanks for reading theses suggestions
Korter in tijd sneller in beoordeling, dus sneller weg.
Please include the ability to move Photos from one Album to another, as per LrCC iOS.
I can't remember the last time I ever had to worry about duplicates but recently I imported pictures manually from my camera roll and it clearly has imported hundreds of duplicates (with identical filenames mind you). This exclusively happened to HEIC and JPGs from my iPhone's camera roll so it feels like a bug specific to iOS perhaps. All this brings up the very odd choice of not offering the same deduplicate feature available within the import flow *after* the images are already in the library. In my case, that's hundreds of photos I have to hunt for manually, when the process would be instantaneous if the dupe finder was available outside of the import flow. It would also be incredibly useful to be able to group photos from the library that are not *quite* duplicates but very identical (think bursts or multiple edits of the same shot) and allow me to find them, pick the ones I want to keep and either delete or mark the others as rejected. I'm not qui
When you press T it does different things depending on whether the photo is already in the target album If the photo is NOT in the target album: it adds the photo AND it displays a popup saying that it added it If the photo is ALREADY in the target album: it removes it WITHOUT the popup feedback EXPECTED: a popup that says "removed from target album" Thanks
As an event photographer, there are many different sections to each of my galleries across the day, take a wedding for example, there are many various different parts of the day - during editing, sometimes it is helpful to be able to see when each section starts and ends, as you may only need 5 photos from a 50-100+ similar / duplicate photos, a very long section which does happen when people like myself are a bit trigger happy with the camera! My proposition is based around the ability to add your own markers into your timeline - similar to premier pro with the marker tool (by pressing M), this will help gauge each section down to easily locatable areas, maybe having the ability to jump to that section without scrolling straight past the beginning! This will especially help in on-day-edits during events like the weddings. I hope this all made sense! Thank you for reading!
Lightroom on iOS has an option to "Enable Lens Corrections," but has no provision to select a specific profile. Please add this capability, which is already on Lightroom for Web, as well as the Desktop and Classic applications. Lightroom for Web is a partial workaround, but is not useful if you are traveling and don't have a sufficient connection to be able to sync your photos to the web. This became critical for me as I was struggling with this issue, for which the workaround for a faulty new lens profile was to change to an earlier version of the lens profile: Lens Correction Profile for Canon RF24-240 exhibits edge artifacts This would also be helpful for several other cases where lens profiles are incorrectly applied, or there are other profiles that may work better. For example, iPhone 12 wide angle back camera, DJI Mavic 2 Pro, and some recent GoPro cameras. Here is what we have in Lightroom for the Web: For comparison, here is Lightroom on iOS (iPad)
As camera technology has advanced, wildlife photography has reached a tipping point.Modern cameras routinely shoot at 20, 30, 40 FPS and beyond. Capturing key moments requires bursts because photographers have only fractions of a second to capture motion behaviour a barn owl striking prey, a kingfisher entering water or an eagle flying close. The result is that a good morning in the field can easily generate 500–2,000 images, with hundreds of near-identical frames from burst sequences. Good fieldcraft and technique captures THE image. The challenge is finding it.The Last BottleneckI am an experienced wildlife photographer, speaker and Lightroom advocate. Every presentation I give and almost every wildlife photographer I meet asks the same question:"How do you deal with burst photos, and do you ever get tired of the editing process?"The answer is that editing is no longer the issue. Culling is.You guys have transformed image editing with an amazing suite of tools. However, wildlife photo
Provide segmentation features on desktop to match iOS app
I hope adobe can add RGB values under the histogram like lightroom classic has. I dont know if anyone has any workarounds for this, but I would greatly appreciate it if anyone has a solution for this. The RGB values would be great for balancing the colours. It would also be nice if they could add some sort of pipette so you can add a point of where you want to check the RGB values. So that you can lock in where you want to adjust, and then adjust it from that point. Have seen a few of these requests… some from a few years ago!… so I am not really sure if they will ever add this, but one can hope…
I have thousands of photos in individual albums on Lightroom. Can you please add segmentation by date, so that the photo grid is organized with date headings? This feature is present on the mobile version of Lightroom and is inexplicably missing on the desktop version. I am constantly having to view the detailed info of photos to see when a group of them were taken on a certain date, which is annoying.
I need to know when you're going to implement a bit more storage (50GB) or the option to increase storage in Lightroom Mobile. NOT through a purchase from Adobe, but rather the option to increase storage, perhaps with different upgrade options, because 40GB is insufficient, especially when using Lightroom as your primary editing and cloud platform.
