DescriptionHello,I found what appears to be a reproducible issue in Lightroom Mobile.Camera: Canon EOS R8Lens: Canon RF 24-50mm F4.5-6.3 IS STMFile format: CR3 RAWLightroom Mobile version: 11.4.0Devices tested: iPhone and iPad Pro M4IssueSome CR3 files behave incorrectly when editing in Lightroom Mobile. The problem only occurs with images captured between 24 mm and 29 mm using the Canon RF 24-50mm lens. When adjusting the Shadows or Highlights sliders, the adjustments affect almost the entire image, behaving similarly to the Exposure slider instead of affecting only the corresponding tonal range.Images captured at 30 mm or longer behave normally.Additional observations* All images were captured in RAW (CR3).* Camera settings remained the same.* The issue is reproducible on both iPhone and iPad.* Disabling Lens Corrections and Chromatic Aberration has no effect.* Re-importing the files does not solve the issue.* The exact same CR3 files behave correctly in Lightroom Desktop. This suggests
It’s a new function, in lightroom 9.4.

I created collections synced with Lightroom Classic on Windows 11.I can successfully load these collections onto my Android smartphone and store the photos locally. When I try to do the same thing on my iPad Pro, I encounter the following issue: the initial loading of the collections works fine, and I can store the photos from these collections locally: But when I return to the app, the photos in these collections load but do not display. If I close and restart the app, I get error 19651012. I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times, without success. I should note that I’m running the latest version of iPadOS.
After an update on July 2026 LR mobile...the video is skipped during import...this was never happened before, this isn't happening with the photos although but with the videos. Can't import video after an update
LRCC is far too slow when choosing “Local” as opposed to “Cloud” folders - selecting a folder with more than 1000 photos takes ages to compile and display on my screen, sometimes not at all. Really very unacceptable performance especially as LR Classic works well. 13700KF, 5070ti, 64GB How can I speed up my experience?
keeps telling me there is no internet connection, but I am on the internet on this device.
Which one should I use — Lightroom Classic or the cloud‑based Lightroom
Whatever was done in the masking with the last update you need to revert it. Masking was fine but now all my photos have this horrible gray outlining around the subject. All you have to do to reproduce this is take a picture load it in Lightroom add a subject or background mask edit it slightly and there you go. Previously no matter how bad you edited a photo it would never look like this. The above picture is one edited with the new masking the white moth picture below is edited before the changes took place. This is really ruining all my photos.
I have been using lightroom via my personal Adobe account for years and would like to make use of the account I have through my university now. Is it possible to transfer my whole lightroom library from my private account to my university account? If so, how? Or anybody have any other tips on how to achieve that? A way which does not require manually sharing each album would be great, it's about 20.000 photo's... Thanks in advance!
Hello !For a few days (maybe weeks) now, Lightroom is acting strangely when I try to find a subject. When I click the "Subject" button in masking options, I get an error message saying it doesn't find people in the photo, hence it's classical portraits. When I try to select the person with the "Object" tool, Lightroom is giving me weird masks, here's some examples : This shot was taken by me. You can see the "detected" masking in red. This shot was bought in stocks. Same kind of "detected" masking in red. I tried to uninstall and reinstall Lightroom and reset the preferences. Is anyone having the same issue and is there a workaround ? Thank you !

Hello Adobe Support Team,I’m experiencing an ongoing issue with the Denoise feature in Lightroom (cloud version) that is affecting my workflow. The Denoise tool works inconsistently—it will function at times and then stop working without any clear pattern. When it fails, it either does nothing when selected or gets stuck processing and never completes. This inconsistency is causing delays and making it difficult to stay on schedule with client work.Details:• App: Adobe Lightroom (Cloud version, not Classic)• Platform: Windows• Issue frequency: Intermittent but frequent• Impact: Significant slowdown and workflow delaysTroubleshooting steps I’ve already tried:• Restarting Lightroom and my computer• Logging out and back into Creative Cloud• Checking for updates• Attempting the process on different photosThe issue continues despite these steps. I rely heavily on Denoise for my editing workflow, so I’d appreciate assistance in identifying the cause or a permanent fix. Please let me know if yo

After first launching Lightroom, we can enter Crop mode by pressing "C" key. Then we can do our cropping, then confirm it (as we confirm everything on a computer) by pressing Enter. But after using LIghtroom for a while (sorry that's fuzzy), Enter stops working to confirm the crop. We can stil confirm the crop by pressing the "C" key again, but for some reason Enter stops working until Lightroom is quit and restarted. The amount of time LR has to run before Enter stops working for crop confirmation is not known - sometimes it's day, other times (like this evening) it seems to stop working minutes after launch. Something must be triggering the failure but I don't know what. I know this sounds minor, but Enter is so ingrained as the "do it now" key since the beginning of computing that this one always throws me. This bug has existed for the five years I've been using LR, and has persisted across all of the updates in that time. Just getting around to repo
Photoshop freezes up and will not open as normal.
My Mac’s hard drive is maxed out - so much so that I can’t do the latest OS update. I’ve already deleted old LR Classic libraries and am looking around to see what I can free up. I don’t use LR on the web or mobile/iPad - can I delete the 1gb’s worth of Mobile Downloads.lrdata without mucking anything else up? Any other suggestions how to free up LR or Adobe-related space? I’ve already deleted Photoshop as I rarely use it and can re-install it if I need it.Thanks in advance
I seem to have two versions of Lightroom on my desktop. One doesn’t have the left side menus from which I could export or Edit in Topaz, etc. It’s the one that I open from my programs menu on my Windows computer. The other, opened from the Creative Cloud, has the menus. They BOTH say Lightroom, but no distinction between web based, desktop or mobile. Neither one is nested within a browser window, as I would expect a web based program to be. So how can I always get the version with the menus on the left?
I’m trying to help someone get their Adobe Portfolio working and the details they were provided are confusing to me … even though I’ve designed and managed the hosting of dozens of websites over the past MANY years. The person has their own domain name registered with a Canadian Registrar and in the DNS control panel they offer “Park with ...” and “Use Third-party Hosting”. They also provide a tool to enter Advanced DNS Settings that seem only available when the site is “parked”. It’s not a tool I’ve ever had to use and usually just enter the nameserver details for whoever hosts the site. Are we supposed to leave it set to “parked”, open the Advanced DNS Settings panel , erase everything that’s there (that points to the Registrar’s domain) and replace it with the 4 settings provided by Adobe?Any help in clarifying this process would be very appreciated. I don’t find the instructions provided are very clear (“add the following A records”)… might just be my aging brain <g>Russell :-)
Hi, I am using Lightroom (not classic), and exporting images for print. Which option will give me the highest quality/least compressed JPG: setting the JPG quality to 100% or selecting the preset Export Original? After exporting, I intend to import them in Photoshop, choose JPG quality 7, and change the color model from sRGB to CMYK because best-practice advice suggests it for highest print quality. I cannot find an option to change the image from sRGB to CMYK, only a deselection option for sRGB. Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
I'm having trouble with Lightroom 9.0 and 9.1 on my Mac mini with an Apple M4 Pro. The app freezes during use, while versions 8.5.1 and earlier work fine. System details: Mac mini with an Apple M4 Pro Processor: 14-core GPU: 20-core RAM: 64 GB unified memory Storage: 1 TB SSD macOS: latest update Tested Lightroom Classic versions: 8.5.1 (stable), 9.0 (crashes), 9.1 (crashes) Is there anything I can do about this? Are there any solutions? Best regards,Marek

Assisted Culling is now generally available in Lightroom TL; DR: Assisted Culling has graduated from Early Access to General Availability. It gives you a fast, reviewable first pass on large shoots: it surfaces your strongest frames and sets aside the obvious rejects, so you spend less time comparing near-duplicates. You stay in control: review everything, adjust the thresholds, and override any call. If you tried it back in October 2025, it's substantially more accurate now, especially for wedding, event, group, and portrait work. We'd love for you to give it another look and tell us what you think in this thread. What it does Open an album or collection, run a cull, and Assisted Culling analyzes your images against the criteria you choose: Subject Sharpness, Eye Sharpness, Eyes Open, exposure, and more. It marks Selects and Rejects, shows you why behind every call, and leaves the final decision to you. How far it's come since Early Access February 2026: Expanded from individual po
