Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Hello, I have a Lightroom CC 10GB plan, so have Lightroom Classic on my PC and Lightroom Cloudy on my PC, phone and tablet.  Typically, I upload into LR Cloudy from my phone (mobile phone photos) or from my tablet (DSLR images).  I use albums to organise in LR Cloudy, not folders.  I typically edit in LR Cloudy on my tablet.  LR Cloudy syncs with LR Classic on my PC, and bungs all the images in one folder called ‘Lightroom Synced Images’. Which is a bit annoying they aren’t sorted like albums on Cloudy, but anyway.  Main issue - my 10GB on LR Cloudy is filling up.   What I think I need to do, is: Move edited images off of LR Cloudy and into a sensible folder structure on my PC with that then being where the original files are to be located.Have those images in LR Classic.Sync those images with LR Cloudy (thus not eating into the 10GB limit).  I’ve searched around on the help on here but can’t seem to figure

Hello, I'm having issues with Lightroom Mobile. It's not letting me export edited videos to my mobile device anymore, which it used to allow before. When I try to export them, the application crashes and restarts.

I made some edits to the sky in a photo using the object recognition panel. However, when I try to select another part of the photo to edit, it combines it with the sky, thus applying the adjustments to the sky at the samd time. I've looked at Adobe's tutorials and see nothing that addresses this. It makes it look like each edit is handle independeltly.; mine is not.  Help, anyomne?

I'm new to Lr and really struggling with Adobe's approach. There are a lot of disaprate resources on individual tasks but I am looking for more of a "how to get started"-type tutorial. Many of the videos on Lr are experienced p[eople moving way too quickly through through their descritions -- not really tuturials so much as marking pieces designed to show what Lr can do.  Any direciton here?  Thanks. 

Just bought Samsung galaxy tab s9 and it has only 128gb internal storage I already installed 1 Tb sd card and set in app setting on system menu and inside lightroom add to use external sd cardBbut when i export it's always save on internal storage  

Yesterday and today lightroom has been bugging out.  A few of my friends noticed it too.  Lightroom is locking up, crashing the graphics cards, denoise ai not working, sometimes auto adjustments the button is greyed out, not loading photos properly, etc.  Just wanted to see what going on?

When I edit a photo from outside plugins like Photoshop, the images move to the end of the filmstrip. How do I keep them in the original sequence? I cannot sorting them by name/timestamp as I often create custom orders (I work with weddings), so I can not simply switch back to sort by timestamp again. It would be really helpful if a newly created image (happens also with the new denoise-feature) would order itself next to the image with the same name. Otherwise I have to scroll back and forth  for 1000 images to put it in the right spot again. Can you please help me? I am using Lr Classic, latest version, in a mac.

Hi there,With the recent upgrades to Lightroom mobile for both iOS and Android, I was considering purchasing an iPad for editing photos while traveling. A friend was nice enough to lend me their iPad so that I could test things out - I have run into a big problem with lens corrections.I frequently use the Rokinon 12mm F2.0 on my Sony e-mount camera:https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1039948-REG/rokinon_rk12m_e_12mm_f_2_0_ncs_cs.html  This popular lens is entirely mechanical - manual focus and aperture control. This means that the lens data is not added to each photo's metadata.Lightroom CC does not automatically select a lens profile when I ask it to enable profile corrections. However, I am able to select the correct Rokinon profile from a list.Lightroom Mobile (iOS) also does not recognize the Rokinon Lens, and I am seemingly unable to select the correct lens profile. This renders Lightroom Mobile incapable of correcting for my lens.Has anyone else run into this problem? Ado

Hello! I am using adobe lightroom and it says that my cloud storage is only using 18.1 GB of 1 TB of storage however my Mac storage is very low due to saving my Lightroom photos to the local drive. Am I doing something wrong? Can I save them another way?

I would like to change my plan to not include programs that I am not using (from photography to basic plan). The plan that I am switching to has the same storage space of 1 TB. When I make this change will my data remain, just with the new plan? I assume they will, but just want to make very sure I won't lose my thousands of photos that are in the cloud!

Hello, I can no longer edit Digital Negative or DNG photos on Lightroom on my desktop, I remember I could earlier this year and suddenly it won't let me anymore.  I've made sure it's up to date and can still edit these photos fine on lightroom on my phone, does anyone know a fix for this? If I create an album in Lightroom it gets automatically synced with Lightroom Classic. If I stop syncing in Lightroom Classic, the album gets deleted in Lightroom. What?? How can I create an album in Lightroom that's not synced to Lightroom Classic?

Hi - I have seen this problem posted a year ago but no further support form Adobe seems forthcoming? I edit my RAW images on my Macbook, running the latest version of Lightroom (not Classic - I wish Adobe would give the CC version a proper unique name and not just hope we all call it Lightroom from now on!). I have found that the nearest looking profile to the in-camera jpeg is Camera Standard v2 - which I presume is the Adobe equivalent to the profile I am using in my Panasonic Lumix LX100M2. I am presuming Adobe know this camera and this is their official version they have worked hard on to match the camera profile. I can’t think of any other reason for it to be offered?Having edited lots of images using this profile, I now find when I look at those images on my iPad and iPhone (from where I would naturally share these images to Facebook and Instagram as iDevices make this a simple one click job) I have an error icon and the words ‘Missing Profile’?So now if I edit or share the

From an ordering system, I get a comma separated list of file names to make it easy to search for the images from the order to prep for printing. In Lightroom Classic, there is a "Contains All" filter option. So if I search "dogs-01,dogs-07" it will find both these images. In Lightroom 7, I cannot find a way to search for both these files at the same time.

I am interested in knowing if there is any chance that my photos can be transferred from the business account to another account. My subscription has ended and I still have photos in Lightroom on my phone from the old account, but I'm not sure if they will stay there if I switch accounts. Is there a possibility for photos to be transferred or do I have to download them and upload them to a new profile manually?

Hello ,   When taking picctures with Lightroom on my Iphone (14 pro), sometimes in high light I have violet circle come up, or just violet zone.   Somebody knows why ? How can I correct this ?    Here some picture   Thanks for your help.

Exporting an image with decreased resolution or for example a border is killing LR. Rendering Dialog is visible and afterwards there is no Progress during "Exporting". Just saving to device is properly working.

Whenever I export my edited Lightroom photos to my phone and then try to post them in Instagram, it bugs and Instagram says it can't be posted. I already tried everything like clearing cache, uninstalling, restarting my phone, and trying different export settings.

Hi, this is not strictly "on topic" for this group but as you'll see it could be posted in an Apple community forum or a Microsoft one or and Adobe one or all over the place. I'm trying here because I use Lightroom as a starting point. I run Lightroom Classic on a PC. I have Lightroom Mobile on my iPad and iPhone. I have a large OneDrive setup available to me.I also have a Mac with LR Mobile and iCloud on it.My father has a Mac. He doesn't have Lightroom (nor at his advanced years would I want him to get confused by it really). He does have iCloud.Dad and I both have "family history" photos - things like photos of their wedding, photos of significant people in the family, photos of myself and my siblings as children, that sort of thing.We definitely have duplicate copies. He keeps all his in folders on his Apple system in iCloud. He renames images as he sees fit to try to help us understand who is in the images and where they were taken when he is long gone.He's not using IPCT tag
