PLEASE add a FILESIZE TARGET setting to the Image Export in Lightroom. I am dying slowly because I have to resample and play with the "Long Side" setting until I get to my target file size. I'd rather just type it in and get a maximum size calculated for me.As a photographer and painter, I am also a pro level customer at artstorefronts.com (ASF). ASF requires that my images are no larger in file size than 100 decimal bytes, or 95.3674316MB (which is annoying bc they also claim to support 100MB uploads). SO, all my image exports from LR are JPG at full quality. Every time I export, I sit for MINUTES fiddling with the dimensions and this KILLS my workflow. I love the product but I REALLY REALLY feel a LOT of pain sitting and fiddling, when I could just type in the size target and let the app spit out full res images at my target file size all day. I have hundreds of images to export and have spend HOURS fiddling to meet my limits at ASF only to find I am off and have to re-export some im
if i could copy any corrections with any preset settings from lightroom mob to camera raw and vice versa it would be so easy to understand and stop confusing the users. copy settings from one app to another..
I've been using lightroom mobile for months and I absolutely love it, except for ONE THING. I can import my raw pictures with an SD card adapter on my phone but I can't export them and save them to it. I have a queue of pictures trying to back up to the cloud that literally says it will take over 75 hours to do so. I would love it if, in addition to "save to phone" and "back up to cloud", there was an "export to..." option so I could move the pictures to and from my computer, hard drive, or SD card. This seems like a no brainer but it still isn't a feature and I'm starting to get really frustrated with 44 GB of storage on my phone being hoarded by lightroom because it won't back up fast enough.
Hello Adobe Team,Please Add Stack Done On Lightroom Application to Web. Whatever image are merged into a stack do not preview as such on web. This means you have to remerge them on web and that wastes time.Kind regards,Mario
Adobe should add Premium Presets designed around enhancing photos of pets and other animals when they're the primary subject of the photo.
The compare view is a good help for picking out a single image from a long sequence, but it could be improved. I want a way of picking a favorite from the two currently visible. Doing so would keep that image and swap out the other one for the next previously unviewed image in the batch. Like in the attached gif, more or less. With images 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 selected, compare would start by showing 1 and 2. I pick my favorite of those two (let's say 1). Now it's showing 1 and 3. 3 is better, so I pick that one. Now it shows 3 and 4. I still prefer 4, so now it's 3 and 5. 5 was out of focus, so 3 is better. Now it's showing 3 and 6. Etcetera, until only one image remains.
I suggest adding video stabilization as a feature for lightroom mobile because a lot of us have videos which are not stabilized, and we have difficulties editing and sharing them.
I would love to have the option to automatically apply the "auto" adjustments on import of images into Lightroom mobile. I shoot Fuji and like to use the "camera settings" import function to keep the general look of the film simulations I've applied in the camera. However, I find that I almost always get a better look when "auto" adjustment is applied on top of these camera settings. The real pain is that I have to go into each photo one by one and apply it. I would like to be able to keep the "camera settings" enabled on import to get my film sims, but also have the "auto" AI adjustment applied automatically as well. As far as I can tell, there is no way to do this automatically in Lightroom mobile, at least not in the Android version.
Just a suggestion as to make LR a bit more user freindly. I'm left handed and the "edit" panel is on the right hand side making it a bit difficult to tweak settings at times. It would be useful to be able to switch the edit panel to the left hand side.
The only thing that's stopping me from fully switching over from the Lightroom online editor is the lack of the masking tool. It would be amazing if this could be added
As in photoshop The StarXTerminator plug-in for Photoshop removes stars at the press of a button! And StarNet++, a free script for PixInsight. Astrophotography editing needs to have a star removal by simply a "click of a button". Stars aren't needed most of the time, hinder editing by overwhelming the object in post processing. Generally speaking, stars are only needed for globular clusters or obviously galaxies, but definitely not for nebula. Please and thank you!
I would love it if there was an option to autoplay videos, especially in sideshow mode!
Short version: I want the ability to move smart previews and the cache location to another disk. Long version: I have limited space on my C drive. I want the ability to save SmartPreviews and also the cache to another disk. I have a additional capacity on a scratch SSD and also HDD for which I would prefer to use for the caching functions. This would allow me to give Lr a lot more space, which would be useful when searching/viewing my 600GB picture database. This issue will likely hit multiple people over time, as anecdotally more people are upgrading computers instead of replacing with the current elevated costs of computer equipment (and computer prices do NOT seem to be coming down). Note: this is caused by the rather painful process to replace a Windows C drive.
I would love if it were easier to up and downvote images while in full screen mode in mobile. Utilizing the volume buttons would streamline the review process.
I am currently exporting images for multiple purposes. Each purpose I need to tweak the export settings dialog. I would like the ability to define the export settings and save them for future use.e.g. I have a set of values, (long edge max 1048) for a pictures I send to my grandmother (picture frame is max of 1048 display). My personal picture frame (ok, old computer) is a 2K long edge... then desktop backgrounds (4K), and then you have social media....Manually switching these values each time is annoying.

The 5.4 release includes a subtle but nice change dealing with merging the photos. At the top, it displays if Lr was unable to merge some photos. Instead of just displaying an error, Lr continues to generate a preview of the remaining images. It would be nice to display somewhere on the screen, what image failed to merge. e.g. maybe thumbnails under the controls... Tim
Short version: I would like to see the option for Lightroom to be able to push background tasks to a lower priority to keep the application responsive. Long version: I recently was exporting lots of images to make a book for my grandmother who turns 105 in a few months! Anyway, as much as I like the multi-threaded aspect of Lr. I have found my system bogs down and Lr becomes largely unresponsive when exports are running; especially when dealing with images from my new camera or large panos. Using Windows Task Manager, I can lower the priority of Lightroom, and other applications become responsive (CPU is generally pegged at 100%). Therefore, I would like to see the option for Lightroom to be able to push background tasks to a lower priority to keep the application responsive. Tim

So I used to use Lightroom in the past and its a great piece of software, I took a break and returned editing and I could have sword there used to be a button at the top right like a curvy arrow forward and backwards as undo. I didnt see it so off I went to find it and could not figure it out so I used the question mark in a circle button at the top right and typed in the help search box, "undo" and only the full reset showed. So I think it could be benificial to new and future content creators to add the undo short cut key in that search section "CTRL+Z". I do not use the photo grid view. However, I use keyboard short cuts to switch and move around constantly. As a result; I often have to hit "g" twice and wait as the screen loads. I would therefore like the ability to disable or remove the photo grid from the shortcut. I am also sure there are others who only use photo grid and never the square grid.
Hello guys yesterday I saw we can import videos too in lightroom cc app on phone but when I import I can't able to editing it with my presets please guy's allow this so we can also convert our videos into stunning ones please please this means us a lot ❤️❤️❤️
I would like to see a way to markup with editing notes. This would be a great feature for the mobile Lightroom CC with the iPad, to use the pencil to circle and highlight areas. This way if you are trying to collaborate or review edits before going into detail with photoshop / lightroom. how it would work: There would be a markup button that would enable to highlight by circling an area to signify desired future edits. Example: Circling an area to brighten, darken, sharpen, blur, or add color adjustments. After circling an area a prompt for text input to add a comment (e.g. +1 stop, or darken area). This would sync up with Lightroom library and can be shared across CC library. When adding into Photoshop it would add as a separate layer. Advance modification: When selecting the area, it would add an area transparent modification such as lighten or darken an area, or adding a color hue to make a rough sket
