Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I have the same issue that other users. Lightroom CC is stuck on "Syncing items" on the Windows 11 desktop.I have about 30 000 pictures. It is supposed to download all my original files locally to my secondary drive (D:). There is plenty of free space on my target drive (D:).iPad is fine, fully synced and backed-up.I have uninstalled Lightroom CC then reinstalled and it didn’t solve the issue.Any ideas on how to troubleshoot?Thank you for your help!

When I play a slideshow of my latest album addition to the web, all of the TOPAZ Adjustments are written across the top of each photo. What did I do wrong and how to eliminate

Synced collection from LRC (LR Classic ) containing photos that are already synced (either preview synced or original uploaded to could) does not properly sync to to LR /LR Web. i.e collections show up as albums but images only sync one wayBasic Details LRC Version 15.5 LR Version 9.5Windows Version 10 and  11 25H2Tested behavior : -  1.New synced collection created LRC shows up in LR,2.Album created in LR shows up in LRC,3.Added single image from LRC into both albums, in LR thumbnail of the corresponding album changes but shows 0 images. Doesn’t matter if image is preview synced into LR or original uploaded.4.Adding image from LR shows up in LRC

Can anyone tell me how permanently keep crop control unlocked in lightroom mobile . I never need it to be locked Thanks 

I am editing pictures as per needed but when I am saving it..its not happening it not saving its loads and then noting and if I want to delete any picture I select it and upon clicking delete its button not working nothing is happening…please fix it asap🙏

I have an old intel based CD for MAC OS, and got a new apple silicon MacBook,  how do I get to transfer the serial number to a apple silicon based version?I can install the version from the App Store but it does not let me enter my serial number.Tahoe version 26.5.2Apple M4 chip set

using lightroom cloud 9.5 on mac tahoe 26.3.1.  Sync is disabled and states offline when trying to share folders.  I've logged out of creative cloud, LR and restarted mac.   uninstalled creative cloud, LR and reinstalled.   same behaviour

I have been editing and exporting pictures with no problem. Then I have been trying to use it and it just freezes. Now it just shut down.

I’m not able to copy/paste info text data (title, caption, location, etc.) like I was able to a couple months ago.  Previously, I was able to enter all general data into one photo > copy > gallery mode > select all/multiples > paste.  What is the procedure to copy/paste this info?  This is a crucial step in my sports photography workflow.  Thanks in advance.

I launch the lightroom app, i attempt to edit a photo, the screen goes white for a second and then it says lightroom is not responding.A minute or so later the screen looks normal. I attempt to edit a photo and the scenario repeats. This has happened 10-15x in row.  The not responding has always happened but usually only a couple of times in row.  I tried to update the app and that didnt work either

Hi,I’m having a problem with Adobe Lightroom on Windows.Until recently, the AI Denoise feature worked very quickly for me — processing one nature/wildlife photo usually took only a few seconds.Now, the same process takes around 3–7 minutes per photo. What’s strange is that Lightroom often shows an estimated remaining time of only 9 seconds, but the actual processing continues for much longer.Nothing has changed in the way I use the feature, and I’m processing similar RAW files as before.Could anyone help me figure out what might be causing this?I would especially like to know if this could be related to:GPU acceleration a recent Lightroom update NVIDIA/AMD graphics driver issues Lightroom cache or preferences Windows or GPU performance settingsI’m using Windows.Any advice on what settings I should check or how I can diagnose whether Lightroom is actually using my GPU for AI Denoise would be greatly appreciated.

I was working on a picture, tried to create a new mask and the app crashed not saving any data for the photo I was editing. Do Blackmagic Design apps have this same problem?

My Lightroom  is stuck on syncing. I went in and filtered by photos sync status and under syncing its empty (all photos are synced). A parallel problem (not sure if connected) is that I cannot export my recent photos. Can someone tell me how to fix this syncing issue?

Seit Lightroom Version 9.5 (Mac; App Store Version) ist es nicht mehr möglich, das Wasserzeichen anzupassen. Es also weder hoch zu laden, noch die Position zu verändern (s. Anhang). Hat noch wer anderes das gleiche Problem?

Issue:Lightroom resets 2:3 crops to square.  Steps to reproduce:  Crop a photo to a 2:3 aspect ratio.  Move to the next photo.  Go back to the first photo.  Result:The photo automatically changes to a square crop. Restarting my Mac does not fix the issue.  Expected result:The photo should stay at a 2:3 aspect ratio.  

I have always been able to export an album to desktop. It was an option that automatically generated. Tonight after editing an album a message popped up saying that AI needed to update photos before export. I then attempted to export but it only offered Lightroom storage. How do I recover desktop option?Thank you in advance 

I can click denoise and it says that it is applying it, but then it does not work.
