If you already have a photo and want to print it you can print it directly from Photoshop Choose File>Print. If you gonna resize the photo to any size I advise you to read Change the image size | It's very simple Imge>Image size

Can you open the file with Lightroom and It will flatten some layers? Just try because unfortunately, I think your file got corrupted while it was saving or maybe because of your disk. I'm not sure of how is it going there but try your best & If the image has maximize compatibility on, you might be able to open a flattened copy if you hold ALT/Option+Shift as you click to open the file.

It can't happen but you have to know something when you have an image and you scale the size to be smaller it will reduce the pixels. I think you are using it online something like the magnifier in Amazon that shows the products. The dark colors when you resize it, It will be pixilated comparing it with the light colors especially white it will not be the same. Here you can see it's 31.77% of the original size Here you can see it's 7.15% of the original size (almost the size you want) So you can see it's very small and can't see it high resolution as the original.

if you are using Mac it will show without opening your psd but sometimes depends on the psd size if it's huge size it will take time to show it. in Windows OS you can check the below link How to enable Thumbnail view for Photoshop PSD files in Windows 7 I hope it helps you.

A new strain of ransomware nicknamed "Bad Rabbit" has been found spreading yesterday in Russia, Ukraine and elsewhere. I'll give you a solution but it will reset all of your Adobe Creative Cloud on your computer so I advise you backup all your presets and your plugins, Photoshop brushes and etc. Close the Creative Cloud application if it's running. Navigate to the OOBE folder. Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE. Mac OS: /User/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder. Rename the opm.db file to opm_old.db. Launch Creative Cloud.

Glad it's working with you again. The brushes not showing them as the old versions of photoshop it shows as folders in CC 2018 otherwise you will open brush preset and you can see them all.

Hi Tokyomagic I know what you feel and sorry to hear that but I think you should just restart the Photoshop and make sure you of your machine health always in a good way because those errors come always when your machine health is not good. The watercolor brushed base is transparent not a solid color when you have splash brushed it can be solid. I advise you to use the brushes as it is and then duplicate it and you can see it the result that you want.
