Photoshop (Beta)

The guides I have set on artboards don’t stay aligned when I rearrange them. The guides are still there, but they are outside of the canvas/artboard.example of a recently moved artboard and the final position of the guides 

When trying to add additional areas to the edges of an image using Generative Fill, it creates mismatched colors at the junction of the new and existing parts. It deviates slightly from the original areas, resulting in a grid-like pattern in those areas where new parts were created using the Generative Fill option, even if I fill them with 1024x1024 pixel sections.   I have already uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, but the issue persists. I am using an iMac Pro running Ventura 13.3.1 system. Photoshop Beta 24.7.0

Leider tritt es vermehrt auf das ich meine Bilder nicht bearbeiten kann. Es lädt diese zwar hoch aber dann tritt die Fehlermeldung: "Unbekannter Fehler. Leider ist ein unbekannter Fehler aufgetreten. Lade die Seite neu." Jedoch kommt dann immer wieder diese Meldung. Trotz neu Laden oder schließen des Programms. Ich überlege tatsächlich mein Abo zu kündigen, da es so für mich und meine Arbeit nicht nutzbar ist. Ich dachte erst es liegt an einer veralteten Version meines Macs jedoch habe ich mittlerweile alles aktualisiert und dennoch funktioniert es nur wenn ich Glück habe. Trotz Program m Schließen oder neu laden passiert dennoch nichts. So kann ich dieses Programm nicht für meine Arbeit nutzen 

I'm on macos tahoe 26.2. with an apple m2 max cpu.i want to test the new firefly model in Photoshop 27.4so i want to create a blank file with the size of 150x150mm.the defaut size are 800x500 px. at the moment I want to change from pixel to millimeters. Photoshop 27.4 crashs immediately

Following the recent update, the Hue/Saturation functionality appears to be experiencing issues. Specifically, adjustments to saturation result in a complete blockage, and the Hue and Lightness controls are unresponsive. Furthermore, there is an observed anomaly where the photo can be dragged horizontally and vertically. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dOl-797uXvE    

Since time immemorial it was possible to calculate units in the unit fileds. e.g. in the canvas size dialog (option-command-C) if the original size was 1024 px horizontal. I could enter "1024*2" and the new size 2048 would be calculated automatically. Same with unit conversions by the way (in to cm to point etc.). Now the dialog only accepts numbers as input, but not "*" "+" "/" etc. To me this is a major regression, please fix / bring back the old functonality.

After latest update (27.4.0) Artboard resize window looks weird but that's a minor issue.  1. it deafults to pixels no matter what is the unit used in the document2. Pushing the "tab" once switches to "cancel" insted of jumping to width input.  I use this window hundreds of times a day, this breaks my workflow completely.

After using any shape tool to drag the mouse to create a shape, the command+z (undo) function does not work.Version : Beta 27.4.0System : Tahoe 26.2

"Save as" window goes full screen and will not allow me to make it smaller. The re-size arrows appear on the edge but will not shrink the window at all. 

When opening a PDF in Photoshop in order to rasterize it, there are discernible lines around many of the elements that make up the design. These lines should not appear. Legacy versions of Photoshop do not produce this result when the same actions are taken. Files that have been worked on by a colleague are not opening and being marked as malware with no option to override. Big problem if we cant edit work created on other macs or pc's.

Hi there,unfortunately this bug (https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-beta-bugs/p-photoshop-doesn-t-use-30-bit-display-depth-banding-issues-in-light-grey-tones/idi-p/15224234?search-action-id=826312321878&search-result-uid=15224234) is still there and has not been resolved by Adobe. It temporarily worked with one NVidia driver (581.57) and reverted to the old behaviour with later drivers. The problem with the 581.57 driver was, that every display profile was ignored by Photoshop and set to sRGB by Windows which is not the correct behaviour.So please, Adobe, investigate and fix this!Thank you.

Photoshop actions are no longer working, even when  "Classic actions" is selected. When choosing "automate batch" the actions do not play. They aslo do not play individually ( if trying to make the action work on a single document instead of a batch ) Using 27.4.0 version of Photoshop Beta

Photoshop goes through the process but does not make a selection. This happens in 2025 2026 and latest beta 27.2. Same image works fine as RGB.

Photoshop Beta 27.4 m3383 The Gradiant Tool does not work to fade an area to transparency. While the tool appears correctly when I create the gradianet it cannot then be adjusted. Photoshop v 27.2 works fine.

Since last Edge Update, Photoshop Web does not load images from my computer drives.No errors displayed.It is just lost in a infinite waiting loop

The issue has bee discussed to support that the latest Windows PS Beta is that the top layer will not merge with the next lower layer(s) as the action responds with an error message. However, the work around has been to go to the layer just below the first, then when CTL-ALT-Shift-E is pressed, the second and the op layer produces the new layer above, just as it did before the Beta update. The latest regular PS does not have this issue. Just a bug, programmers must correct and update for a new download. Previous Beta did not do this.  

When working with multiple artboards of different sizes, Photoshop calculates Image Size based on the combined canvas dimensions rather than scaling each artboard proportionally. Example artboards: 2160 × 2160 2160 × 3840 2400 × 3000 2400 × 1256 When opening Image Size, Photoshop shows a single combined resolution. If you then scale the image to 50 percent in order to reduce all artboards by half, the resulting artboard dimensions are incorrect. Instead of cleanly halving the values, Photoshop consistently adds 1 extra pixel to the height. Examples: 2160 × 2160 becomes 1080 × 1081 2160 × 3840 becomes 1080 × 1921 Similar +1 pixel height offsets occur on all artboards Expected Result Each artboard should be resized proportionally, with exact half values and no rounding errors. Actual Result All artboards receive an additional 1 pixel in height after scaling.

Cmd+Opt+Shift+E (Stamp Visible / Merge Visible) fails with program error (558e76.312). Additionally, dragging assets from Libraries into the canvas also fails with the same error. This worked previously and still works in regular Photoshop (non-Beta). Occurs even when:- All layers are rasterized- No Smart Objects present- No Generative layers- No Adjustment layers- GPU enabled or disabled This breaks core professional workflows using Clone Stamp, Healing, Liquify, and Libraries.This appears to be a regression introduced in the latest Photoshop Beta update.

When a Alpha Channel is added, whether it is empty or not, visible or not, there is no "Save as PNG" option available. It used to work and it works in the stable version of Photoshop.

Hi Adobe Community,I’m reporting what looks like a regression in Photoshop (Beta) 27.3 affecting scripting.IssueAfter updating from Beta 27.2 → 27.3, my JSX scripts started failing consistently when using Place Embedded via scripting (the executeAction call with the "Plc " event). Seems the dxcore.dll issue is back from last year. Just updated to 27.2 of the regular normal version and am no longer able to start Photoshop. So I attempted to install the Beta 27.3, and it is also having this issue.   This was an issue a year ago with the update to version 26. Can this get fixed again?   We are running Windows 10 Enterprise with extended support for updates. I have had report of this from anyone who has updated in our organization.

Pure gramatical: Are there spelling mistakes in this?Please correct, but keep the same words.—When I'm working wih adjustement layers, I always make a rough selection (mostly lasso tool) for the part I will be working on.Then I fill the mask completly black (fore-or background color, depending what is what (Cmd-D)And when the mask is black I do the finer painting in of the mask in a white brush.65% of the time I get the 'Bump' sound, so Photoshop can not exectute my command. (To fill the mask black). ...Because there is something selected for typing, somewhere!? (Either a hue/saturation value, a Color balance value, or whatever that automaticaly selects the parameter value of that adjustement layer. I can override this by switching from one tool to another.Or by switching to another program on my comuter, not Photoshop. But this is SO-VERY-annoying, and I loose time.Is there a solution to this please??It's the same problem in Photoshop Beta as in Photoshop v27.0.I m
