Is the 119.99 that you pay for the year or indefinitely? 

I am working with PS & PE 18.0  Trying to create slideshow, message of 'No Themes found. Please re-install' so I removed both PS & PE (yes, I choose the option to clear files), uploaded App Creative Cloud (read that this is now required to re-install), turned off my Windows Defender virus scan, did download from Adobe for both programs, ran the .exe files .... enter the serial #s for PS & PE -> went to create slideshow and the same message appeared 'No Themes found. Please re-install'  HELP, what am I doing wrong? BTW, I am running Windows 10

I see the post by Greg S.  But I need to know how to get to the "Tags Panel." 

I did an upgrade from the photoshop elements 9 version to the newest version now, elements 2021. As a consequence I lost most of the tags and categories. How can I restore that? 

I had elements 2020 on a Windows 10 Pro laptop and it ran fine with no issues.  I then installed it on my Windows 10 Pro desktop and I get an error 16 and the only way I can run the program is Run as Adminitrator.  I even removed all Adobe software and ran  the Creative Cloud Cleaner, then removed any Adobe files I could find, then re-installed the software and ended up with the same issue.  I searched Adobe.com and tried a lot of the fixes with no success.  Yes I can run as administrator but it should not be that way.  It has been irritating to say the least.  Why does Adobe make their software so difficult?

I am new to Mac. two weeks ago Adobe upgraded my Windows version of 'Photoshop Elements 13' to Mac version and gave me a new serial number. I installed the software and got a message 'Installation Complete'. When I click 'Launch Now' I am told to sign in, when I try I am told I am not connected to the Internet when I am connected. Elements Organiser will run, the first time it does it gives me a messge 'Adode Sign-In disabled in Elements. Elements Editor will Not. Can anyone help me undisable Sign-In problem. Please.

I  have purchasaed Adobe Photoshop Elements Version: 20.0 and have received and ADDED the serial numbers to activate and appeared to activate.On using  i see most features and tools are greyed out and cannot be selected.I suspect activation has not completed. I wonder if this is a tech issue? 

My actual catalogos are in a Windows 10 PC. How to do to move catalogos and premiere progect files on a new PC with Windows 11? .. 

Replacing failing laptop with a new one.  How do I transfer Photoshop Elements 15 to the new laptop?

I have seen a similar post but I never got a good answer.  My father-in-law has Elements 15.  He just bought a Kodak Slide and Scan for his old slides.  The Slide and Scan saves images to an SD card and you can import the files from the SD card.  The Slide and Scan names there files IMAGxxxx.jpg and there is no way to have it save as anything else.  The images import into Elements just fine until the SD card is full.  When you wipe it out or use a new one the Slide and Scan starts naming the files IMAG0001.jpg and on up from there.  Once you try to import those new files then Elements gives you a duplicate file message and the photo does not import.  I was under the impression that Elements did not use just the file name but date, time and file size as well.  This does not seem to be the case sine the photo imports just fine if I rename the file.  Can someone explain what is going on?

Photoshop Elements 2020, it is not in the Edit menu, nor is it in the Transform menu. Why do the sadistic designers at Adobe feel the need to move everything around so often and constantly make the UI worse every single year... I have watched 50 tutorials and every single one has a different location for the warp or puppet warp functionality. I am losing my mind.

Where is the colour box in PE 2022? I never know what colour I've got on anymore, and to choose a colour I have to open the colour swatch and for the life of me I can't figure out how to get the colour chooser up - the only option to bring it up so I can put in a hex code is when I'm typing or making a shape. But if I'm using a brush then I'm stuck with the swatch.    It just seems like a really stupid thing to have removed from the toolbar and I can't find how to fix it and I'm considering asking for a refund so I can buy PE 2021 instead and have my colour box back!   [edited by moderator]

Hi All, My old computer just died and my Elements backup was a few months old.  I have access the the files on the old hard drive. Is it better to copy the files directly onto my new computer? when I load them import them into my new Elements, will all the key words and tags still be there? orIs it better to restore the catalogue from the older backup and try to find any new files that may have been added since the last backup? There are like 15000 photos and it would be very difficult to lose all the tags. Help, Roy

I recently had to have my hard drive replaced and now need to install everything all over agin.I am having a problem doing this as I can't find a number on the box that is long enough to be the serial number.I tried a few others that I had noted which were earlier editions but of course they did not work also.Has anyone else here ever had that problem, and if so how did you get this insrtalled?

A user in a FB group wants to know how to turn off the x,y coordinate display (as seen in the image) when moving something... something I've never really noticed before, but for me, is useless.   When using the arrow keys, the coordinates do not display.  I've tried al lthe usual stuff in preferences, but suspect it's just an odd keyboard shortcut. 

I am currently runing Photoshop Elements ver 2018 and Premiere Elements ver 14.If I purchase the Photoshop Elements & Premiere Elements 2022 upgrade, will this safely upgrade both of my current applications to the 2022 versions?

I used photomerge.I've 2 images. I clicked one. How do I click on another pic and move it to the same picture? How do I use the match color to blend 2 images together?  

After launching pse 2021 sometimes a popup window appears with a message that an error report is generated.Within this window I may send this report to Adobe by pressing the submit button.However I want to read first what the error/failure is. There is no facility in that window to read that.Is there an other way to read what the error is? 

I have 3 groups of photos that I put into one folder & saved. I then changed the names of the individual photos so that they would appear in the correct order & resaved the folder. When I imported the folder into the Organizer 2020 to print contact sheets, the individual photos reverted to their original order.How can I fix this OR is there any way to move individual photo around in Organizer 2020 so that they're in the order I want? 

I formerly used the Clarity Slider in my Photoshop subscription. I've canceled that subscription. I'm thinking of purchasing Elements 2022: Does Elements 2022 have the same clarity slider in its camera raw component that Photoshop has? 

I recently purchased a Wacom Intuos Creative Pen Tablet and have been trying to set PSE 2019 Edit > Brush Settings > Size and Tolerance but I get the message "Control by pen pressure requires the use of a pressure sensitive tablet".I've looked through similar posts on this issue and de-selected "Use Windows Ink" under the Wacom Tablet Properties > Mapping.Any help would be gratefully accepted.

I created an event for Xmas 2021. Now I want to add photos to that event. How do I do that please? Did not find anything in Adobe help files or community. Thanks.

Is there a version photoshop Elements for Mac in Dutch Language? 

Hi,I had an earlier thread, https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-elements-discussions/photoshop-elements-2021-does-or-does-not-support-a7iv-raw-arw-files-yet/m-p/12619206#M77021, about getting PSE 2021/ACR working with Sony A7iv RAW?ARW files, and, in that thread, I was given a solution that worked for me (by upgrading the ACR in PSE 2021 to ACR 14.1). One of the users over at another forum was asking about PSE 2022 and Sony A7iv RAW/ARW files, and I had pointed them to that thread that I linked above, but they tried that, and it didn't work.  They have apparently been told that that didn't work because ACR 14.1 is not compatible with PSE 2022.  Does anyone know if that is correct? Also, if ACR 14.1 is not compatible with PSE 2022, is the expectation that a later ACR version (e.g., ACR 14.2 or greater) WILL be compatible with PSE 2022? Or is there NO intention to have an ACR that will work with PSE 2022, and if that case, does that mean that PSE 2022 w

Can I permanently delete an Adobe account and then make a new account with the same exact email as the last?
