Photoshop Elements

Hello, I have photoshop and premiere elements 13. I want to upgrade to 2021 version. Do I need to buy the full license or I am eligible for the upgrade. I am not sure if the upgrade is only for one version a year before? Thanks everyone

After a recent upgrade to Elements 19 from a much older version, when I choose sort by newest in the Organizer dropdown in my main grid, my pictures show in correct DATE order but within the day the time is still oldest first within each day. If I pick Oldest in the dropdown it is fine. Any ideas?

Trying to run a catalog backup, but the program says "Your system is low on disk space, and Elements Organizer cannot perform this operation." It says it will need 343 GB. I have more than a TB free on my C drive. Can anyone help?

My PSE 2019 has suddenly stopped working?? I'ne always used the selection brush tool to get as ggod a selection as possible - then use the refine edge selection brush to refine - but all I get is a ping!!Anyone any ideas.Thanks

I just purchased PSE 10 on eBay. It installed fine, but I can't seem to register the product. If I understand correctly, it is probably because the original owner (not the person I purchased it from on eBay) did not do a transfer of product. Will this effect anything, e.g. upgrades, etc.?

When opening some image files in Elements I receive the message "This file was created to be viewed on a television screen ... it is recommended that you use a video monitor to preview and edit this image." What is the image property that is driving the message? Most recently the images were created by exporting a PDF to a PNG in Adobe Acrobat, but the source varies. What am I missing? Where do I fix this error?Thanks,

I just purchased APE 2021 on July 22. After communicating with Adobe Care, I uninstalled then reinstalled the program, but defect still exists. I can't see the mistakes I make when I'm typing. Editing gives me the same hassle; I can't see what I'm editing either. Image 1 below shows the line before typing. Image 2 shows the line after typing. The text is not visible. The background is white & the text is black. Image 3 shows the text only after clicking the check mark. Image 5 shows the grayed out update button. Due to this malfunction, I can't update APE 2021. I updated Windows 10, but it didn't fix the problem. Does anybody have the same problem with APE 2021 version? Hello again!  A friend of mine wants to purchase Elements 2021, but she has a couple of questions which I am now asking here for her. The laptop she is thinking of buying is an HP 17inch Win10 Home, x64, 8GB RAM, 128GB SSD, with Left/Right clicks and DVD Writer.  It comes with Intel Celeron N4020 (I have no idea what generation that is) I purchased my new Elements 2021 and my new HP laptop a couple of months ago and I received some really good information and help from some of the people here.  I've been talking to her about Elements 2021 and she's interested in purchasing it. Will the Intel Celeron N4020 be sufficient for Elements 2021?  If not, what kind of Graphic card should be appropriate for Elements 2021? Thank you for your assistance.

I purchased the upgrade to PSE 2021 on the App Store. Here is About box:  Is that the latest version? If not, how can I get the latest version? Also, I'd experienced a crash when choosing Save for Web, but that no longer happens. Was there some kind of automatic update?

I'm currently using Photoshop Elements 11 - no problem in Mac Mojave ...it looks now to be impossible to use that if I updated to Catalina .... is there any possible workaround with Catalina to still use Elements 11 ... or is it best just not to update my OS .... thanks for any advice .... I really want to update ... but don't want to use my current version of Elements .... 

Processing multiple files in photoshop elements editor stops with this message: "A command was canceled or stopped while processing multiple files. Continue with next file or stop?" If I press "continue", one file is deleted and not processed.

is there an easy peasy way to automatically add copyright metadata to my images? I watched a 10 step process for Photoshop. Too complicated to follow a long period.  

I have not upgraded my camera.  But my photoshop has stopped being able to open RAW files.  That is has always opened without an issue.  I have an Nikon D3500 camera.  I have updated my Camera RAW plug-in (this includes version 11.4 and 13.3), re-installed Photoshop, Downloaded Adobe DNG Converter - and converted my NEF files into DNG.  It will not open either file types.  It states "It can't open the file as it is not the right type of document."  I have gone back to RAW files that I have edited before, same thing.  I have read the forums and can't find any other steps to take...  Anyone???

This used to work fine. Now I'm getting the message - "Invalid credentials" "Please check email address and password, then try again". I'm 100% sure address and password are correct. I've also tried entering a different email address and password in "Preferences > Email". When I click the "Validate" button, I get the same message as above. Using PSE 2018 on a Windows 10 PC. Has this feature been disabled or?

Hi, almost every second day, my Mac (MacBook Pro with M1) hangs up and must be hard rebootet (see system crash report enclosed). Console shows that "PhotoshopServer [1271]" is the crashing process. I am in MacOS 11.4. Any idea? Which additional information do you need?

Hi there...I have created a slideshow in Elements 2021 and have attempted to add audio throughout the entirety of the show. Although all of the songs are all the same type of file, only some of the songs are playing...any advice?

Just noticed that if I leave my macbook pro in sleepmode with wi-fi on with the adobe files (catalog etc for PS elements on a sandisk 3.2 USB extreme pro stick) attached (PSE not active before sleep mode) the computer seems to use up the battery overnight quite a bit (~20% instead of maybe typical 1-2%)and the usb is somewhat warm in the morning. I see this even if wi-fi is turned off before closing the lid (sleep mode). If wi-fi is on and the adobe PSE usb stick is unplugged, the overnight consumption during computer sleeping is back to 1-2%. My computer is set to not check mail, notifications etc while sleeping.It seems that an activity monitor (PS adobe...?) is active overnight and using up battery power).Have others noticed something like this in their systems?

Good evening, community, I'm using PSE 2020 V18.0.There is a problem I have dealing with the position of the windows in the editor (expert mode).Say, I'm working with 2 documents. You always see and work with one of them, and when you need the other one you click on the it's tab above.Allright so far.Now I want to compare both pictures, so I click "window-->pictures-->side-by-side. Ok, everything works fine.But now I want to return to the beginning, that is to work with one picture in full sight and shifting to the second by clicking the tab. (to close one document and open it again or to drag the size to zero would be no convenient solution).There is no corresponding choice in the "window" menue, unless you choose the "all join in tabs", but this is grayed out.So what can I do?Reinhart 

Finally.  I decided to print my favorite macro photographs.  But, wait, a second.... Apparently, I need to use soft-proof, not available for PSE.  Googled it, I see a wide range of free and paid for soft-proof plugins.  Any advice?TIA

I have upgraded Photoshop Elements Version17 & Photoshop Premier Version 17 to Version 19. As I no longer use version 17 can I pass the serial no.on to my grandson to use as he is trying to get into photography and this could help him get started.As I have bought this product i think I should be able to.My only concern is can I transfer the ownership to him so he can use his own account and password.

I am making a flyer with shapes and texts and pictures. The pictures are clear until I put them on this flyer. Same with the fonts and shapes. When I saved this to my computer the whole thing looks blurry. Any idea why. This never used to happen...  

Hello all, I had purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 in either 2015 or 2014. I have lost the serial number to it, so I can’t register it with Adobe. Now in looking through my hard drive I have seen the result that it had been installed on my computer. In 2015 I did buy Elements 10, and in searching my computer I have some directories that was called PSE 10 and in there was 2 folders called (Elements 10 Organizer) and (Photoshop Elements 10) and in them were 2 files in it (PhotoshopElementsFileAgent.exe and platform.DLL) in the second folder there was another folder called (Required) in that was 1 file called (ADMUI3.fon). Why am I showing this to you, is to show you that the Adobe Photoshop Elements was installed on my computer! The computer has been upgraded with a new motherboard CPU and solid-state hard drive that contains the Adobe Photoshop Elements 10. I tried to install photoshop elements 2019 on my windows 10 computer. I got the error message "Update required- Your browser or operating system is no longer supported. You may need to install the latest updates to your operating system." I have the latest version of windows 10 and there is no available update on windows update.    I managed to install it using command line with the setup.exe --silent==1 command, which I found on the community, and it worked. However, now it is installed, when I try to run the program, I am getting the same error message and I am unable to run the program. Can anyone help please, how can I run photoshop elements 2019?
