Photoshop Elements

When I open the organizer, several images displayed only show the hourglass. After I choose that image, the full screen will show the complete photo. However, when I close the photo, it goes back to the hourglass. Any ideas? Thank you.

I am R Rekve, now retired doctor, intending to organize and work on my pictures taken. I have historicly bought photoshop elements in 2005, ang 2009, and again in 2014, - in 2014 I had noe success using it..as it stopped after 10-50 seconds when entering the organizer .. -hang up, not able to import pictures ... continued to try importing / usingn entering the "organizer" multiple times, trying ffor 1-2 years ...AND I RECEIVED NO -NUNCA -SUPPORT .. FROM ADOBE SUPPORT ...!!! - Now i HAVE bought a neW advanced PC .. 16 RAM, lots of storage. intel i9 processor . - but now trying to transfer licencce or product to my new windows advanced PC, yet again - AGAIN -THE ORGANIZER IS NOT ABLE TO ORGANIZE PICTURES, - as it hangs up, also this time... qUESTION IS :   If I buy the ne 2021 elements , will you GARANTI that the organizer will work ???? name email adress rekve@online.no

Epson ET-3700 printing photos all red.

Using Elements 2020 + update on new Dell Inspiron 3881 (i3 cpu running at 3.6 to 4.2, 8 Gb of Ram, onboard graphics ),  Organiser shows a lot of photos as being corrupt ie grey rectangle, top right corner folded over and jagged line acoss. Files show as good on hard drive, and Windows 10 displays photos fine. NOW comes the interesting/confusing part, Organiser will not open them, BUT Editor does! All I have to do is select them, click on Editor, and before it has finished loading, the files are shown in all theit glory! It makes no diference as to format, ARW,MRW, jpeg,tiff, scans to jpeg or tiff, all show as "corrupt". All I do is select files, click on editor, let it load and then when loaded close it without any editing and photos remain as intended, WHY and what is going on? Please do not suggest uninstall/reinstall, as I have had enough of that.

Ik heb Photoshop Elements 14 gekocht en geïnstalleerd. Het programma werkte in het begin goed en is dan uitgevallen. Opnieuw installeren hielp niet. Het stopt bij "Serienummer valideren". Hoewel internet (Edge) aanstaat, krijg ik geen kans om te valideren. Weet er iemand een oplossing?

Hi, when I try to import photos I see the attached image; with other programs I see the photos perfectly. After seeing the other attached error.Could anyone help me please?

I have been printing cards from my paintings using Photoshop elements for many years. One favorite image now is not printing correctly. In the dark background there are coppery orange blotches. Anything I can do other than try to correct it using the brush and carefully try to take them out. I no longer have the painting so i can't retake the photo.

Photoshop elements 2021 crashes when trying to use my XP-Pen artist 13.3 pro drawing pad. I have read that this is happening to other people after instaling the lastest version of PS. And so I have been trying to uninstall this latest update. I have tried to find a number or person to contact but the adobe website is sending me in circles. I am scanning old slides, of which I have a few hundred.  I'm using an Epson flatbed scanner, and I can do four slides at a time - but still I occasionally get one in there upside down, and the image is reversed.  I was wondering, with all of these AI pieces being added to image processing these days, whether anyone had a tool that recognized things like backward letters in an image, and automatically offered the choice to flip the image?

When double clicking a photograph in organizer to view a larger image, if the screen window width is large only a grey box is shown and not the image.I discovered when I had the organizer window maximised to 5120x1440 when using Elements 2019.Believing it could possibly be an issue with this older version, I upgraded to 2021 but the issue persists.With smaller windows there is no problem but for window widths around 4400 upwards the image turns into a grey box.  

I have elements 20 and just discovered that the version I am using has not been automatically updated. (my version 18.0 20201207.M) I have also checked that the camera raw plug in is dated 2019. I have just bought a new camera and realised that the raw files are not being recognised so require the updates. I have downloaded camera raw but the software has not updated. also noted that there is a new update for elements 20 but cannot seem to find this either.Can anyone help/advise me..Thanks

Dear community members,I have upgraded my system to Adobe Elements 2021 and faces a problem when using the Elements Organizer; In some places in the catalog, I experience a kind of locking where the thumbnails repeat themselves below each other. Some of them are only the half thumbnails. It is not possible to open the image or video from the thumbnails. When scrolling nearby these places, adjacent thumbnails may be affected as well, but this varies.I wonder what is causing these faults, and how can it be repaired.I have tried to optimize and repair in the Catalog manager menu, but the problem still exists.

I want to transfer my photo tags list from Photoshop Album 2.0 currently on an old PC to a newly purchased version of Photoshop Elements 2020 now residing on a new laptop. How can I do this? Some instructions would be much appreciated. I have already transferred the photos across.

Hey everybodyI just bought PS Elements 2021 for editing my photos. But PS doens't open my NEF data out of the Nikon Z6 II. I have installed the newest update but it doesn't work. For testing I converted an NEF into DNG but it doens't work really well (the picture looks a lot different). So is there any possability of opening NEF data?

Looks like I may have to upgrade from PSE 2015 to 2021. I'm curious as to whether these annoyances have been fixed: 1. Open Recently Edited File stops working when more that 100 files occupy the list.2. When choosing to save a file (for example, For Web), you must enter the filename extension (different from MAC standard).3. Rotate and straighten often fails to Autofill.4. Saving for web changes filename spaces to hyphens (Yes, I understand why). Thanks!

Does anyone know why iphone moving images (.mov) can be loaded into elements Premiere without problems but attempts to play in Organizer generate an errorThe selected file cannot be played because your system does not have the required compressor/decompressor (codec) installed.From the documentation I would have expected files that load in Premiere could be played in OrganizerFor the record I am using the latest 2021.2 version of Elements

My Elements 12 has stopped passing instructions to my printers whether by wireless or usb cable - a message appears on screen 'Photoshop cannot print this document'I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Photohop Elements to no avail.My two printers are otherwise functioning normally.        

I am gettting the above error message when trying to drag a jpeg from the main orgainzer display to another on the same C drive. This does not occur on all photos, perhaps just 1 out of 20.I have tried shutting down and restarting as well as opening the photo in the editor, making a minor change, and resaving. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello all, I'm using Photoshop elements 2020. In the organizer map function, when you add a new location, if I want to move the icon to a specific location within the city, I cannot move the icon even though there's seem to be a "move" icon underneath it.  Anyone else having the issue, or is there a trick I do not know about? Thanks 

Hi!I have a license for Photoshop Elements 9.0 and have just installed it on my Microsoft Surface 3 Pro with Windows 10 Pro.The menu and buttons are too small and difficult to read.How can I fix it?Thank you. 🙂 

We purchased Photoshop Elements 12 several years ago from Costco and never used it. Now we're trying to load it and can't find the serial number. It looks like it was a common problem at the time. Are there any answers? Please help.

In the print preview, is it possible to delete the blue box around the photo?
