Photoshop Elements

Hey everybodyI just bought PS Elements 2021 for editing my photos. But PS doens't open my NEF data out of the Nikon Z6 II. I have installed the newest update but it doesn't work. For testing I converted an NEF into DNG but it doens't work really well (the picture looks a lot different). So is there any possability of opening NEF data?

Looks like I may have to upgrade from PSE 2015 to 2021. I'm curious as to whether these annoyances have been fixed: 1. Open Recently Edited File stops working when more that 100 files occupy the list.2. When choosing to save a file (for example, For Web), you must enter the filename extension (different from MAC standard).3. Rotate and straighten often fails to Autofill.4. Saving for web changes filename spaces to hyphens (Yes, I understand why). Thanks!

Does anyone know why iphone moving images (.mov) can be loaded into elements Premiere without problems but attempts to play in Organizer generate an errorThe selected file cannot be played because your system does not have the required compressor/decompressor (codec) installed.From the documentation I would have expected files that load in Premiere could be played in OrganizerFor the record I am using the latest 2021.2 version of Elements

My Elements 12 has stopped passing instructions to my printers whether by wireless or usb cable - a message appears on screen 'Photoshop cannot print this document'I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Photohop Elements to no avail.My two printers are otherwise functioning normally.        

I am gettting the above error message when trying to drag a jpeg from the main orgainzer display to another on the same C drive. This does not occur on all photos, perhaps just 1 out of 20.I have tried shutting down and restarting as well as opening the photo in the editor, making a minor change, and resaving. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello all, I'm using Photoshop elements 2020. In the organizer map function, when you add a new location, if I want to move the icon to a specific location within the city, I cannot move the icon even though there's seem to be a "move" icon underneath it.  Anyone else having the issue, or is there a trick I do not know about? Thanks 

Hi!I have a license for Photoshop Elements 9.0 and have just installed it on my Microsoft Surface 3 Pro with Windows 10 Pro.The menu and buttons are too small and difficult to read.How can I fix it?Thank you. 🙂 

We purchased Photoshop Elements 12 several years ago from Costco and never used it. Now we're trying to load it and can't find the serial number. It looks like it was a common problem at the time. Are there any answers? Please help.

In the print preview, is it possible to delete the blue box around the photo?

I downloaded the version of Photoshop above, but the prompts like File, Edit, etc. are tiny.  I was told "Color Monitor with 16 bit color video card 1024x576 display resolution at 96 dpi or less are screen requirements to view the product correctly".  I don't know what that means!Can somone tell me how on my PC to make the prompts larger?Thank you

I begrudingly updated my iMac to Big Sur and now my Photoshop Elements 12 no longer saves files without crashing and deleting all the contents in said file.   So in a panic (I need PSE for work) I had to buy Photoshop Elements 2021.  Comments and reviews seemed to say it worked decently enough on Big Sur.     So I downloaded it, but it's laggy, slow, and whenever I use my Wacom pen and tablet, PSE21 freezes and becomes unresponsive after a few mintues of use.   My PSE21 is up to date running the latest version that came out on March 17, 2021.  I need help, what do I do to make PSE21 run and stop freezing with my Wacom tablet?  I've done all the troubleshooting methods provided by Adobe.  All the drivers in the pen are up to date too.    iMac is a 2017 model with an i5 3.4 GHz Quad Core and 16 GB of memory.  It should be working fine.

Recently upgraded to PSE 2021 on a MAC from older v14.  In previous version, when I opened multiple RAW files could apply RAW edits to all open files at one time using Select All.  I no longer see that as an option in RAW editer, can only make changes to one image at at time.  Am I missing something?     Thank you.  

I purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 14 and installed it my new new work computer. It will not allow me to run the application because its states that I need to deactive it on my old computer. The old computer is no longer in my possession. Please advise how I an deactivate on the old computer so I can start using the product I paid for on my new computer. Thanks. 

Hello,I am using Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020 and here Adobe Organizer to tag my pictures (faces, locations etc).The pictures are distributed on different drives in different folders. During my work I have moved and deleted pictures via Windows. I have also deleted and renamed folders in Windows.The actions described above were not recognized by the organizer. That means in my catalog are still the old folders with pictures.A new import of the media has unfortunately not useful.Do you know a way that the catalog has the current state of Windows? 

I just bought PSE 2021 from the App Store.The Help/System Info dialog says this:Is this the latest version?For future reference, how do I know if that's the latest version?How do I upgrade?I see no reference to build number. Thanks, Al

Photoshop and Premiere Elements has been the worste purchase I have made in a long time. Adobe should recognize by all the unsatisfied customers that they need to fix their issues. My issue is, when I launch photoshop or video editor (premiere elements) it crashes. I was told to ensure windows was updated, it is. Uninstalled the prgram at least 20 times. Still does not work. This has been the biggest waste of money and Adobe should start refunding anyone who has purchased this horrible product. 

Hi there,Configuration:- Windows 10 version 20H2- Processor x64- Photoshop Elements version: 20210304.m.156367 - Wacom Tablet Intuos Pro with Photoshop Elements being added as an application to the Wacom Tablet properties.Symptoms:No menu item or icon is clickable with the pen, but remain clickable with the mouse.Pen works perfectly with any other software (Painter, and so on). Thanks in advance for your help. 

HiWhen using refine tool in elements 2021, after making my alterations, I select new adjudtment layer with mask then ok but a new layer doesn't appear in my work space. I'd like someone to advise on how to overcome this problem.

When out and about I don't always have a 'proper'camera with me so knock off quick shote on my iPhone or mini iPad.  Suddenty lately my PSE won't upload from either.  I have changed cables just in case, but no joy. I am on PSE 2019.and have never had problems with this previously (several years).  Anyone else had this or better still,anyone got any solutions?  TIA

Hi all, I have a customer who wants to clear cut products and consistently size them on a standard-coloured background as product images on their website. We use Photoshop CC and this would be perfect to do this in, but not sure they want to spend the money on full suite – can they do this in Elements? They're on PC by the way...

I am using PSE 2020 in Windows 10. I just imported a few JPG images into my Organizer. One of them displays a thumbnail with the "broken" icon. I can right-click the thumbnail and Open it in the Editor and edit it. But when I save the edit it still shows the "broken" thumbnail in the Organizer. I've tried using the Update Thumbnail function but it does nothing. The attached screenclip shows the original and two edits of this photo.         How can I fix this? 

Hi,My deceased daughter painted several pieces on canvas (11x14). When I tried to photo to create copies for our family the image displays the canvas where the paint is light. See attached. Is there an easy process to replace or blend the dots with the surounding colors using Adobe Element 14? Note: I am not a full time user of Element. Thanks
