Photoshop Elements

I have just redownloaded photoshop and premiere elements on my laptop but it won't accept my serial numbers I have had them working on this laptop before and other laptops Does anyone have any idea why it's not accepting my serial numbers?  

Am I to understand that a user must remain signed in to use PhotoShop Elements without being constantly prompted to sign in and enter a serial number? That happens whenever I sign out through the menu.

I'm trying to activate Photoshop Elements 14, and support have told me that the activation servers are no longer working and that I need to post here to get a workaround from the "Back End Team". When I try and activate, I receive a message that the serial number is already in use (from my old computer that has now been wiped). Please help Regards Neil

I had to reinstall PSE 2019, prob my fault. Anyway, I had all my buttons in the left side panel but it changed to vanilla settings. How do I reinsert all my icons eg: clone stamp and such. And how do I get it to open in PSE and not the flash screen?

Hand tool works. Scroll bars do not (even after first clicking on the image).

I have an Epson=ET-3750 printer. It will not print photoshop pictures. Says cannot open default printer. It is set up as default printer. Any ideas? 

Hi All          I wonder if someone could help me, I recently bought Elements 20 after having a few versions over the years but upgraded camera needed it, whilst in Organiser theres a link in the tool bar at the bottom to go into Editor, but after doing it once I find I cant go in again even when closing it all down, looking in Task Manager it still shows Adobe Elements is still open, if I close it down I can access the Editor from the Organiser but again just the once and will have to repeat the proces of manually closing in Task Manager, has anyone any idea what to do as its stopping me using it and looking for alternatives 

I have PSE 2021 and each time I start the program I have to reload either Topaz Sharpen AI or DeNoise AI  or both???  They do not automatically load as they did when I first got PSE 2021?

I have PSE 2018 installed on a MacOs Big Sur 11.2.1, when I try to use tools in DRAW, the pics disappear when I engage any of the 8 tools within that section. When I engage the tool, the pic disappears, when I release the tool, the pic comes back. Therefore, anything I try to do in this section, I end up having to work blindly. The tools work but I cannot see what I am doing.  Thanks....Ken

I use my Samsung TV for viewing my jpegs. Jpegs that are not edited and jpegs that are edited in MS Photos display properly. Jpegs that are edited and saved in PSE 2020 are degraded. It's a though a very light green haze or film has been applied to them. The effect is generally subtle, and if you were looking at one of the affected jpegs in isolation you might not notice anything wrong. But viewed alongside the unedited original it's obvious that the picture has changed. Less sharp and a green tint. I mostly don't edit my jpegs, so it isn't a huge problem. I would be grateful though for any suggestions that might help me fix this. I view the jpegs by connecting a USB drive to the TV.

I was just working on entering a photo contest that requires any editing data to be forwarded along with the image. I noticed when I started working on the images that the Editing History data would disappear from the far right column of Elements where the General Information, Mededata and History are normally shown. In place of the History information would be a line that says Edited Image with a brief thumbnail of it, and in some cases a thumbnail of the Original image and a line that says Original image. The dates that these occurred were also shown.While I was making the changes to the image, the Editing History showed on the screen. As soon as the image was closed out in editing and saved, that information no longer was available to me.If I send these images into a contest, will the edit History information go along with the photo? For years, I have been exporting albums from Elements to make-up slideshows to put on my website.  The slideshows use Adobe Flash Player, which is now defunct.  I am using an old Elements 11.  What alternative facility does the latest version of Elements have for exporting albums and putting them on a web page ?  (Just wondering if I update Elements, there will be a fix for my problem?)

I have a video from 1999 in my library. I imported it to PSE. PSE says it can't find it (there is a ? Mark in the icon). I try to show PSE where it is but it won't accept the link. I removed the thumbnail and tried reimporting but it says it is already in PSE (no it isn't). anyone seen this before?

When I edit a jpg file I want to save as the same by default but I cant find where to set that. The default is photoshop. Thanks, Brian.

After spending about an hour working on a photo, these strange neon bars began to appear. I was unable to get rid of them by undo-ing steps, and I tried to restart Photoshop but that did not help. Does anyone know how to get rid of these, or how to avoid them. I am desprerate for help! 

I am using PSE 18, and I am organizing photos into albums. I would like to view only the photos not assigned to any album. Is that possible?

I see this is a common question for this version.    I originally purchased the combined package back in 2016 with Premiere Elements 14.  After that, I upgraded to PE video 15 in 2017, and more recently to 19 (2021) just last mopnth.   Relatively recently, I upgraded Premiere Elements to the 2021 version, but not the Photoshop part.    I'm having to retire the computer they were loaded on.   While working to download the latest version(s) to this new computer, I have not been able to open Photoshop E 2014 on the old computer.   Going to my Adobe account, I see it registered, but I guess the package is so old that it has dropped off the list.  So am I out of luck with PE 14?   Do I now have to purchase a more updated version or is there a way to retrieve the serial number somehow (no, I didn't wrte it down because it's never been a problem) from the the folder with all the files used to install it?

Photoshop Elements 21 Loaded from DVD I purchased months ago onto a Dell Laptop with Windows 10 Home. The laptop has 8mg of RAM and a large HardDrive.  It seems that after the first JPG loads, subsequent pictures load OK? 

A wrong tag was added to a large group of photos and I want to remove it. I can do it one at a time by opening up the tags menu, selecting the tag that I want which displays that selection, selecting one photo, right clicking on the tag that shows up in the Image Tags section in the lower right, and finally selecting the remove tag option.I should (I think), be able to select a group, right click and select remove keyword tag but it is greyed out.

I have had several versions of Photoshop Elements. My current version is 2019. In the past, whenever I plugged my card reader into my desktop, it would autostart Photoshop Elements. This feature appears to have stopped working. I have made no changes to my hardware or operating system. I can go in and physically find the memory card and copy the files to the folder, but this was a really handy feature.Any thoughts? Thanks in advance. Dan Crites

Hello,How do I remove a "People" tag from multiple photos?Once upon a time, you could select multiple pictures and remove a common tag. When I select multiple pictures, People/Event tags aren't listed under the "Remove Keyword Tag" right click option.  Nor do common tags appear in the "Image Tags" box on the lower right. I see where it has been posted that you can select an "Event", select multiple photos, and there will be a "Remove" option on the lower left toolbar. However, when I try this with People, there is no remove option. What am I missing? Thanks,Casey 

I recently upgraded from elements 11 to elements 2021. 2 problems; Firstly how can I see and work on earlier versions of a file in a collapsed version set. I can find no way of uncollapsing the version stack. I have tried re-importing the original file, but elemts will not allow me to do this as it says the file is already in Elements. Secondly, when editing a file in guided edit mode, How can I just go to edin another parameter in guided edits, I am only allowed to go to basic or expert mode. I found the edit arrangements much easier to use in the earlier version and I am currently very unsatisfied with elements 2021. Much of the operator interface seems to be a backward step and reduces the flexibility for me to do what I want. I wish I had never bought this version.

Hallo, ich habe im Januar ein Upgrate von Photoshop Elements + Premiere 2021 gekauft. Wenn ich den Fotoeditor starte, werde ich nach dem Lizenzschlüsses gefragt. Dann erhalte ich die Mitteilung, dass dieser ungültig sei. Der Lizeschlüssel ist direkt von der acount Seite kopiert.

Editing in LRC and then exporting to PSE2020 was fine until something glitched or maybe my fingers hit something wrong and I had to reset the external editing tab as it was no longer showing PSE as an external editor.  Since then with every edit I get the asterik at the end of the file like this: @DSC09652-edit.psd @9% (Brightness/Contrast 1, Layer Mask/8) * Before the reset it looked the same just without the asterik; here's an example of an edit done before the glitch@DSC09930-edit.psd @17186320.6% (Brightness/Contrast 1, Layer Mask/8) What's happened? Is this something I need to fix or not?
