Photoshop Express

I have been using PS Express for some years, but I can't no longer log in... I have tried to log in with my Adobe-account via  e-mail, Apple, Google and Facebook... But PS Express just starts and imediatelly close, and I'm back to the log in page again...

I go into preferences and change resize from original to 2000.  When I save a photo. It saves as original still and when I go back to preferences my selection has charged back to original.         {Title edited by Moderator}  

GreetingsWas trying to find my way around using Adobe Photoshop Express, IoS App to open eyes in a picture. I select, face-> Eyes -> Size / Height...nothing happens. There is NO open eyes option. I am using paid subscription version.Can someone relate step by step way of doing so? Attaching the screenshot of the options I see online.Thanks,

Hi all - does any know where I can find the specs to the preset borders in PS Express? For example, I select my photo and navigate to Borders. I choose Basic because I just want to add a 1" border around the photo. There are approximately 56 borders to choose from. But I don't know the dimensions of each border so I don't know what to expect.  Also, is the following is possible?  Keep the full image while adding a border:  decrease the dimensions of the image so the border is added around the full image rather than cutting part of the image off? I'm happy to research on my own if you know of a good tutorial for this. Thank you!

Trying to do more with the "camera I always have with me" and am getting what appear to be decent shots using the Samsung Expert Raw tool. I can view the DNG files just fine in Windows 11, but when I go to open them in Photoshop Express I get an error that there is a "Missing Camera Profile" even though the Adobe site claims the S21's cameras/DNG is supported. That's still better than my usual program (DxO) which won't even open the file. In any case, is there some way to setup Photoshop Express to use a proper Camera Profile? Or do I just continue to work with the slightly "off" looking version it initially pulls up after the error? I can get to a decent image with some work, but if I can get a better image and/or save some work I'd like to.Does anyone use the full Lightroom Classic and Photoshop with Expert Raw? Same issue or...?

Is there a way we can create and organize our pictures in Folders and Albums in PSX in the same way we can manage them in Adobe LR Web and mobile versions? Without this GUI. the PSZ experience is a huge letdown, esp. when 10s and 100s of pics need to be processed using PSX.

Hi there. I am trying to download and install Photoshop Express on my work laptop and it doesn't work. I am getting the same error every time: "We can't connect to the service you need right now. Check your network connection or try this again later." My network works absolutely fine and all other apps from Adobe are fine too. Any ideas? 

Once again, I've suddenly lost access to my Photoshop Express Premium Subscription features. Specifically, the “Mix" workflow option no longer appears on my screen and I’m unable to cutout an object and save it with a transparent background. I'm on a 4th Generation iPad Air IOS version 16.5 and iPhone SE IOS v 16.5My PS Express Settings shows Release 23.22.0Thanks for your help to resolve this problem.

Hi,It seems that Photoshop Express for iOS is not using the original file name if I save the file after editing. Can I change this so that the original name (or maybe original name plus "-1" e.g.) will be used? Thanks, Christian 

HelloI downloaded and bought PS express on iPhone 11 through App Store. Go trial it between that and lightroom. I decided I liked it that I'd download on android tablet to use on there with a stylus pen for better precision when editing my photos. I've logged on with my email/ Adobe account that I thought I'd used to subscribe but I'm consumed as the one on the android seems to be the free version. I assumed it'd be the same log in details? How do I resolve this please? 

Please, get the CMS RAW profile consistent so I don't have to recreate settings in the middle of a color work every time there's a new release. MyLooks CCX. I can't even use this version as is.  When I open in Photoshop Express or Lightroom 50 mpx RAW files from ExpertRAW with the option of HIGH EFFICIENCY RAW turned on (if its turned off, it works fine), the picture in really dark, is like Photoshop is not getting correctly the exposure information. This does not happen in other software.Comparisson between Android Photoshop Express and Windows Zoner Photo Studio: (This only happens with 50mpx shots in ExpertRAW with high efficiency enabled, with 12mpx it works normally) n the file on Zoner Photo Studio, the file is exposed correctly

Is there a way to add a font to Photoshop Express on my Android tablet? If not, which mobile application can I add the font to, so I can add text to photos in this font? I am new to most of the mobile apps. I'm not even sure what's actually available, so advice is much appreciated! 

When trying to upload photos to photoshop express to edit, it doesn't register that I have TIFF files. How do I get my files into photohop?

Dobrý den, dnes jsem si stáhl do telefonu aplikaci PS Express, ale v nabídkovém menu není funkce retuše. Jak je to možné? Kamarád má úplně stejnou aplikaci, ale má to tam. Zvolil jsem prozatím měsíční předplatné pomocí mého účtu na Google. Částka již byla zaplaceno. Neví někdo, co s tím? Jinak budu muset odinstaloval a pedplatné zrušit. Předem děkuji. Hezký den. 

I'm using the Photoshop Express App for iOS. I've updated it as of today and it says there is supposed to be a free blend tool in Combine Photos. I can't find anything called combine photos or a blend tool. I've spent way too much time searching the whole app already. Please help!

Why is Photoshop Express asking me to login if I am already logged in into Creative Cloud Desktop and open it from there?

Hi I was able to create a nice logo and banner using the free version of PS Express and the free 14 day trial period of Adobe Express Premium. I used a sparkles overlay, altered the Lobster font and another font I bought from someone on Etsy. I don't think I'll need to keep the Adobe Express Premium after the 14 day trial but will continue to use both apps in their free versions. My question is, am I allowed to use the logo and banner I made for my small business for commmercial purposes? Website, social media, marketing etc? Also are the free versions of these apps considered NFR versions? Thanks! "3.8 NFR Version. Recently, when opening up a photo to edit on PS Express, a menu continuously pops up at the bottom with a "Get started with:" list of options. I'm not sure why this does this, as it has not done this in the past. It's just an extra step and a minor inconvenience, but was wondering how I can bypass the app doing this. Thanks.

Hi I just download photoshop express and I am simply trying to ad my logo as a watermark on an image.  When I go to mix, I import the first image, then I click + to add my logo on it as a layer (the logo is importing cropped). The left and right side of my logo has been cropped.    What do I do that it is not cropped? It is quite urgent for me.    Thanks for your help. {Title edited by Moderator}

I see a few older posts about this, but I'm hoping for an update. I was an avid PS Mix user and downloaded PS Express and subscribed. I can use Mix on my phone, but it isn't an option on my iPad. Checked that I'm signed into both devices, tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and still... no Mix. This is incredibly frustrating. I paid for the subscription so I could use this particular feature. Come on, Adobe. Make it work for all devices, or at least highlight that it only works for certain versions.
