Photoshop Express

I have been using photoexpress for a while now. Then I purchased an iPad Pro... excellent I thought now I will be able to use adobe products much better.  Here comes Photoexpress Pro... On my screen the camera is totally wrong, in portrait mode supposedly but then tried to force landscape. So what I see is the below picture on its side. However, when I look at the file it is upside too.  Changing the position of the iPad Pro doesn't help either. It just rotates in the wrong format. Help.

Hi guys,  I have noticed there is an option to save as draft just before exiting an edit. I've tried pressing it but not sure how to open the draft ? Can anyone help ? Thanks. Jon

After Microsoft's latest patch KB5017328, Photoshop Express stops working on Windows 11 21H2.  Un-installing the update restored Photoshop Express functionality.  Please be careful. I don't believe Microsoft or Adobe are aware of the issue at this time. 

When will the 'Camera RAW' on Photoshop Express be updated to accomodate the Olympus OM-1 Raw files?

I have a valid adobe subscription for both photoshop and ps express. I have 3 ipads, On my ipad mini 6 I have the option for PS EFFECTS which sends the image to PS on my MAC and then works its wonders. However on my Ipad Air 5 and Ipad Pro 2021 I dont have the option at all. Attached a screent shot from my Ipad Air. In the bottom right corner I only have the option for eyes and edit in.While on the ipad mini I have the options of... Eyes - PS Effects - Collage - Edit inI have tried remvoing the app and reinstalling it, but no luck. Hopefully someone can help. This is what I get on the Ipad Pro and iPad Air This is what I get on the iPad Mini   Thanks in advance for any help 🙂

when I tried to edit a photo in PS express, it looks quite blurry compared to  the original sharp image saved in my iPhone, why is that? Appreciate any insight u might have ! Thanks

After installing iOS 16 most of the options in retouch have disappeared like resize, reshape etc. Any ideas how to solve this? 

I installed Photoshop Express on my iPhone 13 Pro Plus a couple of days ago, and I like what I've seen so far. I've applied a filter to one (and only one) of my photos, and I'd like to print it at 8" X 8" (square) for framing. That sounds simple, and I get into the Print dialog with no trouble. However, I am not happy with the results. I've made three prints on 4" X 6" paper, and all three have come out filling the entire paper, borderless. The picture is of a large wheel, and these prints have lopped off the top and bottom. Oddly enough, the preview in the Print dialog looks exactly like what I want—a square photo braced by two little white bands on both ends—but that's not what I get. See my screenshot. My printer: HP Envy 7855. I hope someone here can walk me through what I'm missing.

Buongiorno, vorrei modificare un'immagine da colore a B/N lasciando solo un colore ativo, ho letto che è possibile farlo, ma non trovo i comandi nell'applicazione o meglio l'opzione è attiva nel software ( photoshop express piattaforma IOS ), ma non riesco nell'esecuzione, installato ho anche il software su windows 10 ma nulla... 

Has anyone ever had this issue? We have a RAW image in Lightroom, we applied our preset, and then when we open it in Photoshop to make final tweaks it makes it SO much brighter and the colors are off. I feel like we've tried everythign at this point (checking RGB, trying different profiles, making sure all is up to date etc.).   

I recall being able to adjust the opacity of elements before in my PS Camera app for iOS.   Now, the option seems to have gone away. Does anyone know what happened? Or am I losing it? I know was able to do this before. Lol  my phone and app is updated also.      {Title edited by Moderator}

Hello. I would like a refund for my annual subscription with Photoshop Express. There has been a mistake with purchasing and I was wondering if anyone could help me out. The purchase was made on September 1st at 1:45 am. I was not in possession of my credit card when it was made  

Hello, I am hoping someone can explain where is the option to add borders to form a square for instagram post, but without cropping the image? Simple enough task to fit in the image as it is with some specified margin from the top&bottom or right&left and white background. Instasize app has a very nice way to do it, so I am rather unpleasantly surprised that neither of sophisticated Adobe apps has this feature.

I have installed photoshop express on both my ipad and my laptop windows 10.  The feature to make a collage is on my ipad but not on my laptop.  How do I make it accessible on my laptop?     {Title edited by Moderator}

For a few days now, it has not been possible for me to save a reduced image (jpg) on ​​the iPad Pro and iPhone 13Pro Max. PhotoShop Express displays the selected size (custom size) in the app.  However, the edited image cannot be saved in a reduced size. The app ignores my input. iOS 15,6 (latest), reset, reinstallation did not help.  I haven't changed any setting.  There was only an update of the app.  (Bug???)I am a paying ABO-User. Support is informed.  In the German-speaking chat support, there has been no real help so far.  (Holiday?) I am despondent because I like the app very much. Or liked it ... Does anyone have an idea about this problem?Hopeful greetings from Austria

I started Graphic Design from an app on my iPhone called photoshop Mix 3 years ago. The app has recently been inter graded with another Adobe app and now is no longer available as mix. This was very disappointing and extremely frustrating as to the numerous projects I have currently been working on. The mix application was in my opinion the best way for photoshop I tried it on the computer and on the iPad but preferred the app. I grew accustomed to the platform and created countless works of great quality. I became a Graphic Designer who did not need a computer or even a place to sit. I created where ever I wished. I was pleased with Adobe for creating a in my eyes a perfect application for design! Now I'm stuck trying to finish my projects with a new platform where eventually I will have to pay for something I don't want or need! If Adobe simply wanted to abolish there Free application because of well being Free, I totally understand and would not mind paying for it! It was a terrific

When I open an image to use with Photoshop Express, the lighting of my image is automatically changed. The image will have reduced highlights. I can't figure out why this is happening. There is no obvious setting that I can see. It's happening with both the edit and retouch tools. I've restarted my phone and updated many times. Could anyone offer insight into why this is happening?      {Title edited by Moderator}

Suddenly I am unable to utilize the “Mix” portion of the PS Express app. I created an image yesterday 4/15/2022 without issue and saved it as normal. However since that image I have not been able to use the “Mix” portion again. I can open the MIX as normal but when trying to add the first image it is not responding to my attempt. Every other portion of the app is working as expected. I recently upgraded to the full access and MIX is one of the primary functions I planned to use, this is frustrating to say the least. I hope you can help me to figure it out.Tim

I can't download just one picture at a time from my Iphone 11 to my new PSE 2022.When I try, it tries to download ALL my pictures.     {Title edited by Moderator}

I'm using Photoshop express app on an Android phone. When I open the app, my photos appear. There is no "home" screen with options. I select the photo I want to edit, then the tools icon, then "select background" then "delete selection". The background is correctly selected by the software, but it will not delete.  If you have a similar issue, please say so, and maybe adobe will actually fix it. If you have a solution, please share it. I have no reason to keep paying for the app if it doesn't work. {Title edited by Moderator}

I canceled the trial version of the app the same day I signed it up. but the rewards for the subscription were deducted from my account. although the subscription is not active. i want a refund
