Photoshop Express

When I open an image to use with Photoshop Express, the lighting of my image is automatically changed. The image will have reduced highlights. I can't figure out why this is happening. There is no obvious setting that I can see. It's happening with both the edit and retouch tools. I've restarted my phone and updated many times. Could anyone offer insight into why this is happening?      {Title edited by Moderator}

Suddenly I am unable to utilize the “Mix” portion of the PS Express app. I created an image yesterday 4/15/2022 without issue and saved it as normal. However since that image I have not been able to use the “Mix” portion again. I can open the MIX as normal but when trying to add the first image it is not responding to my attempt. Every other portion of the app is working as expected. I recently upgraded to the full access and MIX is one of the primary functions I planned to use, this is frustrating to say the least. I hope you can help me to figure it out.Tim

I can't download just one picture at a time from my Iphone 11 to my new PSE 2022.When I try, it tries to download ALL my pictures.     {Title edited by Moderator}

I'm using Photoshop express app on an Android phone. When I open the app, my photos appear. There is no "home" screen with options. I select the photo I want to edit, then the tools icon, then "select background" then "delete selection". The background is correctly selected by the software, but it will not delete.  If you have a similar issue, please say so, and maybe adobe will actually fix it. If you have a solution, please share it. I have no reason to keep paying for the app if it doesn't work. {Title edited by Moderator}

I canceled the trial version of the app the same day I signed it up. but the rewards for the subscription were deducted from my account. although the subscription is not active. i want a refund

I've edited two photos of the same view(one is JPG and the other is NEF) on my laptop running Windows 10. I want to display them side-by-side so that I can decide which one to keep. I've tried doing the comparison within Windows  Explorer by making the pictures as extra large icons but this isn't sufficient. Does anyone know please how I can do this within Express itself? this makes no sense, it doesnt let me cancell a free trial, even though i have already tried all the posible ways... it makes me think its a tramp, and just want to charge me money. Hallo! ich habe vor längeren dieses Programm gekauft und es hat mit jedem neuen Handy immer wieder funktioniert, und jetzt habe ich Funktionseinschränkungen und und es wird gesagt ich muss das Programm kaufen. was ich aber schon lange gemacht habe... wieso funktioniert das diesmal nicht und ich darf nur die freien Funktionen verwenden?  Ich werde kaum ein zweites Mal für dieses Programm zahlen. I have the cc photo package (lightroom, lightroom classic, photoshop, photoshop express).  Photoshop Express appears not to support either PSD or TIF.  Or am I missing something?......Izzy{Title edited by Moderator}

I've been using photoshop fix and express for a while now and editing private photos I don't want anyone else to see, however I noticed these photos are stored in my creative cloud, does this mean that they are public and anyone can view them, also how do I check if an image is private and non viewable by other people. As well as this I noticed on photoshop express that there is a discover page with peoples creations, I am now worried my creations could be getting posted to this?
