Steps to reproduce:    1. The Auto Reframe Sequence function is no longer working properly in the latest version 23.1. And in the latest BETA version this function does not work at all. There is no change to the video when the Analyze button is pressed. I was wondering how hard it would be to implement a mask point size preference inside of the Premiere preferences menu. I know AE has it and I know 23.1 released the increased zoom in the Program Monitor. I think the next natural step would be to give the user the ability to control mask point size to their liking.

Back by popular demand you can ripple delete one frame at a time with your preferred keyboard shortcut. To use it, set up a Keyboard Shortcut (Option-Command-K) and search for “Ripple Delete Head Frame.” Once you have designated your KBS, position your playhead before the extraneous frames, press your chosen KBS and delete one frame at a time until you land on your ideal first frame. Try it out and let us know what you think!   Please note that this is using my KBS but you can choose your own.  

Steps to reproduce:1. Have a couple of clips on separate layers (on top of each other) in a sequence. Let's call them "TOP" and "BOTTOM".2. Disable the TOP clip (by right-click > "Enable" or turnin goff the video track's eyeball).3. Double click in the Program Viewer to select the BOTTOM clip. Result: ...The TOP clip gets selected (even though it's invisible). Hello everyone, Hopefully someone can help me out, because I'm losing a lot of time (and money) and I'm starting to get pretty frustrated. Pc specs are listed at the bottom of my post. The problem:I was running Premiere 22.6 and kept losing edits because of crashes during (auto)save. Supposedly this is (FINALLY) fixed in the upcoming release. Because losing edits multiple times a day is totally unworkable, I decided to install Beta version 23.1. I'm hesitant to upgrade full versions because I have some ongoing projects in CC22 I need to revisit often. I ALWAYS keep the previous version in case something goes wrong. It seemed to be working fine for a couple days. No more save crashes, some new additions to gpu-acceleration, etc. The only annoying this was the preview going black (permanently, audio still playing) whenever I opened any footage/music in the source window. Not that big of a deal, I could just select footage, drop it into the timeline, restart the program and then

"File; New; Color matte" opens the set color dialogue and also the save window, but doesn´t save the "color matte" file.Doing the same thing starting from "New item" icon, e.g. "New item", "Color matte", works perfect as expected.

Fine, no need the old titler, BUT, how about some features ESPECIALLY  the inner fake 3D depth shadow (Outer stroke)? Instead of improving the Essential graphics and make it more "design friendly", you are taking away real cool tools. How does that fit into your improvement scheme? It was an amazing tool and now you are taking it away, why?Honestly, what were you thinking when removing those great features?

This is a repost of another I put in the wrong forum. I don't know how to remove the original. Hey there, Since the latest Premiere Beta update (v 23.2.0 BETA (Build 8)), the projects I have seem to load fine until I click on anything with Lumetri Color applied (clip, adjustment layer, etc), or if I click on the Lumetri tab to view an active effect's setting. The app just quits, no error or dialog. Can't even find anything in the logs. Possibly related to the Vignette bug from a few versions ago? Any advice?

First things first: - 2021 14" MacBook Pro (18,3) - M1 Pro 10cpu/ 16gpu & 32gb ram- macOS Monterey 12.6.1 (had the same issue on 12.6.0 as well)- Beta version 23.2.0.8 The bug is that if I open a project and click on a click with Lumetri on it, or if I select a fresh clip and click on any setting in the Lumetri window, then Premiere hard crashes. The media in my timeline is Sony FS7 XAVC-S UHD 29.976fps, Shogun DNx 36 1080p 59.94fps, and a .jpg, but Premiere crashes the same way regardless of which file I try to add a Lumetri effect to. Footage is stored on a SanDisk Extreme portable SSD, but crashes the same way with footage stored on the internal ssd. I tried opening Premiere with Rosetta, making new projects, clearing my cache, deleting and reinstalling, and none of those fixed the issue. Luckily, I eventually figured out that Beta 23.1 doesn't have the issue so I rolled back to that for now. Also having issues with the full 23.0 release where it hard crashes

In recent full version and beta the transcript merge and split buttons don't work consistently. I have to change workspace to get them to work, and sometimes that doesn't help either.

When exporting a DNxHD MXF file (1080i DNxHD SQ 8-bit) from a 29.97 timeline, the file is encoded at 25fps on the first attempt, but not every time. The second attempt, changing nothing, just exporting again, exports correctly at 29.97. I've attached XMP files for reference.

When I open a project started in v23.0 (non-beta) in the Beta 23.2.0, I get the missing audio plugins dialog, even though they are there and enabled in the Audio Prefs. Closing and re-opeing Pr fixes it - they show up the second time (closing and re-opening the project doesn't).

Build 8 unusable. Crashes on opening and just pressing the play button. Or adding an effect. Tried many times: reset preferences. old project, new project, re-installed Stuck for now. Error: closed unexpectably > recover project > crash.   Does not remember thumbnails in  list view.

23.2.0 Beta Build 8 - Windows 11 22h2 I have ungraded 1080p Arri footage. I opened PR Beta. PR dashboard appear and i click New project, and import page popup appear, but when i want to select project location, no anything happen. stuck on import page because can't slect project location. 

Altering any colour wheel in Lumitry colour either on the screen or via my Tangent Wave causes Premiere to instantly close. All seem fine in the non beta version. Windows 11 RTX 2070 Braw footage.

Steps to reproduce:I have a sequence set up with intro graphics, an interview section (subtitled) and outro graphics. I want to duplicate this sequence (so I keep all the intro/outro graphics etc), then delete and replace the middle interview section, and create new subtitles for that section - whic is impossible.1. Duplicate "Sequence 1". Let's call the duplicate "Sequence 2". Close Sequence 1 so we're sure that we're not working on that one.2. Open Sequence 2, and delete all the subtitles from the Subtitle track. Delete the Subtitle track completely.3. The latest Beta for 23.1 won't export to the desktop, saying the location is "locked" 23.0 works just fine, any ideas? Also on 23.1 (the latest one) I cannot create a project from scratch, I click create and nothing happens, again, works fine with 23.0

I saw that the latest beta has a new feature for creating a rough cut using the transcript. While at this early stage it seems a bit too clunky for my use case, I think the potential is there for a game-changer to workflow in the future. Current State: With the current state of the feature (from my understanding), you manually select text from the transcript which effectively adds in-out points around that text. Then, you drag the clip onto the timeline via the project panel for example. Idea: The software would use the transcript to predict "sections" of the same spoken text, such as a person doing a re-take of the same line multiple times. Then it could visually represent these sections in the timeline, and allow the user to choose which one to use or add to another sequence. Perhaps it could even take in a pre-made script and use that to better line up what sections go to what part of the final script. Example Use Case & Concept Image:For example, I usually h

I am surprised that Adobe has some languages included in Speech to Text (Transcribe) feature but not a major language which is used and spoken by over 350 million people which is Arabic? With so many Arabic production features now that are aired and uploaded to many online streaming services, it is CRITICAL that Adobe pays respect to it's users who work in Arabic content/film/TV series. I mean with all due respect to some languages who are only spoken by less than 10 million people and already are on the list, it is disrespectcful that Arabic language not included in Speech To Text feature. I wonder if it is bias from Adobe agaisnt the peoples in Africa and the Middle East. And this is a bad brand image to Adobe. Now that this request is as important as any new update, it is getting huge attention in the media and NLE users everywhere. So I hope that in the next update 23.1 Premiere Pro will have Arabic included in Speech to Text.
