Premiere (Beta)

The clickable area of a numeric field within the Effects control panel seems to have shrunk, you need to hiy the center of any field with absolute precision to be able to type in the values you prefer. I find typing values affords you better precision than dragging. This seems to happen in many panels, not just in Effects control or the field I highlighted.

Text properties window is acting really funky since the update. I can't navigate this at all.  

I am trying to edit my captions but there seems to be a glitch in the properites panel. The content is not loading and when it does, everything overlaps on the screen and no button work. I reset the software and my laptop multiple times as well 

Hi there. Trying to generate proxies for full res 6K media just like I always do, but the Beta thinks Media Encoder isn't installed. I've got both the Beta version and CC25 installed.  Steps to reproduce:    1. ...Right click on full res media, select proxy>create proxies Result: A dialogue box pops up saying Media Encoder isn't installed.Expected: Media encoder would open and start creating proxies in the background. System info    Application: Premiere Pro (Beta) v25.1.0.63    OS: macOS v14.6.1, RAM: 32.00 GB GB, CPUs (logical): 10

Good thing I finished my project yesterday. This build crashes when opening an existing project.  I can start a new project and it stays stable, but opening projects that worked just yesterday, it crashes out after trying to load all the media. With a new project I can import footage, but when I go "new sequence from clip," it winks out. And the Report a Bug link is not properly copying system data, but here is the build number:25.2.0 Beta Build 8.Windows 11

- The hand tool for moving the box within the program monitor no longer works. The only way is to zoom in and zoom out with the mouse wheel.- The graphics window essential for modifying all the subtitle parameters has disappeared.- It no longer displays graphic elements, such as png or jpg, in the source monitor window.

Hi. the captions control panel (Properties) is malfunctioning.  I've noticed several other people are having same issue. Any timeline for one when this gets fixed?

Windows 11, premiere pro beta 24.6

Premiere Pro BETA (11/7/24 version) has issues in Lumteri.  The scroll up/down bar has to be perfectly centered over a section for the clickable keyframes/sliders/wheels to work at all. Premiere Pro BETA 25.2.0 Build 9

when sound is enhenced you get sudden low B sounds that hitting hard like a mic that is not right and someone is talking against it and moment after drop of sound to nothing. Makes it worse than the original. Like if over correcting low sound to hard and hard sound to off.

Steps to reproduce:    1. 25.2b1/w11 wont open stills (png jpg) from the project window into the source monitor . It will however open from the timeline into the SM.  

Premiere Pro 25.2.0.008 (2024-11-05 Build 😎 seems to have broken ALL non-audio (video only) source clips from being loaded into the monitor. Both the double click of a clip or a match frame from timeline produce the same results. Source Window is greyed out for non audio (video only) clips. Also- Random number letter sequence appears in Source:name tab for ALL clips in source window. Please fix asap! Mission critical! Mac Studio. M2 Max. 32GB Ram. Default build. Fresh machine. Worked fine on previous beta builds. Auto update nuked it.

In todays build, on a multicam sequence, the timeline indicator is not moving smoothly. It stays where I start playback, then jumps to where I stop.  If I'm looking at a still, I'm not sure if it's playing or not.Timeline counter (time display) also freezes during playback. Haven't restarted yet... System info    Application: Premiere Pro (Beta) v25.2.0.7    OS: Windows v10.0.22631, RAM: 63.83 GB GB, CPUs (logical): 16

You can allocate iGPU (UHD 770) for decoding, and dGPU (Intel Arc) for encoding. Currently, only one device works for both decoding and encoding.

This is really wierd.  I've exported a speaker's slides as PNGs, which are named Slide 1, 2, 3...10, 11, 12, etc., without leading zeroes.  I forgot to put them in. I dropped them in a bin which came up in list view. Everything sorted nicely, running 1, 2, 3 as expected. But when i shifted to tile view, they were listed, 1, 10, 100, 2, 20, 3, etc. I discovered in tile view I can choose "List View sort" in the sorting  area, and it straightens out.  But if it's in User Order, it's all messed up. And if I put it in Freeform View it can't be sorted except by manually moving things around. Why is this???  Why can't User Order and Freeform View default to the 1-2-3 order? BTW this also happens if I'm importing a bitmap stream as a clip and forget the leading zeroes. I've resorted to running stills through Lightroom and exporting with a letter followed by leading zeroes. System info    Application: Premiere Pro (

Auto Save is bringing Premiere Pro to the front, even when it is hidden or in the background while working in other applications like a web browser. This is very annoying. This is happening in Premiere Pro 22.1.0 BETA (build44) on macOS 11.6. Steps to reproduce:Create a new project in Premiere Pro and import a few assets into a new sequence.Set Auto Save to 5 minutes in PreferencesOpen a web browser and surf the internet until next Auto Save occurs. Observe how Premiere Pro Auto Save brings Premiere Pro front and center, even though it wasn't the active application. Expected behaviour: Premiere Pro should be able to Auto Save in the background without bringing the application in front of all other applications.

I've used the new Pr Beta 23.1 build 33 on the latest project I have and I am getting Audio disk I/O overloaded at <timestamp> in "Audio Prefetch" warnings a lot (maybe 10 times or so).It seems that they show up when I'm working with dynamic link but I don't have enough data yet to say that with absolute certainty.What does this mean? Is it a bug?

audio waveforms disappear sometimes and while ajusting eg. the color grade wheels or some effects theres a hugh delay.

when i grade olor in lumetri color .. using multiple color feature like basic color, creative, curve etc footage what i color grade it looks white fade .. what can i do now?
