Premiere (Beta)

When i press intepret footage on a media the program crashes completely and this happens every time

Is anyone experiencing warp stabilizer issue recently? Even I applied it properly it always shows "Unknown Exception on frame 0 in Warp Stabilizer 

Sony mxf footage (HD 29.97) is not playing back or only with severe lag and Premiere constantly gives warning about frame substitusions.  No issues playing back the footage in other programs such as Windows Media Player and Davinci Resolve also plays back flawlessly.   Currently in lastest version of Beta Premiere 24.5.  A few versions back everything use to work fine but around the time I upgraded to version 23 is when I noticed this.  For a short time using the Beta version of 24 it was playing fine and then when 24.5 updated the footage became uplayable again.  Just tried the lastest non-beta version 24.3 and it is better but there is still delay after hitting the play button in the timeline of about 1-3 seconds.   I have long-gop footage from other camera models like Nikon and even 4k on from that camera plays back fine so I think this something unique to Sony footage.  Please look into this issue as Sony cameras are used

I mostly edit in list view. Close/save the program a such. When opening project again project window is now in icon view. Build 17 (been like this for a couple of builds)

Eveytime I try to make edits to the work space the Premier pro (Beta) crashes or freezes

Steps to reproduce:1.Alt-middle-mouse-scroll-wheel in the Subtitle track to resize it, like I can with Video and Audio tracks. Result:It enlarges, but disppears off the top of the timeline panel and it's impossible to drag the divider (like I can with the divider between the video and audio tracks) Expected:Subtitle track should enlarge downwards, into the Video Track space. System info    Application: Premiere Pro (Beta) v23.5.0.24    OS: Windows v10.0.19045, RAM: 127.91 GB GB, CPUs (logical): 32

I don't recall if I reported this previously, but it occurred as early as 22.6.0.50.    Steps to reproduce: Create transcript (source or static I think). Export as .txt. Reimport unchanged (or with edits). Result: A - Space is added between transcript segments. In the original export, segments are separated by: CRLF CRLF   If you re-export, segments are separated by CR CRLF Space CRLF CR CRLF CRLF CRLF   B - If create captions, spaces appear as boxes with X. (These can be edited and removed. Or if you simply open the segment for editing but make no change, the space remains but the box/X is gone in the caption on the timeline.) Expected: No space would be added.  Workaround. Export original transcript as .txt. Merge segments outside PR by adding a single space after each segment and removing the line ending. (This creates a single, word-wrapped segment.) As timecodes, use the begin timecode of first segment and the end timecode for last segment. Import a

when dragging a new clip up onto the invisable space above the tracks on the timeline. premiere creates a new track. on this new track usually theres default height its set to. in the stable release this is okay and normal. but in the beta i have noticed that the track height when making a new track is 2 steps up bigger. than in the stable release.if anyone can get round to a fix on this that would be amazing! as my tracks are now always too chunky! haha

adding cross dissolve or other dissolves to cuts- not showing in program monitor or after rendering.

It's been there for a long time.   Select the Effects Panel with a shortcut, or mouse click and it takes two tabs to get to the search field. Same with selecting the Effects Panel within a stacked panel group.   Anyone up for making the search text-box the default control in the Effects Panel.   Cheers!

Quando eu estou a ver a preview de um vídeo no premiere pro 2024 o ecrã fica com riscas pretas quando eu puxo a timeline, mas quando está parado, o vídeo fica mais escuro.Mas no momento a exportar o vídeo, ele fica bem, só que isto faz-me confusão ver isto, sabem como resolver isto?? 

When I right click on the clip in my timeline and select, "Edit Clip in Adobe Audition", nothing happens. It is not opening Audible to edit the sound as it usually does. This is a feature I use all of the time and had appreciated how the programs worked together.    I am using Adobe Premiere Pro (Beta) in the CC on a Windows 10 Enterprise.

Steps to reproduce:    1. ...On my project using Zoom video assets optimized for editing, the track with the video file of the Web cameras, when adding a Morph Cut, causes a complete application crash. Result: Crash.Expected: Work reliabililty and with stability, but it's very unreliable causing me to have to use the current release, rather than use the beta. Please see video of the crash attached. Not crash report is ever generated. Some clips in a project save in build 2 are showing double Motion properties. Clearing prefs does not work. Build 8   BTW, first few builds ran smooth, this one is terrible.

The current version of Premiere Pro Beta (2024-05-29) is missing the Video transitions bin in the effects panel.

During Beta editing..... Morph Cut filter consistenly crashes.   Even after latest update.

The audio waveforms for the multicam sequnces laid down on my timeline are missing in the v24.6.0.8 update.  Mac OS 13.6.7 (22G720

Bug or by design. Importing a PSD file as a sequence. Header takes on names on the layers. After renaming layers and rearranging layers the names do not correspond anymore. Build 8 @jstrawn   

When I updated Premiere Pro Beta 2x yesterday, the error was like this even after the update

Hi guys, longtime listener first-time caller. I'm a documentary editor and heavily use copy/paste in my timelines, always saving versions of ideas in different places, trying different lines, etc. My timelines are huge and my projects are huge. I use title cards resting above clips as sort of organizational post-it notes for my selects ("this is great, don't forget", "this bit is the ending", "put Freebird under this and we'll win the Oscar"). However, the last few versions of Premiere have a game-breaking, slit-your-wrists-level bug, where if you select a big chunk of timeline that includes title cards and COPY, it won't paste. You can copy&paste big swaths of timeline WITHOUT title cards per usual, but the moment you add a single title card, it won't paste. I've investigated this somewhat and found that you can copy ONE clip (video and internal audio) with ONE title card and it will paste. Two title cards? No. Two hundred clips and one title card? No. Anything

When loading a LUT file the Open File window pops up again after already applying the LUT once. Clicking cancel also cancels the already applied one. Picking it twice just picks the latest chosen.    Latest Premiere beta build as of writing, Win11

In the EGP when making a text with and still (mask with text) it does not behave. When dragging the text to the left, it stays visible on the still all the way When I drag the text to the right, and the left side of the text reaches somewhere in the middle of the screen, it suddenly jumps all the way to the right and disappears entirely. I think this behavior has been around for some builds, but never paid any attention to it. Build 4
