Premiere (Beta)

HI. I am writing in text box, a basic text box that has a simple border and 2 color Base/outline layout with a plain font. I'm writeing a pragraph over a video for a caption. a paragraph, not a novel, a pragraph, to display at the front of the video. I have a i7 processor, 3 ghz and a nvidia 4070 ti GPU.Its lagging my computer like I'm building a complex 3d simulation, to write a paragraph of simple text over a video. why? is this a bug? or is it my system? why is it like this?

Is PPro automatically running Auto Color to my clips? What's going on in the Progress Dashboard?

Released and Beta versions (Adobe Premiere 24.6.0 Beta (build 38)) randomly not rendering. I've attached a video showing the export of two files.One renders normally and results in what's expected, the second renders fast and incompletely This happens in both the Premiere release as well as the beta. I've tried creating a sub sequence and the results are the same. I've also restarted my system and done a "CleanMyMac" system scan. Trying to cut all content and paste into a new sequence doesn't work either. Thoughts? TY. 

Hi, The timecode within the source window keeps resetting whilst the peak file for the loaded clip is generated. If I import a large file and Premiere starts to generate the peak file (bottom right) if you try and enter in timecode to the source window clip - the timecode will keep resetting - meaning you are unable to enter in timecode until the peak file is generated. 24.4.1 Build 2 MacStudio M1

For added context this issue extends to both regular Premiere Pro and Premiere Pro Beta. I switched to Premiere Pro Beta out desperation, because nothing else I tried worked. I edit livestreams for a YouTuber, these streams are multiple hours long with multiple audio tracks. When editing shorter videos I don't have this issue, only when editing longer videos. Whenever I switch tabs I'm unable to play back the preview for like 10-15 seconds unless I have the preview already playing in the background while I do other things. Even overshooting the alt key and accidentally pressing the Windows key to open the start menu is enough to set me back and it is incredibly infuriating. For the past 6 months I just assumed it was a hardware issue and worked around it but a few weeks ago when I updated to Beta 24.5, my issue was fixed entirely. I could switch between windows freely and it would run perfectly without slowing down and timeline performance was way better. When I updated it to beta 24.6

I cannot get Premiere Pro to load a team project. I created a new one and copied everything over and it worked twice and now we're back to the beginning. I'm switching back to DaVinci, this software is trash.

Premiere pro (beta) 24.6Mac OS Ventura 13.6.7 Open existing file and sequence, hit play, no keyframing, render all, still no key frames. Hi, I opened a recent project Premiere Pro Beta this morning and I see that all my keyframe animations are missing or broken. The png object no longer seems to have active keyframing for scale, rotation, movement. Grateful that opening the same file in Premiere Pro (build 57) they are all still functioning well. Please see screenshots of the same file/sequence/clip—in Beta and build 57—showing NO keyframes in Beta and functional keyframes in the build 57 version.thanks, - MiLo

Same issue as some people have reported. Premiere is unusable as the following type of image appears every time I pause playing either on the time line or on the clip itself. Have tried all issues suggested on various similar posts. It worked fine when I started this morning, then the wheel of doom appeared and the whole computer crashed. When I re-opened Premier Pro 24 or Beta, the issue appeared. Is it one of these programmed obsolescences because it puts me in a really s***y situation as I cannot finish the job? 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬  

After adding multiple layers of Lumetri Color I'm only able to edit the most recent layer added. Clicking on them in the effects panel does not allow me to swith between them and using the drop down menu in the Lumetri color panel does not allow me to switch between them either. The most recent one added has a mask that tracks w/ the subject, not sure if that has anything to do w/ the bug or not? 24.6.0 Beta 30Sanoma 14.5

I have Lumetri FX on shots that showed up before and now they don't.  They are clicked on.  FX on various text sometimes shows up and sometimes doesn't.  Sometimes it just makes the text appear.  And sometimes if I click to another sequence and click back again it will reappear.  

Good morning, looking for some help...I am new to Premiere Pro and I have a video that was shot, but the captions were added in another program that I don't have and when they were generated, they were all messed up with spelling errors, etc. Rather than reshoot the video (I don't have the original prior to captioning), I'd like to caption over what's there currently.From what I understand, I would go to the Captions and Graphics workspace, but in my software, these are separate. And there is no option for transcribing or Speech to Text and I can only manually add captions, which may take forever. Any ideas on where I can find the option or why my set up is not showing it as an option? My software is up-to-date, so I'm at a loss.Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I dont see anything in the time line but the clip shwen in the program window

I have a Dell 8940, with an i9 processor, and an Nvidia RTX 3060 GPU.  Would going to a newer Nvidia GPU improve speed? The GPU i am looking at is the RTX 4070

Hello. community, Abobe Premiere version 24.6.0 BETA (Build 30)Mac OS Sonoma 14.4.1 Notice that now I can not resize the image and choose which part of the image I want to see in the Program window.  For exemple, I increase the image in 400% and need to check if my Graphics are well align. But Premiere only allow my to see one part of the image. Like I want to see the top of the image and can not go to the top. I don't know if I make myself clear. So I am going to upload some prints. The image bellow my clipe is fitting all the window Next image I increase the image in 400% and need to go to the top, but can not go. Can not find the tool to go to the top? Where is it?  Thanks a lot.

Nearly every time there is an update, Premiere loses the GPU connection to Warp Stabilizer (red render bar). If I toggle the effect off and on, is back on again (yellow render bar). Build 30, Nvidia 1070Ti (555.99 Studio driver)

Currently editing a documentary using Beta and having some issues with audio on 2 different machines. Machine 1: M1 Max MacBook Pro, full spec. While scrubbing through interview footage, every few seconds the 'Audio disk I/O overloaded' error pops up. Audio will cut out for a second. I start to scrub again, it'll work for a bit and then the same thing happens. Machine 2: M2 Ultra Mac Mini. Scrubbing through interview footage when audio will abrubtly cut with an error saying ''audio from clip not found'' with the waveform clearly showing in the timeline. Footage is from a RED exported as ProRes 422 in DaVinci.  

With the new UI changes, the transitions all appear selected. It is also very difficult to see if a clip is selected. It's not visually distinct enough. I've attached a screenshot to illustrate.This is happening under Premiere Pro 24.5.0 Build 57

Steps to reproduce:    1. In the 24.5 Beta if I have "Transmit Multicam View" enabled and move a multicam clip from V1 to V2 (or higher), the Multicam View is disabled and reverts to a single camera view at a reduced quality. Result: Only seeing 1 camera at reduced qualityExpected: See multicam view with all cameras visable System info    Application: Premiere Pro (Beta) v24.5.0.48    OS: macOS v14.0.0, RAM: 64.00 GB GB, CPUs (logical): 24

Even if its saying not able to play in quick time.

Everything works witih the edit tab as normal but noticed after updating today that when i move into export then back to edit, one of my workspace windows is gone. I have to toggle to another workspace then back for it to show.  going to keep messing around and re-save my workspace again and create a new one and see if it keeps happening.

The latest version of PP Beta (24.2) keeps crashing on me witing a few minutes of opening a project. Everything seemed fine until I tried to click on the Enhance Speech option. The program immediately crashed. It has continued to do so every time I subsequently open up the program. I initially thought it was an issue with the Enhance Speech module.  In fact, I located the "Add-ons" section of the program listings in Creative Cloud and saw that Enhaced Speech was not added. So, I added it. Still no good. In fact, when in the program and clicking on another editing feature, NOT Enhance Speech, the program again immediately crashed. This is a new development as I have used the Enhace Speech feature before (and was frustrated by its constant rendering every time I made an edit). I just tried the feature again on a different project with the same results. I am on a MacBook Pro M1, Sonoma 14.1.2 (which a new update as of yesterday). At the start of this issue, I was able

In beta version "24.6.027" I can't import final cut pro xml files into my project. When I start loading them I just get a loading window, then it disappears and nothing changes in the project. My operating system is Sonoma 14.5, m2 pro
