When editing a transcript...the text color is now black.  It had been white..how do I switch it back?

Today I updated PPro to 15.4.0x3, and now when I click on a Caption (subtitle) to edit it, it turns black. I can still edit the text - by memory and guesswork. Caption panel, not selected:That same caption selected for editing:The caption text is still there - I can move the cursor around (the cursor is visible in real life, just not on the screenshot) and type stuff, but it's all just black on black. When I press Enter, it all reappears. I've been working on this same project for a few days (in previous versions of PPro Beta) with no issues. I just updated my Nvidia drivers to see if that helped, but it made no difference. Very annoying! 

Seems to mostly freeze when a clip is selected while switching to color panel. I have had some luck when switching with no clip selected. While this is a workaround it is annoying and slower than being able to switch seemlessly to adjust the clip you are working with. This has been an issue through all M1 beta versions for me. 

When I import srt file to the new caption tool  - the writing turned up to be left to right instead of right to left, even when my setting is set to middle east and right to left. It Happens also in the new formal premiere version (15.00)When I started to use the beta version few months ago I noticed that I could fix that problem by changing the right left sympbol in the edit menu but in the past beta versions  that symbol turned up to be grey and can not be changed, so whole issue of using the hebrew in caption become irrelavent. 

Canon R5 8K RAW Light files have a magenta tint in Premiere Pro Beta. On non beta they don't work at all. Canon official CLOG2 lut applied.

I'm confused by this because I succeeded in getting one file where MediaInfo reports that 608 captions are embedded and one with 608 and 708. All this applies to PR 15.1 release and Beta 15.2.0.26.   The importance of this bug is that users exporting for broadcast are getting files rejected, possibly due just to a bad flag. All of the files I created actually have the 608 captions present. If a 608 stream is created manually in PR, MediaInfo shows it as embedded. It is only 608 streams creating by importing that are affected. I only tested SRT; but some users who are having broadcast export issues were using mcc or other types.   Steps to reproduce:1. Creat new sequence.  2. In Text Panel, click on "Import captions from file."  3. Pick an srt. In import settings, pick 608. 4. All appears well. Export MXF OP1a with embedded captions. 5. Upon reimport to PR and creating a sequence, the captions are there.  Result: MediaInfo reports as no captions.Expected: MediaI

Hello, Working in Premiere Beta, The animation for prores RAW Exposure does not work. It limits itself to the first value, and will not change as mofified... Values do change, but no effect takes place

I was wondering if this was known or something overlooked but I noticed that the Premiere Pro beta icon on my dock appears smaller than the AE and Media Encoder Beta icons. I'm not sure if it is something on my end or something else. Just thought I would bring it up

Audio in nested clips makes the UI partly unusable. Such as not being able to twirl down properties in the Effect Controls. Not being able to switch workspaces.Delete audio and all is well again.I have encountered this issue and some reports of this issues seen on the main forumAnyone else seen this?15.1, 15.2 and beta.

Hello 🙂On Premiere Pro 15.1 and 15.2 and even betas 15.3 and 15.4 there is a UI bug occuring when nesting sequence.The UI becomes unclickable, freezes, etc.(I do know that deleting the audio fixes the problem. I know. But still, it's a bug that must be fixed. It's been there for too long). Thanks.

ビルド３では出来ていましたが、トランスクリプト、キャプションともに文字編集できません。ダブルクリックで編集状態に入り、編集のためクリックすると文字が見えなくなります。見えないまま適当に入力して元に戻ると入力はされています。入力画面で文字がバックの黒と同じになって見えないようです。

Hey Beta Team.  Any progress on giving us full control over the Vertical position of Captions?  If I could move it down about 20 pixels I could start using Premiere for burning Open Captions and save myself hours and hours of manual work creating SRT files.  Please consider giving us full control over the Vertical position.  Thanks!

Nesting and placing them inside head sequences with "show waveform" enabled results in partially freezed UI -- switching between panels become unseen until you touch and move dividing borders of the panels, and all the buttons (essential Graphics panel), timeline zooming (in timeline panel)  or clips (project Panel) -- all of them become like clickable but not drawing any change on screen -- untill you move the border of the panel to reflash or redraw the viewport -- and as soon as you turn off all audio waveforms for the nested (this is only if there are nested sequences in the cureent opened timeline sequence) -- as soon as you disable showing the waveform -- the problem is gone immediately.

When I exit & return to Legacy Title Maker my panels are still in place!!! Me and many others have been asking for this for I don't know how long and all we've been told is that LegacyTitle Maker is going away. Yet here it is working!!!!!!!!!!!! I had to recreate my custom styles, but over and over the panels stay in place!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you. Please don't pull the plug on LegacyTitle Maker.

When you're copying a lut and pasting it to another clip the timeline freezes. You're able to move the timeline cusor but whatever frame it froze on stays on the screen. Also if you make to quick of a movement on the timeline it freezes as well. I've also encountered a few issues with using Wave's audio presets. The NS1 does work as well and on export the audio channel is either on the right or left channel. In order to fix the freeze problem I have to force quit on my premiere program and restart application on my Apple M1 Mac.

I wasn't expecting the point number to change until next week. I wonder what features this one will add. The gradients on text in the Essential Graphics panel have been a welcomed addition. Is there something in the pipeline for the Track Matte Key or maybe the ability to set multiple in and out poins on a single clip in the Source Monitor?

Every time I convert a transcript to subtitles it creates a new captions track on my timeline. If I'm creating multiple social videos on one timeline, I end up with 20 tracks of captions. It should just go on the highlighted track like it does with audio and video tracks.

Hi!We used recently the auto transcription on last days with success but today it feezes at the end of the process. I joined a screen capture which shows where it stops. It is on that screen since almost en hour. The video is about 10 minutes long.  Is it a problem with my video, the servers on the cloud, Premiere? It's difficult to say. I tried qith other video which was working last week and it doesn't work either. Thanks!Sylvain

Only yesterdday the Beta Update crashed all over the place.  Today's Update is fast and stable on my M1 Mac Air.  Nice work!

Steps to reproduce:    1. ...Works on some sequences but on others that have exact same media and audio get to end and freeze. All sequences are 1920x1080 23.976p ProRes 422 HQ, media is ProRes 4444, audio is 48hz 24 bit 4 track mono wav files, goes through the whole process of Creating Auto Transciption and freezes at what seems like finished I open sequuence in Captions and click transcribe Result: ... no transcriptionExpected: ...Transciption as works with other sequences. System info    Application: Premiere Pro (Beta) v15.3.0.27    OS: macOS v10.15.7, RAM: 64.00 GB, CPUs (logical): 20
