Premiere (Beta)

I'm noticing occasional errors with the Enhance Speech processing on the Windows version of Adobe Premiere Pro beta where I'll get strange glitchy repeated phrases and other artifacts in audio.

Is it normal behavior that after the enhanced speech is applied on the clip in the timeline, if you try to adjust the sync of the audio, let's say, move just the audio track a few frames forward or backward, the enhanced speech is reset, and it needs to be analyzed again. Undoing the audio track move will not bring the already analyzed enhanced speech back. Is that how it should be?

Did anyone else's labels just reset to all being one color? I had everything organized on a timeline I'm working on, and they just all turned to one color. Like it over-rided what I'd labeled clips and made them follow the defaults based on media type. PR updated this morning to 24.3.0 (build 43)Mac OS Sonoma 14.3.1 

Works as expected. It imports into the project but at same time AME opens and showing the exported frame    

If I hover over a clip in the timeline in PPro, a thing pops up to tell me about the clip's duration, in point, etc. Nice.If I then alt-tab to AE, the pop-up remains stubbornly there instead of disappearing.

PP Beta is nice with its new audio features and all, but I can't stand editing in it. I actually depend on the colors of my clips & markers and them being distinctively different enough for me to categorize scenes. In PP Beta, many colors are so similar that I can't tell them apart. For example, Lavender and Magenta are super similar now. Forest and Caribbean are indistinguishable when on the timeline.... and Violet and Blue are basically the same color.  It's seriously messing with my workflow. I try to only open PP2024, but often times Beta launches instead. I have to open my project through PP 2024 in order for that not to happen. I really wish the colors were the same in Beta as they were in the old Premiere Pro. Anyone else vote for colors stay be consistent? 

MacOS13.2 (22D49) - Premier Pro Beta 24.3.0 Build 33 - Window Tab/Essential Graphic tool does not display in the Workspace.- Restarted the computer- Restarted the application- reset the workspace- I copied a premier beta file from previous work and refreshed the workspace. My experience is that the tool is not displaying anywhere when clicking in from the Window tab. Also, it is not selected. 

If I'm using GPU acceleration, and turn on Transparency Grid in the Program viewer, the transparency grid is always scaled to "fit", regardless of what the zoom level actually is, like this:If I switch to "software only" in the project settings, I get this, correct view:I shall update my Nvidia drivers later - I'm currently on 551.52. 551.61 is the latest available driver. 

Hi Team,I'm working with a multi-camera sett up, and when I click and change any of the options in the Effects Controls pannel on the CLip that I'm working on, all the options desapiere.... PUFFF!!! To get all the options back, I need to click into another Clip, wich then it makes all the options on the Effects Control Panel to apperare again..... then, I go back to the Clip that I was working on.... This happen using the Lumitri Color inside the Effects Control too......As you can imaging this is VERY ANOING!!!! Hi @everyone, does anyone know if there are any plans to roll our the text-to-video functionality or integration? There are many great tools out there and it seems Adobe is behind the curve! Or perhaps this is a more suitable question for Adobe Firefly?However,  video gaze correction with AI would be great feature, especially for short clips for social marketing purposes. 🙂

HelloUn the few latest versions of PP beta, the masking have some problemsFirst off, when you already have a mask set in place, the option to select multiple points by dragging the mouse area marker isnt workign at all. the mouse does change to the marking icon, but no square is painted and no mask points are being selected. second, selecting a specific point is buggy, if i want to select a point to drag it, it automatically enables the Bazier to the point (like i was holding ALT, but im not holding it), and even trying then to move or disable it usually ust moves a handle instead of the point. just after having the handles far from the point i can actually move it, then i need to alt click it to cancle the bezier/curve mode of the point.makes it REALY HARD to work with masks

Hi gents, I have one sequence which is about 3 hours of footage, and I have made a lot of Markers on this timeline.  The audio stopped playing back on this sequence alone.  It is not muted, not soloed, there are no technical problems with the system.  (The other sequences all have audio which IS playing back.) So I made a new sequence and copy and pasted the footage into it - and the audio worked!  BUT, the markers were missing.  So I deleted that set of pasted shots, changed my marker settings to "Copy Paste Includes Sequence Markers" -- and I copy and pasted the footage into the new sequence again.  Okay, this time the markers came through, BUT - the audio was mysteriously muted again. It seems like markers and audio playback are conflicting with each other somehow.  Here are the specs of my system. System info    Application: Premiere Pro (Beta) v24.3.0.39    OS: Windows v10.0.22631, RAM:

Looking to understand if this is an issue. Before the update to the current Text panel (caption panel), caption files would just be placed in one of the video tracks, when nexting those sequences in other sequences, the captions would show inside the video track (similar to how markers would be visible in nested sequences). From here you would be able to export this new nested sequence and choose to export captions or embed captions, depencding on the specific need for the production. In my workflow, I start with a main "broadcast" sequence and then create another sequence that has only a shorter element of the main sequence. The idea is to create different/shorter versions of the same content for various end-points. In the process of creating those shorter productions I was able to just place my captions in the main sequence and essentially edit out the parts of the captions that I didn't need for a shorter video, and I was able to export a sidecard or embed those cropped/edited

Updated the beta version and not the essential graphics panel will not open.

I've previously filed a bug report about PPro never remembering the width I've set for the Settings section of the Export panel; like most serious editors, I have a decent sized monitor (or three) and, almost every time I export something, I drag the divider between the Settings and the Preview to embiggen the Settings so I can see all the details. Bug 1: This dragging/resizing process is REALLY unresponsive and laggy. Bug 2: PPro still NEVER remembers this; each time I go from Edit to Export, the Settings panel is narrow again. Annoying. Bug 3: Equally annoying, is the fact that PPro never uses the available width of the Settings section for the file path, as shown here:Why does PPro not expand the filepath to that whole areas I've highlighted, rather than just showing a small snippet, with an ellipsis where the filepath has been truncated?

I am in the beta 24.3 build 33 and when I double click a clip in the timeline where it used to bring it to the source window where I could work with it, now it brings up a dialog box to "edit offline file".  How do I go back to what used to be the default behavior? 

It is still very difficult or rather impossible to draw a mask with multiple vertex without a few bezier vertex popping up. And yes I do not drag my mouse. These few bezier are difficult to disable with alt clicking (often get a different icon). This behavior has been present since day one. For a non bezier mask I have to start with a rectangular to be certain I get no bezier. But this workaround can be somewhat cumbersome.

Track targeting just got a lot easier in Premiere Pro (Beta). You can select and target multiple source or target tracks by holding down CMD/CTRL as you click and drag the cursor across multiple track buttons in the timeline panel.   Holding down CMD/CTRL + Shift while dragging will invert the targeted selection.   This feature is available in Premiere Pro 22.6 x10 and later builds.    Please let us know what you think!   The new keyboard shortcuts are highlighted in green. Use CMD for Mac and CTRL for Windows.   Turn Tracks on/off: CMD/CTRL + drag. So the latest update has removed file syncing to creative cloud.No problem, we have been notified well in advance, and I, and probably many others, have never used Creative Cloud file syncing for anything with Premiere Pro.But oops!  Now I find that a feature I do use a lot, the "profile sync", to keep my Premiere Pro settings synchronized between several editing stations I use (Macs - two desktops and a laptop) is no longer available at all.Ok, Adobe, can you give us another straightforward easy UI method for syncing  profiles?Many of the other apps I use support a choice of DropBox or Apple iCloud for doing that.I get there are reasons you wouldn't want to be tied into those 3rd party products, so how about a specialized Adobe Cloud Sync hidden behind-the-scenes just for configuration profiles?Or maybe a menu command to export or import profile settings to a file on the desktop?(Speaking of, in the meantime, can someone point me to where I should dig through the tons of nes

I'm having issues opening a fairly large project file. After the start-up screen disappears, the premiere beta window opens up but nothing is displayed on the screen. I have no idea what could be causing this problem other than possibly the program itself. I've opened it up with the normal Adobe Premiere and it seems to work fine but when I open up the project file on Beta, it doesn't display anything. I've attached a screenshot of what it looks like after it loads up. I do frequently open this project file on an iMac and on PC when I'm working from home but the last save I opened up were both from the iMac. Not sure if there's something there since I'm kind weary of opening up the same file on two different operating systems. I'd hate to say the file may be corrupted, but since it opens up on the ordinary Premiere, it may not be. Since I don't use many of the Beta's new features, it may be time to switch to the ordinary Premiere program. Has this happened to anyone? Could it

It seems to me that each release of Premiere Pro Beta is getting slower and slower over the past couple weeks.  Is anyone else noticing this?  Or are my projects getting progressively larger and more complex?  Perhaps I should spend a day trying to use the non-beta Premiere Pro to remind me how unusably slow it is.  LOL   Thanks for all the work you all put in to this every day.

Bonjour, Depuis que j'ai fait la mise à jour d'adobe premiere pro beta il y a quelques jours, celui ci ne s'ouvre plus. Impossible d'ouvrir d'anciens projets (que je pouvais modifier encore juste avant la MAJ). Et impossible d'en créer un nouveau. L'écran reste noir. Un message d'affiche, j'appuie sur OK mais rien ne se passe ensuite.  J'ai tenté de me déconnecter du creative cloud, ensuite me reconnecter mais rien n'y fait. Est-ce que quelqu'un a eu le même souci et est parvenu à le résoudre ? Pour info, je suis sur MAC (M2 MAX - 64Go RAM) et il est aussi à jour.
