Premiere Elements

I've got Premiere Elements Organizer 18.0 and have a very large catalog (~112K Images)I'm unable to apply locations to my images (I had previously done this successfully to ~80% of my catalog).Now I'm unable to see previously tagged places or tag new ones with a location.For example, when selecting some images and attempting to 'Add Location'  I get the dialog box to enter a location.I type a location (i.e. New York) and the tool never searches for possible hits....and the Apply button never becomes active.I think I saw a splash-screen fly by one time mentioning that I need an Internet Connection.I am connected to the Internet and don't see any network related 'configuration' options within Premier Elements Organizer.Any idea how I can reestablish the network connection and get my locations working again?Thanks for the help! 

Hi, is it suggested that images in a slideshow shall all have trhe same size, and then which one based on showing on a computre and a 55 inch TV? Is png better than jpg?I have a combination of images in jpg from my mobile and raw/jpg from my camera.Thanks in advance.

I am working on a project using premiere elements 2023. After importing pictures, videos and music, I cannot access the project resources!! I want to change certain pictures and music but I cannot access them.I tried importing them again, but the project resources tab does not drop down. Thank you

I bought Premier elements in October 2022 and was using it on my Apple desktop a week ago but now when I click on the icon it won't load the workspace or give me access to my projects and files. It wants me to pay for an upgrade. Is that normal practice?

I am using PE 2022 with Windows 10. Windows diagnostics says the microphone is working. In PE "Narration" the little gauge for the microphone is not responding. When I push 'record' I get the message "Audio recording - your current audio hardware selection does not have any input channels". Under "Preferences" it shows under "Default Input" - Micrphone (Razer seiren mini) (not working). But the microphone is listed as the default and IS 'enabled'. I have used 'Narration' successfully in the past but not tried it in the last couple of months. I switched the USB port of the microphone with no change.

I have edited a lot with the following equipment :Camcorder : Canon XA-10. AVCHD 2.0, 24 Mbps 50i, 1920*1080 PAL.Laptop : PE12. Windows 8.1 with settings for maximum power.1 gigabyte graphics memory. Intel core i7 3632qm processor (quad core, 2.2 GHz with max 3.2 GHz). 5400 RPM hard drive in 2 partitions. 6 gigabyte RAM.That is old so I need to buy something newer.When it comes to new camcorder, I am considering Canon XA-60, which can deliever XF-AVC 45 Mbps. Or Panasonic HC-X2000E , which can deliever footage with 100 Mbps. Yes, both camcorders can also deliver 3840*2160 but that is less relevant for me.I need something portable since I will move the computer a few hundred meters multiple times per day.1. According to Adobe, the trial version only works for 7 days. And the program itself will stop working after 3 years. That is not funny. Should scare away customers. Video Transition default appears pre-set at cross-disolve and no matter what I try I can't change the defult to a different transition. I have even uninstalled Premiere Elements and re-downloaded it but the same problem remains. Can anyone help please?

I am looking for a tutorial for the new title function in Premiere Elements 2025.The Help-function in the Premiere application refers to a web page describing the former title function not the new designed function in the 2025 version (at least in the German version).I am looking for an in depth description of the single function as the title function is not easy to understand.    

I record videos on my canon compact camera with these settings – FHD, 1920 x 1080, 50 frames per second and I edit them in Adobe Premier Elements 2025. Using Elements 2024, I used to export them as HD movies. But the export in Elements 2025 has changed and I’m confused about which is the best export option for me. I upload the movies to YouTube, but I don’t like to directly upload to YouTube, I’m not sure why, just a bit nervous about that, so I save a copy on my PC first and then upload to YouTube. The export – “Computer” option defaults to H.264 and Match Source, but this exports an SD, 1280 x 720, 29.97 fps, movie. I have looked at the YouTube option and that seems to do the same (although I’ve not literally exported to YouTube). I’m puzzled that it says Match Source but then exports differently? Curiously though, the movies look the same quality in YouTube as the ones I previously loaded in HD when using Premier Elements 2024, so that’s good. So, my questio

I just bought the licence for Premiere 2025.But exploring the functions I do not find the funtion to create a scrolling title for a video. Just steady text titles. Moreover: attemption to edit a prel-File from a former Premiere version, Premiere 2025 tells me that the existing titel streams will be deleted. So compatibility is missing.Any workarounds known? Or any recommendations how to solve this in another way? ThanksBernd

I purchased and installed Premiere Elements on a Windows workstation and my understanding is that with that license I can install on a second workstation. I downloaded and installed a trial version on a MacBook - it recognized my Adobe account, but indicates that its a 7-day trial version. Two questions:a) What's up with that? Is it not correct that I can have two installs on one license? The Windows version shows in my account, but the only download option is for the Windows .exe. b) If not, how do I kill the trial version? Thanks!

Ich habe auf einem iMac (M1) Premiere Elements in der Version 25.0.0 installiert. Im Menüpunkt Hilfe wird mir ein Update angezeigt. Wenn ich dieses jedoch starten möchte, wird Premiere abrupt beendet. Weder "Jetzt installieren" noch "Beim Beenden installieren" bringen den gewünschten Effekt. Vielen Dank für Rückmeldungen.

Exporting to DVD succeeds but .iso file does not go to where I selected in the destintion. Any ideas where it IS going? Or is it really not succeeding and being deleted? I've exported several DVD images successfully but can't find any of the files.Thanks.

When in Full screen mode (Alt+Enter), then I see the clip with the Shuttle button below in the middle of the screen and the X close button at the right side of the screen.In this setup I am using often the Home button to jump to the beginning of the clip.Sometimes I am using the Delete button (just  below the Home button on my keyboard) by accident.In that case the screen turned black. The navigation buttons and the X close button are still visible, but if I use them nothing happens. At this moment here's nothing else to do but Alt+Ctl+Del and then closing Pre24 Editor in the list.Or is there another way to continue without restarting Pre24?

Sauf erreur de ma part, Première Element ne semble pas intégrer, comme les versions antérieures, les raccoucis claviers "I' et "U" pour les points d'entrée et les points de sortie représentés par "{" (point d'entrée) et par "}" dans le moniteur source. Comment puis-je obtenir ces 2 raccourcis avec la version 2025 de Première Elements? Pourriez-vous m'éclairer à ce sujet? Je vous enremercie.Je vous en remercie.Baudouin

The redempition code for Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements, was never delivered for invoice sent  to me on 21-OKT-2024. Or I can't find it. The products are listed in my personal account, but are not usable without the code!
