I'd like to be able to pan and zoom a clip that is already scaled at less than 100%. But I don't know if this is possible since Zoom utilizes keyframing of Scale and Pan utilizes keyframing of Position. In other words, I'd like to be able to lock the clip to a size smaller than the screen, let's say 25% as an example, and then pan and zoom WITHIN that smaller clip size. Possible? If so, how?
Hey all: I have a feeling the answer is right in front of me, but why when I'm moving clips around or splicing does it also do that to my audio file, even though it's not selected?
Hi I know how to create Prestets in general but I don't know how to create the one with colour setting such as Saturation, Vibrance etc. I coudn't find any effect with those setting. They are only avaiable in Adjustement panel ThanksTom
I am receiving the following erreor messages when attempting to drag and drop MOV files to create a video "add media failurea' and "the importer reports a generis error"
HELP! I've edited a holiday video which is just over 1hr in length and comprises HD camcorder and Go Pro footage. I've also added some music. I usually save my movies to a flash drive to watch via a Blu Ray player connected to the TV. Prior to adding music I saved the movie on the flash drive and the quality was great. I subsequently made some minor editing adjustments and added music before saving it to the same flash drive. This time the quality was poor, definitely not HD. I am not computer savvy and can not find a way to save the movie retaining the original quality. The file extension (if that's what it is??) originally is a MPG file. I didn't knowingly change any settings and have now tried MP4 and WMV etc and they are poor quality. What am I doing wrong? Why doesn't the subsequent copy with music save as the same type of file with great quality? Can anyone offer an easy to follow solution, I've ra
I have the same problem as over 20 other community posts--- I try to burn the project to a DVD choosing disc option, and Premier Elements refuses because "no burners installed." I am running Windows 10 (64 bit) with Premier Elements 2020 instealled. I understand there may be a two or three step workaround --- which is to save as an ISO and then use a different program to burn to the DVD. Does this process not significantly sacrifice quality compared to other exports? Dell has no drivers special drivers for the factory DVD burner in my computer. I also have a second, newer Plextor DVD burner recently installed. There are no "drivers" for this optical drive. Premier Elements 2020 says "no burners installed" ALTHOUGH MY COMPUTER detects the DVD drives. Even the "burn to ISO solution" recommends different software, which then detects and uses the "installed" DVD drives. The "driver" used is the standard Microsoft Windows driver.
I'm working with Premiere Elements 2020. My project resolution is 1080. When I import my 4K video, there's no way to adjust the resolution to match the project. Instead, the resolution changes to the imported video resolution - the exact opposite of what I want. The software doesn't allow me to change the resolution of the video clip or the project. Is it a bug?I want to adjust the resolution because the 4K video causes Prem El to crash, and freeze my system.I've searched everywhere, and can't find the answer.Thank you,C
Was wondering if anyone knows a site to download video clips and effects to use in PRE. Specifically looking for a old film motion clip. Even better if the frames in the clip are transparent.
Within a music video, I want to insert some photos into the video timeline that go along with the song. The issue is that when I do insert photos, they insert just fine, but they displace the video (extending its time length) as well as the audio track. It is easy enough to drag the audio back over the blank space in its timeline, but now the audio and video are out of sync after the point where the photos have been inserted. I want the photos to overwrite the video so that I do not need to determine how much video to cut out. I figure I am doing this all wrong from the get go, so perhaps there is a technique or setting that gets around all of this.
I haven't used Premiere in 6-9mths or so. Went to launch it today and it started to open, then threw a dialogue box noting "The code execution cannot proceed because MSVC(P/R interchangeably)120.dll cannot be found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem". I've reinstalled Premiere. Have followed various online links for installing the Visual C++ Redistributables etc...no joy with any of it. I can find the dll's noted and they are all the latest versions per the MS downloads. Appreciate v15 is getting long in the tooth, but I rarely use it and refuse to move to subscription software. Has anyone had the same issue and any luck fixing it? Photoshop Elements v15 works fine.
I'm trying to buy Premiere Elements which is on sale for $69.99 until June 21, but the link to buy it doesn't work. I've tried rebooting, clearing my cache and even a different browser/computer -- no luck. I also spent an hour on a chat with sales and customer support, but no luck. Does anyone know how to get Adobe to fix the site? Here's the link: https://www.adobe.com/products/premiere-elements.html Thanks for any help!
Mein Brenner funktioniert.
the Audio mixer in Premiere elements 10 has a mind of its own. Loads in some files but doesn't with others. I'm running it on Windows 8.1 Has been smooth for a long time. 1st issue that I've encountered. Any advice please? David Hooke
Hi Everybody,I'm hoping someone can help me with an odd pixelization issue I'm having when bringing a .psd file into Adobe Premiere Elements.I've designed an image in Photoshop Elements, which looks exactly as I'd expect it to.Then I bring the .psd file into Premiere Elements, and when initially inserting it into the video, it looks as I expected it to.But then, when I render the footage, it appears considerably lower quality/pixelated, like this:Any ideas as to how to fix? It would be super appreciated!Thank you!
Qual programa da adobe atualmente cria menu para DVD ?
This is so frustrating, I am editing a short 1080P video with additional audio clips and this dang program locks up on me. I am not doing anything special other than adding transitions to it and the dang thing locks up on me So sick and tired of this POS program. It would be nice if Adobe could put something out there that the everyday person could use on a 7th Gen Core I7 processor
Hi, everyone. I am dismayed to see how many people have this same issue, and nothing seems to fix it. I have a Mac w/ Catalina 10.15.4. About once in every 10 tries, the program will open and I can work--for a while--until it freezes up again. Most of the time, the app icon either bounces up and down eternally without opening, or it will say that it's loading the workspace but never does...I just get the spinning beach ball of death. Sometimes restarting my computer can work, but not usually. I had a friend who thought it was a memory issue--only to buy an expensive computer and have the same issue. A 30 minute project takes about 3 days because of how many times it freezes up and I need to try to reopen or reboot (which may or may not help).I'm about to toss in the towel with this program. Can uninstalling and reinstalling do anything? If so, how do I do that? Thanks --Kris
Macbook Pro Catalina 10.15.3 Add to Media button - no response.
Elements is crashing all the time. Keeps freezing. Pointless. Also, the big "FREE TRIAL" all over the video doesn't help. Doesn't make sense.
I have recoded a gaming video using my El Gato capture software and my friends voice comes through the same place that my game audio comes through and my comintary comes through a usb mic that i have connected to my laptop. However when i put my recording into my Adobe Premiere Elements 14 you can hear my friend and the game audio but you cant hear my voice, when i play the raw video in my documents it plays with my voice in it so im certain it has something to do with my Adobe Premiere Elements 14.
Hi, I've recently been using the free trial of Adobe Premiere Elements 2020 to do some video editing. I've been experiencing some issues with the software. My computer seems to run slower when I've opened up the software (The software itself seems to take a while to open.), the computer makes a noise as if it is having to work harder to do things and when I want to watch my video in full screen mode the video doesn't play properly. I'm hoping this will disappear after some time but I'm just wondering if there is something I can do to resolve these issues please. For your information, I'm using a MacBook Pro 13-inch early 2011 with a macOS High Sierra version 10.13.6; a 2.3 GHz Intel Core i5 processor; a 4 GB 1333 MHz DDR3 memory; internal startup disk and Intel HD Graphics 3000 384 MB graphics.
I have Adobe Premiere Elements 7 (yes, it's an old version), and I'm trying to use the H.264 encoder for the first time. It says I need to activate it. The web page for activation responds with a "404 error." I chatted with Adobe support, but was told that "Photoshop Elements 7.0 is an end of life product we do not have support over chat, we have a dedicated team working on forums." (Thanks, Adobe.) So, is anyone out there capable of providing an Unlock Key for this feature? I can provide my SN (blacked out above).
I have just started editing with adobe premiere elements 2020 recently. I have attached a screenshot of my gopro footage. I can't figure out why it looks the way it does and I haven't found any posts about this. I record in 2.7k @ 60FPS on a GoPro Hero 7 Black. I just found out that if I take and resize the footage, it'll come into focus perfectly fine, but the moment I render it, it stays at the new size while going back to the odd looking mess in the picture. The footage exports fine and looks normal. I have exported a few times and then just pulled the exported footage into a new project for editing. I could do that every time, but that's wasting a lot of time just rendering and exporting when I could be editing. Is there something I'm missing in the settings? Thanks in advance,-happybassist32
