Premiere Elements

Hi,since I have Elements 2025, I have troubles when rendering. The message "error completing render" (screenshot attached).The timestamp is given. So far, it was always at a cut/between two adjacend videos.Most common source: there is invalid transition, e.g. a movie transition at the very end of a clip. So I cut a but and then it works (transition is shown striped in the invalid section) But there are also cases in which two adjacend videos without any transition or with a vialid transition and I just do not know what to do. Even worse: it is unreasonanle. I just have a film, in which it processed up to minute ten (a cut), then the error. When trying again, new errors occur at earlier cuts, first around Minute 2, next try at the first cut in Second 14. With the previous Elements 2022 it worked, also invalid cuts were just ignored. I do not know what to do. I cannot get Adobe Premier Elements 2023 to export my video I have tried many times to get my 2 min 46 sec video (408KB) to export, and at typically around 9 percent, it freezes up while showing 5 seconds left on the clock. And i need to Ctrl Alt Delete to exit. I can’t even get an error message. I’m trying to save at a MP4 format. I have also left it to process overnight several times. Originally, I thought I was making the video wrong, and I have rebuilt the video 3 times from the beginning. I used two Sony A6600 cameras for video, I have added a soundtrack (free Bensound Music) which I have used many times in the past. I have also added 2 template opening title sections, and 2 credits sections. This is a very typical scenario for creating my short videos. I have tried to export using Quick Export and Devices sections. Initially I couldn’t get past the rendering part. I solved that by simply rendering small sections of my video one at a time. I am running Premiere Elements on an Acer laptop and the app's workspace text and icons are comically large, taking up far too much of my valuable laptop real estate. Help and thanks!!

Hi.  First post. When I first subscribed to the Photography Plan in 2022 I got access to Premiere Elements which I did use a few times. I subsequently decided I wanted Premiere Pro, so I now subscribe to that as well. I didn't bother at the time to check if Elements still worked. As it is, I like the image pan & zoom feature of Elements that I don't find in Pro & would like to use it again but I now find that despite telling me that Adobe Premiere Elements Editor Workspace is being loaded when I fire up Elements (screen print attached), it does nothing as I can see from Task Manager which shows a memory usage of just 19mb. I did uninstall & reinstall on a different drive but that made no difference. So, my question is, does anyone know if both products can co-exist on the same PC? Thanks

I am using my Premiere Elements 2021 program for the first time in over a year and old and new projects will not play in preview. I can't even get a simple jpeg to preview. Any thoughts?

On returning from a cruise, we were surprised to find all of my wife's photo files numbering more than 80,000 pictures and 670 GB of files were no longer where we had them stored on a dedicated mechanical 3 TB hard drive in RAID 1 ( K:).  Upon investigation, we found they had been migrated to C: (the SSD boot drive, RAID  1) in the One Drive folder.  Not only did it fill all but 5GB of the 1 TB drive,  it moved all of the files outside of the Adobe Photoshop Elements program, thus breaking the catalog connections, that had taken her thousands of hours of taging, face recognition, album creation, renaming, and manual dating to accomplish across 6 catalogs.  I am sure this migration of files did not happen overnight.  I am assuming that this migration was made possible by Microsoft with the advent of Windows 10 & 11 and with the move to the subscription model for MS Office in Microsoft 365.  The good news is that the photo files appear to be all the

I've never had this happen.  Only one clip in project & some png files. Already rebooted.  Help! Does Variable frame rate detected mean anything?  Earlier projects that were recorded the same have different general settings. How can I change? 

Because I want a permanent license instead of the term license available with Pre Elements 2025, and there is a guide from Muvipix, I want the 2024 version of Premiere Elementes which is available for download on the Adobe site. The question is 'How much is the license key fee and how do I pay it?'

Tonight my adobe premier  elements began crashing after clicking on the export/share button. Once the button is clicked, the options windows pops up but then the busy icon starts spinning and the program crashes. I tried re-installing the program but that didn't work. Anyone else ever have this issue? 

I'm on Premiere Elements 2023.I'm editing some action cam footage of mine (all files are 4K and 59.94Fps) and when just making some clips and exporting them without and editing all is fine. But as soon as I actually edit the footage (e.g. change the "lighting" setting) it gets all choppy when exported.I've tried all the "match projecct settings to footage settings" tips but nothing fixes this issue.Does anyone know what is going on?

In Premiere Elements 2022 auf Windows 10 passiert es wiederholt, dass das Video in der Vorschau in doppelter Geschwindigkeit und der Ton sakkadiert wiedergegeben wird. Dies geschieht, wenn die Datei geöffnet und das Programm minimiert ist und einige Stunden nicht benützt wird, auch nach Aufwecken des Computers aus dem Schlafmodus ("Energie sparen"). Im Programm finde ich keine Einstellung, um dies zu korrigieren, auch Schliessen und Neustart des Programms hilft nicht. Der Fehler kann ich nur durch Neustart des Komputers beheben. Gibt es eine andere Methode?

Anyone having the same issue? When I try to update Premiere Elements a screen saying "Update required - Your browser or operating system is no longer supported"...

  added: Looks like since the newer versions don't allow for creating a "Disk" ,  there is no need to have a disk menu.  

How do i reposition text in a clip by just selecting the text and dragging it to the proper position.  I see a way to position in the center or lower third of the clip, or position it at so many points along an X or Y axis, but how to I just grab and drag?

I am new to video editing and I have been researching on my answer before I post but I'm at a loss and need some guidance. I am using Adobe Premeire Elements 2025 and I am trying to learn how to remove objects from within a video. I find all kind of answers on other Adobe products but not this one. If someone could please point me to a guide or youtube video that would be great. The guided section of Premiere Elements doesn't explain to me on how to do this. Hallo,Ik maakte een filmje (foto collage met muziek en overgangen eigenlijk) dat ik na renderen wou exporteren/uploaden naar youtube, als ik het goed heb kan je van uit premiere elements 25 niet meer rechtstreeks naar youtube uploaden? zoals bij versie 2023, althans bij mij renderd hij audio en andere files en dan stopt alles en is er geen verdere beweging.tweede feit,  als ik de film opsla op een interne HD en deze van hier uit (na openenen inloggen bij  youtube) wil uploaden dan krijg ik een foutmelding en een lijst wat de oorzaak kan zijn, ik gebruik alleen eigen foto's en muziek van premiere elements 2025 zelf en free muziek van google. Ik weet niet waar ik het probleem moet zoeken, mogelijk de vorm waarin ik de film wil uploaden en die staat standaard bij mij "match source adaptive high bitrate" weet niet of dat de geschikte export setting is. 

Hi all,I want to create a slideshow from 20 pictures using Elements Organizer (15). I select the images, then Create->Slideshow and select a template. The preview shows and then I want to export this to local disk (or Facebook).  I click export to local disk, fill in the name and keep the default settings (tried them all). After that I click Export and Organizer will just show Preparing Slide show video, with no progress (even after hours).I can't seem to figure out what is cousin this, did reboots etc. I'm using Windows 10 on a the latest Mac book Pro.I'm currently still using the Trial as I'm evaluating the software. Willing to buy, but I need something to fix slideshows within me movies. Any help is appreciated.Thanks

Dear community, I am running Premiere Elements 2021 Version 19 20211007.daily.2243969 (which I believe is the last build of this product) and I would be interested in an upgrade to a later version like 2022, 2023, 2024 or 2025. Since I am having a permanent licencse, I am not interested in any kind of subscription. Can anyone tell me, if I have any options? Thanks in advance for your help and best regards,Michael

My WebCam connects and works with Zoom and the W11 Camera app, but in Premier Elements it is seen, but not conecting.

Hello everyone, I am new to all of this, so please forgive me.  I have Adobe Premiere Elements and Photoshop Elements bundle bought at Staples.  Install went fine. All of the latest drivers for this Intel ARC card is up to date.  My question(s) is: How much should Premiere Elements be utilizing my GPU and when? For example, I open up the performance monitor and watch it on another monitor when I am working, applying effects, etc. I don’t see much activity for both the GPU but I do see a lot of CPU activity. I was wondering if it is possible, to give me an example of what render times should be in the scenario below. Again, this is a rough scenario, plain jane if you will. Note: I did look in settings and I noticed that all the selections are check marked for GPU processing. I believe there are three.  The INTEL word is greyed out w/ the check mark as well. So, I see it is set to render with my GPU.Scenarios:I placed five videos shot on a go-pro like camera at t

I have a bunch of very large files in the Media Cache Files folder.   Within the Video Editor, I tried going to Edit > Preferences > Media and using the Clean Now button but the files are still present.  What am I missing?
