Premiere Elements

Last night I recorded some game footage. The files are alright, I can look them up on Windows Media Player and it sounds exactly like how I recorded. However, when I try to load it onto Adobe Premiere, the audio is way different. Instead of general game music/sound and my commentary, I get some sort of distorted bestial breathing noises (best way I can describe how it sounds). I'm very computer illiterate when it comes to finding out the issue, but I did try relocating the footage to a different file from where it was originally saved, I trashed the Media Cache in Adobe's Common file, and I tried hooking up all my equipment that was used while recording (hoping that might've been the problem). I'm at a loss as to what is going on.This was the first time I recorded in 5 months, and back then, everything was fine. When I rotate a clip to straighten it, it then requires either cropping or scaling to get rid of the black triangles and fill the screen. Is there any way this can be done automatically as is the case in Photoshop with photos?Also, which is best to use to minimise loss of quality - crop or scale?

I bought the Premiere Elements + Photoshop Elements package. Installed and 1st time they both opened and I started my 1st project. When I shut down my computer and tried to start the program the next day, the Premiere elements would not launch. I tried the chat option to get support but no one showed up after a long wait.Has anyone else dealt with this issue? I'm quite frustrated and don't have time to play around with trouble shooting. My wife is a nurse and has to produce videos. Her office has a Sony camera. We found out after purchasing Premiere Elements that we can't use Elements since you chose not to work with the most popular audio format.I can't load Premiere on my Win 10 computer due to HIPAA. Her computer has Win 7. We paid $70 and we're stuck with an inferior product since you can't return software.SO, I need you to fix this. There is no excuse that a company like Adobe can't work with Dolby.

hi!i have following issue: I have a long video-file (about one hour long) and I want to divide it into smaller pieces (which can be easily done in Premiere Elements 11). When it comes to publishing/exporting, how can I make the program to save each clip SEPERATELY?Thanks for the help!

I currently have a project of over 1000 assets. Every time I open the project it takes ages for the preview icons to populate. The list is immediate, it is just the pictures that take time. I have tried both grid and list views. Is there a quicker way to start work rather than waiting for the display to finish.

Every time I plug in a camera, premier elements 10 auto starts.  Very annoying, how to turn this off?

Good Afternoon.I have been successfully using Premiere Elements 14 for more than a year now and previous versions before that. I started a new project and suddenly when I import video clips into the timeline they judder when I play them back in the program or when I play them back after being rendered and exported. After starting the new project I changed the render quality from draft to best render quality, and also ticked the box for maximum bitdepth. I dont know if that caused the problem but now I have returned the settings to how they were, restarted my computer and still the problem exists. I tried downloading the free trial of Premiere Elements 2018 to see if that would ressolve the problem but the problem still exists on PRE 20181) Do you have any suggestions about what could be causing the problem?2) If I uninstall Premiere Elements 2018 Trial and Premiere Elements 14 will I still have access to my open projects that I have in Premiere Elements 14 once I reinstall Premiere Ele

i’m making a 30 min movie. I’m starting with large .avi movie clips. After i find the section in the clip that i want to use, what format should i save it in to import back into the movie. I don’t want to lose quality. Thanks.

When I import my mts video files in Premiere elements 2018, There's no sound. I tried with stereo files and 5.1 files, I changed the settings and could not find any solution. I recorded these videos with a Sony handycam HDR-SR11 (1920x1080i Full HD). Thanks for helping me.

I am having a nightmare with my Adobe products. They seem to have taken a dislike to Apple. The latest is that my Premiere Elements 13 won't start and displays "Not Responding" on my iMac. Is there anyone out there who can help, please?

When i drop a clip from my Gopro 2.7 k resolution it shudders , when i render it i get blurry image it no longer looks high resolution.Any Suggestions?

I have used video software before, but am new to Adobe. I have a very basic request which Adobe has apparently made very complicated. All I want to do is type text into a title and then move that title where I want. This was easily done with my old software; all I had to do was drag and drop. But Adobe offers me no such option, only extremely limited options such as centering, etc. The "help" section has been no help at all, especially having to sift through thousands of responses. How can something so simple be so difficult? This is not a good start, and I am not a happy camper.

Very Disappointed!!! I've been a Adobe Photoshop and Premiere user since conception. Can't believe premiere elements 2018 has removed DVD burning! You call this an upgrade! Most ridiculous consumer product experience in my life! I'll be researching a different brand after 30 years.

Hello.I open PE15, import an mp3 (2:22) and in Project Asserts it appears as 2:32 file. Close PE, open again. Import another mp3 (9:32) and in Project Asserts it appears as 8:19 file. The same on timeline. The second file just trimmed. In 3rd party players like Winamp and MPC-HC these two files are recognized and played normal.The mp3s are telephone conversation records.Please say, what should I do to work with these two mp3s in PE?Here is the 1st mp3 Record011.mp3 - Google Drive

When I try to import videos onto Adobe Premiere Elements 2018, I see nine thumbnails for videos to choose from. When I try to scroll down to see the rest, the importer freezes and I can't see my other videos. This is very frustrating and if any of you have some advice, it would be much appreciated!

Please help! I did not move the project to an external memory storage. When I try opening it it says media offline, and when I go into the folder this one and several other projects have a "loading icon" that says status: sync pending. How can I get it to sync???

I have edited a project and burned it to DVD.   It has 14 main menu markers.   Selecting a menu items plays that item and then returns to the main menu.The issue is, if I select a menu item on menu, after the video clip plays, it always returns to menu 1.I would like a video clips to return to the same menu they were selected when the video clip is finished playing.Here is what my project looks like:And here are what my menus look like:Menu 1:Menu 2:Menu 3:Menu 4:If I select an item on Menu 3 (either Answer #7, Answer #8, Answer #9), after that clip finishes playing I would like it to return to Menu 3.How can I do that?

I would like to change the aspect ratio on my projects in Premiere Elements without distorting my image or cropping it. I was looking online, and i saw that if you go to File>New>Project>Change Settings..., it will take you to a variety of Presets which you can put into your project like Premiere Pro. What is unlike PP, is that its not as easy to make a custom preset. Is there any way I can make a custom preset with my desired pixels so I can change my aspect ratio?-Some information about my problem, I use Premiere elements 15, which I use on Windows 7.Tank You!
