Premiere Elements

Have Premiere Elements 2018. When I import a video there is no sound track. However, if I import the same video into Premiere Elements 11 the sound track is there. Any idea what I am doing wrong?

I cannot name how many times my adobe has timed out as "not responding". This not only happens when I am trying to do a lot at once (which even when I am, it should not time out continuously) BUT it happens at random times when I am doing one SMALL thing in editing. I am extremely unsatisfied with this program. I would appreciate some reasoning as to why this happens each and every time I go in to edit at least one. Many times it has caused me to lose work. I need an explanation. I have MacBook Pro laptop.

I have saved media as MP4 using the Window's 10 Game bar.When I load the files into Element 14 the video doesn't display even after a render.Is this a codec issue?David

I've got Adobe Premier Elements 11. Wanting to access Smartsound. I've downloaded the zip file as per instructions and navigated to Step 4, Smartsound, but Sept 5 instructs me to double click setup.exe -- which doesn't appear in the dropdown. Various other mentions of setup in the dropdown (that don't work) but no setup.exe. I'm now getting a little "Use smartsound" box in the music panel when I open Elements 11 but that sends me back to square one -- instructing me to install Smartsound. I've gone round this loop three times now. Help!

In Dec 2017 I installed Photoshop Elements on my computer.  I upgraded from a previous version.  This month, I installed Elements Premier.  Now my Photo Editor will not engage.  Should I uninstall the first Elements?  Would Elements Premier then engage Photo Editor?  I have read many pages on the two but it does not say if you need to uninstall before upgrading to Premium.  I am desperate to get back my Photo Editor, as well as the new features.

Hello to anyone who can help in anyway  I have had Adobe Premiere Elements 13 for a couple years.  I bought a Windows 10 laptop when they first came out, and ordered the program along with the computer.  It has always worked so well, and I love it.  But, I went to use it yesterday, and it works fine until I go to select how I want to save the video (either to the internet, the computer, to a phone, or others).  Once I select a place to save the video, the whole program freezes up, and it comes up with a notification that basically says it won't save the video.  I've tried restarting the computer, updating the program, and connecting the program to the internet so I could save it directly to Google.  None of that has worked.  This makes me really sad, because I really like to edit videos, and I was supposed to be presenting one I've been editing for a week, tonight.  If anyone has any ideas, those would be greatly appreciated.  Or, if yo

I just bought this program two days ago from Best Buy and downloaded it yesterday. Using Adobe Premiere Elements 12Shot film at 16:9 but when loaded to "Project Assets" showed up as 4:3.  Is there a way to convert it back to 16:9 on the time line.Thanks,Gil

I purchased Adobe Premeire Elements 2018 and installed it successfully. I am able to open the launcher but when i try to open the video editor it gets stuck on a loading screen that says, "Loading PlayerMediaCore.prm". I never does anything after that, just sits there loading...System Specs:          Windows 10          Inter 17-7700k 4.20 GHz          32.0 GB of ram          Nvidia GTX 1080 8GB

Geen voorvertoningen, programma blokkeert... Iemand kwam kijken en probeerde alles maar besloot dat er een fout zat in het programma. En nu? 85 euro...

I thought it would be great to record my videos in 4k, but think it was a mistake as the files are huge and finding a simple way of compressing them is difficult.  Would therefore like to export using one of the presets, eg 1080, but the presets don't allow (or I haven't found a way) for mono audio rather than stereo.  If anyone has any ideas, I'd be grateful.  Always used Free Video Compressor, but assuming this app won't accept 4k as it's not working. Hi, I'm experiencing a problem with Adobe Premiere Elements, and I was wondering if anyone could help me.When I insert a clip into a project, the audio works, totally fine, like how it was supposed to be. But, whenever I split a clip into multiple parts, the sound for BOTH parts of the clip cuts out.I go to Expert, and it still shows that there is sound on the Sound 1 track, but there is no sound to be heard.My sound is on and is at a volume, and I have set the Sound Device to the AISO driver, per the instructions listed here No sound during playback And it still does not work. It does NOT cut out the sound if I put a second clip into a project, it only cuts out Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong?

I am using Premiere Elements 14.0.  I created a movie (MPG) and saved it to my hard drive.  It is 11GB in size and runs well.  I copied it and tried to paste it on a 32GB flash drive (USB3.0) and received the error message that the file is too large for the destination file system.  I do not understand how/why this is happening.  I want the movie on the flash drive so it can run on my electronic picture frame.  Any help would be appreciated.  I have no problems pasting it on my 800 GB external drive (550 GB free).  The flash drive checks out OK and allows me to paste pictures on it but I only tried a 2GB paste.  Thanks in advance for assistance.

Hi, I’ve just downloaded the trial version of Adobe Premiere Elements  for evaluating the software potentialities before buying it. It looks quite good and easy to work with, but .... BUT..... after some times the coloured wheel starts  to run and the message “not responding” appears and even waiting for quite long time it doesn’t start again. So I have to forcibly quit it.Just to be more detailed, I am a registered user of Adobe Photoshop CC which runs without problems on my Mac Mini with 8 Giga ram.i would be interested in Premiere Elements but I’m afraid to buy a software which won’t allow me to work more than 5 - 10 minutes before stopping. I think I found a relatively easy way to cobble together a 360 degree video form a video I have.  I know WHAT I have to do, I just need to figure out HOW to do it.  I have a video of a football huddle.  the Camera is pointing up from the center.   I'd like to make this a partial snow globe effect.  which is basically a 360 degree video horizontally, but there is no bottom/floor..I am going to list the my goals here, and hopefully some of you can help me do it in the quickest and easiet way possible.1.  I clipped a segment from just before the huddle that was the upward view of the sky.  I intend to size that so that it is the top 1/3 of the image.  2.  I need to spilt the top and bottom of the video.  Then I need to rotate the bottom so that it is now a top. (so far, this is all stuff I can figure out/do, but I list it, because the way I figured out on my own might not be the most efficient way to do it)3. Now, comes the fun part.&

I was using Premiere Elements 14 before, and have upgraded to Elements 18 this month because suddenly my Premiere Elements 14 stopped working so I thought it needed an upgrade. Now, I cannot use it because the minimum requirement for screen resolution is 1280x800 display resolution (at 100% scale factor). My laptop has 1366 x 768 resolution (768 is maxed). I tried to connect my laptop to a bigger monitor to change the resolution but still does not work. Do you have any suggestions on what I need to do so I can utilize the product that I bought? The only problem is the minimum screen resolution requirement. Thank you in advance for the replies.

I'm running Premiere Elements 10 using 64 bit windows 10. My PC has 12GB of installed RAM but Elements seems to only ever recognise and use a maximum of 4GB. Can anyone offer advice on how I can configure the system to make better use of all the available RAM?

Can xavc-s 4k video files be imported to, edited, and exported from adobe premier elements 2018 in their native 4 k form?

I have a few videos that the audio is fine playing outside of APE, but once I import to edit the audio is all out of whack.IDK what PC info you need, I'm running a Windows 10 PC, I RARELY had this problem with APE 2017

Try to open saved project on Element 15 premiere. Instead I get a message: "..this type of file not supported..etc...And on the screen texts in  different languages: media off line..Question 2. I tried to open Adobe Premiere Eleemtns and PDapp pops. up. I can not open any projects or the application. Is this some kind of malware and how do I get rid of it?
