Premiere Elements

I am thinking of upgrading to Premier Elements 15, but I still have ongoing projects on Elements 14.  If I do upgrade to 15, do I lose 14 or will that software still be available to me?

Im using an apple laptop and i saved my project then clicked exit now trying to open the project back up it opens but the editing that i did isn't there and most of the videos arent there and another issue I tried to export it before I clicked exit and the export screen i couldn't see the full screen

Please excuse this stupid question, but is the first time using Premiere Elements to edit video.  I wish to create a file on my PC that I can later burn to a DVD.  The DVD's will be shared with PC and MAC users.  The input source are GoPro files and in the past have saved the edited files in MP4 format.  I do not see an option to save the edited version of my project to an MP4 format.  These are hi-res videos and with another product years ago, tried saving in an MP format but the image quality was poor.Can the edited video from Premiere Elements be saved in an MP4 format or is that another format that will work with both PC and MAC computers?

I've searched the forums extensively, and I am beginning to think I am not phrasing the search terms right, because someone has to have had this question before.I have v15 and I'm trying to export a blu-ray @283052 with a custom menu.  My source material is 720p60, so I'm fine with the blu-ray being 720p, but the only output options I see are 1440x1080 and 1920x1080, both of which limit me to 29.97 fps.Is there a way to export at 60fps (or 59.94?).  I have found options for exporting to "custom" but I do not believe this is going to output a blu-ray iso image for me to burn and play on a player.

I make "how to" dvds in Apple Final cut. On a mac. Usually I burn them using idvd but Apple no longer supports it and the latest version of Final cut wont work with it very well.So I have a .mov file with chapter markers that I need to burn on a disk and include a cool looking menu with the play movie option and the scene selection option.It look like premier can do that but before I buy it will it work with my .mov file?

I created a video clip using premier elements 14 and then uploaded the video to youtube using the export and share feature. This was a 10 minute video and easily fit in youtube's 15 minute length limit.(youtube has a standard limit of 15 mins unless you apply for uploading longer videos). Video posted just fine.  I had some longer videos, so I went back into my youtube account and got the standard limit increased. However, when I attempted to use premier elements to export and share a longer video, I got an error message that says: "The video duration exceeds the maximum duration supported by the destination. Please reduce the duration of the video and try again." I'm guessing that when elements got authorization from youtube to post my initial video, it also locked me in to the initial 15 minute length restriction (which, as I say, has since been lifted). Anybody have an idea on how I can fix this? Thanks.

In Adobe Premiere Elements 15, how do you change the amount of time each photo plays in slideshow?

Hello,first of all I apologize for my poor english, being french.I'm the owner quite satisfied of APE 14. Yet recently I wanted to reopen a film I had done and to my dismay what appeared on the screen was the g.... "Media offline". Music was there but absolutely no pics at all! Where is everything gone??? Where is my movie? Why can't I reopen it to correct some minor glitches in my commentaries?I Would truly appreciate an enlightened answer from this forum.Thank U.

When I download video from files or SD card into new project I get sound but no picture just ablack screen

i just bought this bundle for 99.96 and i have no ideea how long i paid for, is it monthly, yearly, i have no ideea. And also, i install them on my laptop can i install them on my PC aswell, or is it available for one device only. Anybody who knows better, please let me know. Thanks

I am really new to PE11 and not very good with movie making.I have been watching youtube and other videos and I think I'm missing a very simple answer somehow.I am making a movie and I want to lengthen a repeat a few seconds of part of a clip.I must be doing something wrong. I do better with step by step.1. I put the cursor on the clip I wish to copy.2. I split the clip3. Then place the cursor on the portion I wish to copy and choose control c4. Then I highlight the track I want to duplicate in the timeline and do control Vthis isn't working. I must be missing something and have worked hours and hours.Please can someone give me a clue of what step I am missing?The movie should be longer, but it isn't.Thank you.Priscilla

I'm editing AVCHD - MTS files, which look fine when viewing them in Windows Media Player, but when I put them into Premiere Elements they become a bit pixelated and rendering doesn't help at all.  Is there anything I can do to fix this problem?

Hello,I'm using PE15 since the last 3 weeks. But I have issues on the iMAC macOS Sierra.1) I tried to burn a project to a DVD but PE15 doesn't find my burn device. Therefore any idea what is maybe wrong? (Other programs are working fine!) 2) I tried to create an ISO file burn 4.7 GB (the movie is roughly 700 MB) Format is MPEG. After I started it it finished but I found to files an audio file ac3 and the respective video file m2v. Shouldn't that be a .iso file which I can burn directly to DVD?Thanks in advance, T.

Hello, can you tell me how to make a return to adobe premiere elements 15? I bought it but unfortunately I have a 32-bit system and 64-bit version to download it gives me only. What can I do? Thank you.

I recently had a Windows 10 update, and now I cannot get any sound out of my video projects. I did not have this problem before the updates. I use Premiere Elements 15. Some help please.

I loaded Adobe on my mac and when creating a video everything worked until selecting a menu then it goes to an error message that says "Sorry, a serious error has occurred that require Adobe Premier Elements to shut down.  We will attempt to save your current project.  Please help ASAP!  I have a project that has to be edited by tomorrow!  I also recently installed a MacKeeper and don't know if that is interfering.

This was working a few months back and now whenever I attempt to capture video from my DV Camcorder I get the pop up shown below. I checked and ensure that my setting were for DV and PAL:EventLog has these details:Is there anything I can do to overcome this.1. I have uninstalled my App twice and reinstalled to no avail2. I am trying to make slideshow by importing photos into Premiere Elements.  Photos were taken with Nikon Coolpix P7700 (on Adobe supported list)  and are in NRW format.  I am not able to bring in the files.  When I try to import from Organizer, get this error:   "This type of file is not supported or the required CODEC not installed."   If I try to import directly from the file folder, the NRW files are grayed out and can not be selected.  no problem with JPG files or with older Canon CR2 files.  Able to edit the NRW files in Photoshop Elements with no issue,  and able to work with them using Bridge.  Have run updates, so have latest versions. Configuration:Premiere Elements 14Elements Organizer 14Mac OS Sierra 10.12.15Thanks!

And it occurs almost monthly on a regular basis when I try to open either Photoshop Elements or Premiere Elements 15. I have set all preferences correctly as I was told on the application folders and everything within as well as those in App support in the library. It doesn't matter. Once a month like clockwork I try to open either one and get this error 16. After uninstalling and reinstalling both I am back in business again but only for a few weeks. I wish there was a way to yell at Adobe but because I do not use the professional versions I am limited to the user forums. Is there something that I am missing? How can I use the ShuttleXpress in PE15? The ShuttleXpress works fine on Windows 10 with other applications, PE15 ignors the device.

Hi there, I have re-installed Premier Elements 7 onto a new computer and every time I get to the 'Get Media' stage, a box comes up saying I need to copy a given MPEG2 component serial number and paste into a given web page to get an activation code. Hello,I am trying to work with an older project from 3 years ago, but when I try to start Adobe Premiere Elements - I get the Message "File Import Error" followed by the file name in my project "DSCN0015.AVI" and then the Error Message:  This type of file is not supported, or the required codec is not installed.  Since I made the project 3 years ago - changes - I now have a new ASUS laptop and I am now on Windows 10.  If I go to the file on the computer outside of Elements - and double click on it,  it opens and plays without a problem on the default player on my laptop - which is "Movies and TV".  If I open the file with Windows Media Player - it opens and plays with no issues as well.  The file is 94,478 KB.   I also have 5 other AVI files in the project - all giving the same import error.  Each file is over 100,000 KB and one is 1,900,000 KB.  Each one will open and play with no problem using Windows Media Player - but none of these
