Premiere Elements

Can someone please tell me which analog to digital converters will work with premiere elements 15 using a Mac? Has anyone tried Terratec Grabster AV 350 MX with PE15 to digitise VHS videos ?

What DVD Burner is available to replace my current burner so I can burn DVDs using Premier Elements 15?  I haven't had any success trying the ISO conversion in conjunction with NERO.

I recently purchased (yesterday, 11/29) Photoshop Premiere Elements.  When the Adobe screen appeared, it showed two downloads...Photoshop Elements 15 & Premiere Elements 15.  I ended up downloading both.  Can I delete the Photoshop Elements as it would be part of the Premiere Elements 15?  Also, there was a quick error message box that flashed on my screen during the download of Premiere Elements 15.  It was so fast, I couldn't read what the error was.  I looked at my PC for any download error messages being stored, but found nothing.  Should I just uninstall both and then reinstall Premiere Elements 15?  Any help will be greatly appreciated.Best regards to all,Gordon

Created a video in PE11 in 2016 before updating the computer to Windows 10. Later that year, had a drive crash but paid to have files recovered. Unfortunately, the folder that contained the final MP4 version of the edited file did not recover. So, I started up the prel file and was presented with several error messages saying the avi file I previously imported was corrupt or no codec installed. Others have experienced issues with codecs in Windows 10.  Has any one else had issues reimporting an avi file into the PE project? Is there a proper place to acquire the correct codecs or is there more to this problem than codecs?

I record gaming videos for my youtube channel. lately, I upgraded from a free software to Adobe Premiere Elements 15. Sadly I have not been impressed yet as all my videos audio is of synched when I import them. They are fine before import but after it gets more and more of sync as the video progresses. I NEED HELP. I left all my recording and video specs below. What settings should I use? I cannot find an answer to my question so I am hoping someone can help me.  I recently purchased Adobe Premiere Elements/Photoshop Elements 14.  I installed the program, but when I try to start Premiere Elements I get the error message that "We have detected an incompatible display driver.  To get a better and faster playback performance, please update your display driver."  I checked my drivers and they are up to date.  I searched the forums and found a post about deleting a BadDrivers.txt file, but I have no such file.  I am running Windows 7, 32 bit, the monitor is a Dell 1908WFP Digital Monitor.  The display adapter is a Radeon X600 series.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I hope i don't have to buy a new monitor.

I down loaded PS 15 Elements and Premiere March 12th and now I cannot get Photo Editor to open on either. Should I uninstall and then reinstall?

Hello,since i have premiere elements 15, i have a problem with premiere that i never had before. If i export a video, the black isn't that black like in the editing window. It is more like a grey. It is like the value for the export masterblack is a bit higher. But there is no way to change this value. I have edited mov from canon 5dII and the problem is not depending on the export format. my emergency solution: I changed the black value in every video part to an unnatural dark to have an acceptable result.Hopefully, somebody can help.

I am running Adobe Premier Elements 14, at the startup it indicates that there is an update, I press the button to start the update, after runing for 10 minutes it gives out a screen saying that there was an error to try again later. Itried again with the same result, My platform is win 10 pro. Adobe's practices is to avoid phone support for their produts, can anybody advise about a solution for this problem?if I press the error there will be another screen saying the page was not found, if you press customer support they have no phone support for this product.[Moved from non-technical Lounge Forum to specific Program forum... I have premier elements 9. It was loaded in 2011. I have Windows 7. It worked just fine initially but in the last 6 months or so, I cannot get the  proper work screen to show. i have the top bars showing and that is all. The main screen is blank This means I cannot access any of the functions such as loading a video or previous project.It simply does nothing, or tells me a serious error has occurred and then shuts down.I have uninstalled and re installed to no avail.All other video editing software has been removed.I looked for the oobe folder and could not fine one ( as suggested by another forum)Photoshop Elements 9 which was loaded at the same time still works fine.The Organizer part of the programme still works.Any ideas to fix most appreciated.

I have been trying to download Premiere Elements for 10 days.  I have spoken with download Support (who is apparently a third party company that couldn't help) and told me to go directly to Adobe.  Even though I download the file to my D drive, it automatically wants to install into my C drive.  My C drive is an SSD, and downloading to that file will cause scratch and damage my computer.  The first time I attempted installation, I didn't even realize that it had downloaded there (as I had downloaded and extracted the files in my D drive), and so I tried to cut and paste into my D drive.  After this, nothing worked.  I have tried re-downloading, but when I get to the install page, the location is grayed out and will not let me choose.  It automatically has C drive.  Please advise.

I am trying to move a clip from a camera chip, MP4, inserted in its slot on my PC, using Video Importer. I have done this many times before. I get an error message “File already exists at: Target Location”. This is a new location, never added anything to it before.Video Importer Settings:Save In: Correct Location, I checked Add to time line: checked I can see the clip I want Uncheck All Check, select, the clip I want Highlighted the clip Clip appears in preview Selected "Get Media" “File already exists at: Target Location”I tried another clip that worked in another program and get same error message.As usual I assume operator error, since I have  done this successfully before, but what am I doing wrong? I have a copy of Photoshop Premiere Elements 11 loaded on my windows (7 operating system) pc, and it does everything I want it to, BUT I am worried that if I don't upgrade to the latest version of Premiere in the near future, that if I have problems with this software or if I upgrade my operating system or purchase a new windows pc, that this software will no longer run on my pc, and that all of the projects I have created over the years will be lost.  In your opinion, should I upgrade to the latest version of Premiere?

I have Premiere Elements 12. I have loaded a dvd with miscellaneous different videos that I want to split out and separate into different files, and edit in the process. I can do the editing and clipping but can't seem to find any way to save the separate videos. Publish+Share just seems to save everything into one massive file again. I don't see the point of that.I have seen similar questions asked from several years ago but the answers do not answer this very simple question which I repeat.I can highlight a section of split video but I can't seem to save that highlighted piece on it's own. This seems so trivially simple that I apologize in advance if it is dumb newbie question.

I click on the Desktop Icon, the program Start Screen comes up, I click on new project, NOTHING.Windows 10 system,am d the program worked about a week ago.

I have just purchased Premiere Elements and potentially have made a big mistake. I have created my first video and have terrible colour banding in the sky. The video was recorded using DLOG in 4K. I cannot figure out a way to remove the banding. I have found in Premiere Pro that adding noise will accomplish this, but I cannot see the equivalent FX in Elements. Any help very very welcome.

I am trying to burn a DVD in Premiere Elements 14 at full resolution/ file size and cannot do so. I am using an HP Envy Windows Laptap with 16G Ram. Most of the images are still photos from a high res camera with just a handful of video clips.I have created an MP4 file in Elements 14 that is about 26 minutes long and is 4.4G in file size. When burning a DVD, it resizes the 4.4G file size to 1.66G, even though I am within the length/ file size tolerance to fit on a blank DVD. There are no menu selections that I can find that will let me burn the DVD at full res/ file size. Any suggestions or fixes?Ken in Colorado

I add location in Oranizer but the location do not get added to the files metadata. Is it possible to add that information to metadata and in that case, how?

I have just downloaded the Update of Application Manager but it will not allow me to install keeps saying I already have this serial number on too many computers. I only have it on  my home & lap top.

I have just spent hours creating a video which I rendered. I then added some naration and while doing so noticed that some clips had got separated in the timeline???? Then I tried selecting the clips and dragging them back to the correct place. I saved the project closed and reopened elements to find that ,although the project name was visible it would not open and seems to have disappeared into the ether!!!
