Premiere Elements

I am recording with the nt1-a and a small mix-desk. So I listen the sound directly on my hadphones, so I am hearing what I am saying. The problem is that Adobe elements 15 has the same function with a delay of one second and that is really bad as *****... I cant work with this ... XD I didn't find a function to put that off. Also I can't put it on a not used music output of the Computer because its every time the same as it use to give the normal sounds out when you are cutting something.I hope you can help me.

Hi folks,I'm using Adobe Premiere Elements 15. I've forgotten the keyboard shortcut for returning the playhead to the beginning of the timeline, and have been searching online but can't seem to find it. I also looked up the shortcuts in Edit > Keyboard Customization - it must be there but I can't find it. I know that Shift + Space plays the clip from the beginning but I know there is another shortcut that simply sends the playhead to the beginning. I was using the shortcut a few weeks ago, but took a beak from the app, and have forgotten it.Please help!Thank you.Steven

Hi AllI cannot get Elements 14 to work on my Mac.  I cannot import files as it just freezes and I only get a lovely spinning cursor.I see Elements 15 is out, will this resolve the problem and can I just get an upgrade?ThanksKaren

I'm using PE v15 on an iMac.I'm a newbie si I'm still figuring things out.  I have been using the Default Title to add titles to my video.  It seems when I update the text in one title it changes it in another.  I haven't used the duplicate feature.  I insert a new title whenever I need one.  Am I not 'saving' properly after entering my text in the title box?Thanks.

Hi there,I bought elements 14 because it said that it can render GoPro 4K resolution videos. However, there are no presets available for 2.7K and 4K, and there is no option to create a new one.So, when I open the dialogue to render, it says the source is 1080p resolution instead of the original 2.7K resolution that I have filmed in. Is there a way to add those presets?And if it says that the source is 1920 x 1080 ( I filmed in 2.7K) and I render it in 2.7K , will it be 2.7K or will the quality be 1080P stretched to 2.7K?Thank you.

I am currently experiencing difficulty when attempting to share projects I have created using Adobe Premiere Elements 14 on a Windows 10 computer.   If I elect to create an MPEG file in order to burn the project to a DVD, it is created just as I wish with the video and audio correctly synchronised.  However, if I choose to use exactly the same project, without any alterations, to create an MP4 file to be able to play it on other devices, the audio is about two to three seconds later than the video.Why should this be and how can I correct it?

I suddenly can`t open Premiere Elements 12. Used it two weeks ago without problems. I can open the Organizer, but not Video Editor. When choosing Editor, new project, a purple bar occurs and keeps going. I have tried uninstalling and installing again, both in C and D-drive. When trying to open Adobe Premiere Elements.exe from the folder, it starts opening, but then I get this message: An unhandled win32 exception occured in Adobe Premiere Elements.exe [11660] (the number varies). Anyone know how to fix this? I tried the chat, but since PRE 12 is not the latest version, they couldn´t help me.

hello from germany,for better speech recordings than using the internal microphone of my imac i purchased an external microphone (producer/type:  recording tools / mcu-01c).this microphone is detected within the system-settings of the operating system  mac os x sierra.   but trying to use it within premiere elements 14  it isn't detected there. when trying to record a speech comment there is only offered  "internal micro 1 /internal micro 2".so i made a  test and downloaded a simple audio recorder app and it was possible to record voice comments with that new  USB micro.i restarted my iMac without success - PE 14 does not detect that microphone for inputs.anybody some ideas for me?thx in advance   and have a nice weekend,dpvl03-03-2017

I just purchased premiere 15 and when paying back video it jumps frame or going in slow motion and I hit enter and rindered the video and no change. I see several people having same problem. My computer is hp 4 ram, windows 10.

No "burn to" screen appears as in tutorial.  I have created a disc image file which I burned to disc, but that disc won't play in my DVD player.  An odd menu type screen appears when I put the disc in the player and it dosen't respond to any commands.Burning to DVD is pretty basic function of video software.  What is up with this?Windows 10

I'm editing a video which Premiere set as 640 x 480 when I began the project; I think my video camera (Canon Powershot SX 50) only does low-res recording. I added some stills with graphic and text, made in Photoshop, and when the video plays, the stills are blurry. Tried to fix it by bumping up the rez on the stills to 180dpi, and that actually made it worse! (than default 72 dpi). Anybody know what to do with this?

I'm new to PE (former Power Director user).  I have create the disc menu, burned the (ISO file) *.prel file to a folder.Now how do I burn the *.prel file to the Blu-Ray burner?  Do I need to buy a Nero burner program or will PE 15 burn directly to the Blu-Ray burner.Please provide a step by step instructions.  - Thanks!

Every few weeks either premiere elements 15 or photoshop elements 15 won't start anymore. When using splash screen as start option the animated button runs while Adobe-ads in the popup are shown. But nothing else happens (at least for 15 minutes). When set to start the application directly, double click on the Premiere Icon has no effect at all. No installations have been made on that PC (except of Windows Updates) since the Upgrade from Version 14 (which never behaved like this).Restart: no effectPower cycle: no effectswearing and cursing: no effectIt looks as if they (photoshop/premiere) knock out each other. The only way to make it work again is re-installing the software. Extremly annoying! Any clue on how to fix this?W10/64 - i7 - 8GB RAM - Radeon R7/200 (Driver Version: 11/2016)

Is it possible for a video to have too many effects? I have a video less than 5 minutes long; it has about 30 clips, each with multiple effects. When I export it, some (but not all) of the clips have inaccurate framing, as shown. Any ideas what’s going on?

Audio is out of sync with video after saving a project. I have a PC, using Windows 10. I have no problems editing and creating a video from a standard movie, except on playback the audio precedes the video by about 1-2 seconds on every scene. I have tried various video  and audio resolutions and formats with no success, including AAC, WAV, MP3, and MP4, MPEG-TS. Would appreciate an solution to this issue.Thank you.June62

I am trying to export a video into wmv and I would like the output to be the same as the input which is 1920x1080. However, if I go beyond the standard wmv setting of 720x480, the video starts to lose quality. Any suggestions? I am using Adobe Premiere Elements 12 on a Windows 10 Computer.

I am a infrequent user of premier elements 13.  I have an audio only file - .prel. I opened it to edit it.  But when I hit the play/pause toggle nothing happens. 

Adobe Premiere Elements 14 was gifted to me and I just installed it. I use the latest Adobe Premiere CC.I see a new floating library window that lets me "shop" for .JPG elements that are of no use to me. How do I "use" Adobe Premiere Elements 14? I received a video recording of a school play as a .m4v file on a DVD. The size is ~ 3 GB. I tried two different ways to import the file into Adobe Premier Element as shown below:(1) Save a copy of the .m4v file to my computer (a PC)'s hard drive and add media from a file. (2) Import the .m4v file directly from the DVD.In both cases, the system showed the same error message: "Add Media Failure. I searched but couldn't find anything on this specific problem. . . After saving my work, I click to close the program and nothing happens. I end up having to 'force close' the program. This only happens when I open the program from my desktop shortcut. I can edit to my hearts content, and save my work, but when I go to close it just sits there. The red X turns gray, but that's it. Nothing else happens. But if I open my saved work, the program opens fine, I can edit, everything works AND it closes without out a problem. Also, if I open my saved work, and then click File - New, I can create a new project, edit, etc., save, and in this instance the program will also close without a problem. So it only happens if I open the program from my desktop shortcut (open the program directly - a blank project). Without wanting to have to state the obvious, Adobe always wants to do things differently; in Prel, I want to select.We all use mobile phones, today's exemplar: you see an object or text: you press and select it; you take an action, say, copy.PCs have been selecting something and choosing an action for decades.Can I do that in Prel: set a couple of markers, and select between those markers?(Can I even swipe across some video and select that?)I wouldn't have thought anything could be easier than that, but in the APrelU...I most certainly don't want to go around cutting material into clips and copying cut-up pieces of video - for such a fundamentally, simple, uncomplicated, need.Hours of reading tells me that you can't 'join a cut', undo a cut, you performed a while ago. How do I add pictures to a photo bin on Photoshop Premiere Elements 15 when I'm creating a photo album?  I've been trying to do so and am having a really hard time.  I'd really appreciate anyone's help.  ThanksErin    

2 months ago downloaded PE/PSE 15 Organizer and PSE 15 both launch.  I deleted PE 15 and now when I go to the download page, nothing happens except a box pops up with the Adobe logo and a button that says submit.  I don't see anysign that anything is happening, nor does my usual Win 7  box on the lower left screen show up..  Can't get through to chat either.  Any thoughts?Thanks Jim

I have been using PREMIERE ELEMENTS 14 with no problems on an HP 55-276na desktop, i7-6700, Win 10 64-bit with 16GB RAM.  I copy video recorded at church which is saved as an mp4, upload it and then edit with Elements.  Recently upgraded to version 15 but now when I 'add media' the video plays as expected, but there is no sound. If I simply play the file using media player (or similar) the sound is clear.Any ideas?
