Premiere Rush

Hello,All of my Rush projects are missing after I upgraded to a paid subscription.Where are they and how to I get them back? Additional information:Sync was not enabled. When I tried to enable sync, I received a prompt that this was a "premium feature". I paid for the upgrade so I could enable sync. I made a copy of the entire Rush directory before the upgrade.Is it possible the database with the project info is in there? Please help. 

I've made my first rush project but I can't get it to export. I'm exporting 4k footage at 1080p using the match framerate setting. I've also tried exporting at full resolution. When I export, the project renders up to 7%, then it stops (regardless of export resolution) It always stops at this number. When I try rendering a smaller project, it consistently reaches 25% before stopping. My project is only basic cutting with one fade to black. 4k 25fps footage.  Any ideas for how to fix this?         

Please refund me for this subscription. Rush has not been saving/exporting & this is the second project that I have lost all files! Horrible just horrible, I refuse to pay for this app!

Hi there, I've been using Premiere Rush mobile version to edit my YouTube videos. However, when I add a music clip to the project from my files, it instead plays an off-time duplicated version of the main video audio instead of the music. I have the latest version of the app. I've tried deleting and redownloading the app, deleting and starting a new project, but nothing works and I still have the same issue. Any help would be appreciated!

Adobe's offical support has been absolutely useless with helping me with this. Wasted way too much time going back and forth on chat and the phone repeating myself and getting nowhere. The projects I have created in Adobe Rush on my iPad pro are not showing up in my creative cloud files despite showing that they are synced. I need to continue editing on my Macbook Air in either Rush or Premiere Pro but seem to have no other way of importing them from my iPad. Creative cloud shows has being synced/updated. I have tried all the usuals--quitting the apps, signing in and out, turning sync on and off--all to no avail. Can anyone advise on a solve for this. It's urgent and sooo frustrating. Thank you!

I just made a vid on my Sony A7IV in XAVC S-I 4K 50p, 500 4:2:2 10 Bit and cannot import it to my iPad, I suppose my iPad Pro 2020 cannot handle it or so?

Complete newbie. The still photos I uploaded to my video project appear distorted upon playback. As though they have dashes all through the verticle or horizontal lines of the image, such as on a table leg or a metal bar. I have searched the discussion topics to no avail. The photos were taken with my Samsung S10 phone camera. They look fine when I open them on my desktop. How do I fix this? 

Hello there after I installed widows 11 the program  freezes so many times that is nearly imposible to work on. Specifically the video freezes and ou hear only the audio or during the render it freezes. i have a good laptop with a processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1165G7 @ 2.80GHz 1.69 GHz and 16GB Ram so i meet the requirements. I was thinking on buying the programm but i cannot buy something that doesnt work right.  Is there any plan to fix this issue? is it only me or is there a general problem with windows 11?

I unfortunately started working under a "personal" account before my "company or school" account was approved (same alias) and now I have several projects that exist under the former profile that I wish to transfer to the later profile. Is there any way that I can do this? Are Rush projects downloadable? I'd be happy to download from the former and upload to the latter but I don't really see that as an option. Thanks

I can no longer open Premiere Rush or Premiere Pro, I keep getting the above error message.  What do I need to do to fix this.  They worked previously.

Hi all,I'm using Adobe Premiere Rush to create videos.Everything works fine when I'm creating them and a few days later. But when I open the video projects after a few weeks, the videos are ruined. The audio is out of sync, the clips are distorted and lagging, and it's just ruined. So i can never use it again. What is causing this? I'm storing the videos and the clips in Dropbox and I have the Dropbox App installed on my Macbook Pro.  

Hey everyone,  when editing reels i often download a trending reel on Instagram/tiktok and use the sound for my video.RUSH MOBILE then imports the downloaded video and plays the sound in distroted kind of way. 

iPad version wont render. Desktop (windows 10) keeps crashing and wont render. This is appaling service a this has clearly been going on for years!I shouldn't have to remove things from my project just to get the program to work how it should. If Adobe don't fix this soon I'll be finding something else that actually works,Any suggestions on alternative software solutions?

I've attached a video that I need to edit on Premiere Rush but I'm having a lot of trouble.  I create a new project and get the video on there. I need to whiten the background and wondering what's the best way to do this? I also need to add a title. I've been clicking the 'T' box and add a title. Once I do this I'm not able to play the video and I'm not able to change the size of the text and the wording. I can see where I can edit all this but I can't change anything??

Hi, I started using Premiere Rush for the first time today, and everything ran pretty smoothly. I spent hours editing a long video, then closed the app and took a break. After coming back to my computer and opening the project, all files were the red page with exclamation point. Nothing was changed from the first session to the last (no files were moved, deleted, etc).I have seen a Ton of posts about this dating back for years and no real clear cut answer (kind of alarming). Is there any way to get my project back or is it lost? 

I have a gap/space between two clips that seems to be persistant. I can slide/snap the next clip in the timeline back up against the clip to remove the gap, as well as drag the previous clip to the next clip, but this just moves the gap down the timeline, when I try to drag the yellow handle to "fill in the gap" with footage, with the hopes of deleting it later, it moves the rest of my clips down the track, as if there is something there.  I have a 2 hour long sequence I am editing, and I cannot highlight the rest of the clips in the timeline in order to drag them as a group back into place. Any advice? Thank you in advance.

I started a project on my laptop, but apparently my hardware is too old and weak for the program to run smoothly. Since I've already started, I was wondering if it's possible to continue working on the file but on a different PC? 

It no longer works on Samsung Galaxy Note20 or I'm guessing Android anything with Android 11. Which been out for 4 months now. I uninstalled and reinstalled, now it tells me "Your device isn't compatible with this version." I can't even find Adobe Rush in the Google play store anymore and I'm paying $9.99 a month for it for the past year. It was working fine few days ago. 

I have read other threads about the HEVC error which I am getting but many people have bought Rush, I haven't.. I'm just using the features available in the photography subscription.  Am I entitled to support from Adobe for this? I have spent weeks working on a video in Rush.  I have the photography plan and did not use any of the pay features of Rush when making my video. Occassionally I would get a message "this file requires the hevc codec which is included with a creative cloud membership" but I would click ok and I would have no issues playing/editting my videos so thought maybe this was just a bug. I spent a couple of hours exporting my video and when it was done it gave me a 1KB file.  I've since updated my creative cloud but it says my Rush was already up-to-date (v2.5).  I also bought the HEVC codec from the Microsoft Store. I'm running Windows 10.  I was able to save a similar travel video a month or two ago so I'm not sure what changed.  My

I just finished editing and exprting a project and I noticed some things I needed to change but when i went to work on it more I just got a blank gray scrren.  All my other videos work fine.  How can I get all the work back.  dozens of hours

I have solved this problem, but had me tearing my hair out for a few hours and could not find an answer online.So a still image looked good on-screen, but as soon as I grabbed and moved the scrub bar, or played it, the image just resized itself.... but again reviewed outside of that and the image changes back to it's 'correct' desired size. Soooo frustrating! I had been 'playing' with Pan and Zoom and Auto Reframe in the effects palette for the first time. So I suspected it was something I did. It was the Auto Reframe, but I did not and do not find the controls on that at all intuitive! You have to switch Auto Reframe on with a toggle button, and although I decided not to use it, it seems it was somehow set... so when I went back to make some changes to a couple of images, it turned into the nightmare of automatically resizing my images! I have been having trouble with Premiere Rush for the past few days. It crashed at the end of editing a video project. When I tried to open it again, the Project page showed no panels at first. I Logged out, deleted preferences, deleted Rush and reinstalled it. Made sure the program was up to date, too. Opened the program again and now there is NO Project panel. I even tried making a new project so that I could return to home (the projects panel), but there is no project panel now. How do I get the Project Panel back? Are all my previous projects just lost in the ether now? Any feedback is appreciated.  If you need to know about storage, I am currently running on about 28 gigs.

Hi.Does anyone know where I can buy decent titles and transitions for Rush without signing up to a subscription based plan. New to video editing and can't work out if assets create in AE will work in rush and I've found a few sites that sell packages created in Rush.Thankssimon
