Premiere Rush

Why i can't install premier rush on lg g8s thinq device (qualcomm snapdragon 855 adreno 640 6gb ram android 10)?This is strange because it works on older devices like smasun galxy s9.Can anyone help me?

Hi,I’m experiencing “not responding issues” with Rush.I have an existing project that was working normally up until now. A file will open and play fine at first, but if I make a minor edit like delete a segment, then things stop working. I tried clearing the cache and resetting preferences…and it still freezes. I’m using a Think Pad laptop with the following:Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10510U CPU @ 1.80GHz   2.30 GHzInstalled RAM 24.0 GB (23.8 GB usable)System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processorEdition Windows 10 Pro, Version 20H2Using Adobe Rush 1.5.62  Build 61 Any tips? Hello I was making a video in Adobe rush and accidently closed my window. Al of my changes are saved automatically. But the changes were totally wrong. I need to go back to the original state of this morning. Is that still possible?

Hi all,I loved Rush but I don't know what happened I'm having a terrible time using it lately.It always crashes when I open it, it overall crashes literally, every other time I open it.If I try to use any transitions or graphics within it, it says it can't access them.Sometimes when I try to open my files I don't get my full desktop to browse through, it'll just say like Local or Cloud and when I select one nothing happens.I have to make sure all my files for this project are in one small folder on my computer or else it takes forever it to load (I don't need thumbnails of the images, just the file name!!)I have some files where I try to open them and it either says I can't open them because they were made on a newer version of Rush(they were not), or if it does all my objects are corrupted and red with an exclamation point. Using an edu Adobe account. Rush version 1.5.62.Windows 10 pro. When I open a file from whichever cloud solution (for example OneDrive or Creative Cloud) the app hangs and crashes. The same files works perfectly if they're stored locally on the computer. I have the latest updates both of CC, Premiere Rush and Windows 10.Is there something that Rush doesn't handle when the file needs to be downloaded?  Tried:Repair of CC and Premiere RushReinstall of CC and Premiere RushUninstalled with Adobe CC cleaner and reinstalledUpdate GPU driverUpdate all drivers availableSFC and DISM commands  Event Viewer tells me this:  Created a dump file and ran a debug of it through WinDbg, but it didn't tell me much. When trying to import media from One Drive into a new project on iOS Rush on a iPad it doesnt allow the files to be brought in. It shows the video files on OneDrive that are available but does allow me to tap and bring them in.  Any idea what would be stopping them from being imported? They are MP4 files so should definately work. Attached some pictures for reference, as you can see it shows the video files and the other image shows the options if I long press on the files, but no option to import. 

I have this leading black edge to a pan on a still image I can't get rid of. I don't know what I am doing wrong. I have used the feature before and it didn't do this. Has anyone else had this come up?

How can i delete a Premiere Rush Projekt? First i couldn`t rename my project and duplicate it for rename it. And now i want delete the unknown project, but i can`t. There is a window that pops up, it ask delete everywhere, i say yes, but it`s still local in my procects beneath the renamed project who has the same content. I don`t want to keep the unknown.i´ve allready de- and reinstalled the program too, but niothing happens. I still have the unnamed project in the overview.The Project isn`t allready in the cloud, it`s local on my iMac.Greetings, Carsten.   

Hi All, Is there a way to snap audio clips together on the timeline the way the main timeline does? I have separate audio and, once edited, theres a lot of gaps between clips. There's gotta be a better way than clicking and draging every clip...right?

I've been using Rush for a while now, but I recently restarted my iPhone and now Rush is showing  me the following message: "Please allow Rush to access your photos in the IOS Settings App > Privacy > Photos".And then I proceed to the settings page but don't have an option to allow access to the files. Please see attached screenshots. I haven't tried restarting my phone again yet. Is this a know issue?  Thanks in advance! L

hello everybody Using Premiere Rush 1 5 62 built 61Dell Inspiron 5402 Intel i7 16Go Ram After some time, between 2 and 10mn, the playback screen is always freezing, and nothing can be done anymore. The RAM and CPU is almost entirely used by Premiere... Please Adobe or anyone tell when what's happening and what can be done, I've always used adobe for my editing but I'm about to change I cannot work... Thank you Thomas, from France

Hello A part of the video gets the way picture shows. I have tried everything - restart, upgrading my phone (iPhone 11) and the app. What to do??

Since updating Rush, I can no longer add gaps between clips. Lengthening or shortening a clip alsp adjusts the adjacent clips and audio - which I don't want to do at all. Specifically, I have subtitles which sometimes need to have gaps between them, to line up with the narration. Before the update, I could adjust each subtitle without affecting anything else around it. Now, if I shorten the duration of a subtitle, everything else moves, which makes it impossible to adjust and also impossible to add space between my clips. Please let me know how I can change this.

I have been using the free trial and had no problems. When i subsceibed a few days ago, i could not export my videos.  

Adobe rush is not installing on my device which is one plus Nord working on android 11. The play Store is saying your device is not compatible despite it has all features required for Rush. Any lead help will be appreciated

Hi, I am wondering in the future if the authors of MOGRT templates for Premiere Rush will be able to see responsive design in time for png attachments?Now this functionality is not enough, but it would allow making convenient titles. I cannot move OUT png

I just built a new PC with Core i9 16gb ram windows 10 version 20H2 os build 19042.685 and all adobe apps say they are not compatible? whats going on? Im getting ready to go with another video editor.

I am editing many clips in Rush. I have ran them through handbrake, unchecked "enable hardware accerlation encoding and decoding" and am having zero luck. I went in and re-added/re-edited clip. Finished up and then it went red. I know there are a million answers on this, but any help would be appreciated! 

Hi all, I'm completely new to Premier Rush. Used it several months ago to create a video with stills and about 7 video clips. Total running time for video only 2 minutes. First go round the dissolve seemed to work fine. 3 seconds-which seems to be the max, went in and out without issue. Now, the transitions are completely choppy and wonky. And, we click on 3 second dissolve, but it keeps resorting back to varying times. Over and OVER again. It will not keep 3 seconds no matter what. Also read somewhere how to extend the time beyond the 3 seconds. Clicking and grabbing the blue bar only works for one image. It will not work for the rest.  We have read hours of posts, started over, etc, to no avail. Can anyone help?   Title edited by mod

I'm using Adobe rush on my iPad Pro

Rush is included in my formula.I wanted to try it because I have a vidéo to post on social medias.After installation, the tutorial started. But when I selected the tutorial videos, I get the waiting blue ring turning and never stop. Impossible to cancel.I uninstalled Rush and installed again.Now when opening, I have again a waiting blue ring for eternity...What goes wrong?Thx and sorry for my english. (please use simple words in your answers ;-)) 

Hey all,since a couple of weeks Premiere Rush is listed in my creative cloud desktop app, under the category 'my applications'. If I understood correctly Premiere Rush is not included in the 'Photography plan'.Why doesn't it show under demo versions category like the other apps like illustrator...? I find that pretty misleading, as in fact it is the demo version. Does someone else  experience the same thing?ThanksDennis
