Premiere Rush

I want to cut out the characters in the Sliding Pop Art Title in the title effect so that I can see the background behind the characters, but is it possible to cut out the characters in Rush first? If possible, I would like you to tell me how.

I have re-installed Rush after rebuilding my machine and it opens with the spinning blue circle but "Create a New Project" and all of the menu options are greyed out except for the help menu. Hi,I have noticed a lot of people have an issue with Rush freezing and crashing but I'm actually a step earlier than that. I'm trying to launch Rush but after a few seconds it crashes and asks me if I want to send a crash report. This has been going on for a couple of days. I tried downgrading, updating, restarting my PC, updating graphics card drivers. Media Encoder behaves in an identical way. I'm on Win 10. Any help would be appreciated! I've got some deadlines I'm about to miss....

So i'm trying to render a video for export with clips, intro&outro cards, BGM and so on. But it always shows an error so i removed the title animations/transitioning effects and now it renders fine. Is there a way to fix this rendering problem with the titles/effects? Otherwise this app would only be useful to clip videos together.

When I create a new project and Rush asks to select the media for it, the file browser only shows the first 30 or so characters of file names. We frequently use long file names, have lots of multilingual videos and a convention of adding the language at the end. A folder might contain files named 'UK showroom opening 2021-08-01 EN.mp4', 'UK showroom opening 2021-08-01 IT.mp4' and 'UK showroom opening 2021-08-01 DE.mp4'. All I can see in Rush are 3 files named 'UK showroom opening 2021-0' and then I have to guess the second half of the file name. Is there any way of seeing full file names or switching to a list view?

Hi everyone. I'm new to the CC so apologies if this is seemingly obvious....I installed Rush to my desktop and started work on a project; need to restart my laptop as it is lagging horribly but I can't seem to find my actual project anywhere in the CC. It's not under 'Your Work', 'Your Files', 'Synced Files'...the only files I find are the actual media files I've uploaded for the project itself. I went back to the project browser screen and clicked on the three dots - the option to 'Turn Sync Off' is there suggesting sync is on...but yeah, no project in the Cloud. Help! Please! I don't want to restart and risk losing my work. TIA

Has anyone figured out WHY Adobe Rush crashes on the Note 10?  I uninstalled Rush (lost projects in the process) and reinstalled it. Same thing every time.  Please help!!!

Hi all, Have rush for a bit now, been working great so far. After my last holiday i got back behind my desk to edit some footage from my latest vacation, to my surprise rush now keep either randomly closing or freezing when i start a new project. Windows fully updated, rush as well. reinstalled rush but the issue remains.GPU: AMD RX 6800CPU: Ryzen 7 3700XRAM: 32GB The footage I am trying to work with comes from my DJI Mavic Air 2. Hopefully someone knows what to do, if rush doesnt work its not much use keep a subscription on it... 

Hi, I am trying to save a graphic which I am using al the time as a template in Rush. I am following these instructions: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/premiere-rush/help/add-titles-rush.html However, the "Save as" function under "..." is disabled, and I cannot figure out what to do. For titles this function works just fine, but not for graphics. Can somebody please help me? Best wishes,Esa

I want to know how to create zoom in automatically every 30 seconds in my videos

When I turn on pan and zoom for a still photo, in my final rendered video it seems the photo will appear in the screen with no motion for a split second, then the pan and zoom starts, but then it stops again before the video moves to the next clip. Is there a way for pan and zoom to be active on the photo before the photo appears in the video? Meaning it would look like it's moving from the very first frame instead of the first few frames being still and then the panning starts? Same at the end: I'd like panning to continue as the next clips appears. In print terms I guess this might be the equivalent of having the pan and zoom "bleed" off the clip.

I would love to use Premiere Rush, but it won't allow me to work in a project that I have saved in the Adobe creative cloud. It shows the project, but it's grayed out and I'm unable to open it. I updated my MacBook to Big Sur, but it still doesn't work? Is the version an issue?  

I'm working on a video for my youtube channel since a week, while editing the video the app keep crashing but still I keep the patience and work on different projects to complete the video.Now comes the worst thing I had experienced, while exporting it crash again and it keep taking the storage in my Ipad air. Now I'm not able to export the video I'm working since a week. Well FYI I'm exporting in 4K.Then I seach online and find out that I can sync my project and then can export it from laptop. First I sync my project and then when I install the software in my laptop and sign in with the same account then I experienced the second worst thing. It says that I need to buy this product again on my laptop now.Is it my fault if your app is not working properly on my iPad Air? I trust on you and now you want me to spend more money to buy it for laptop. What is the assurance that it will work fine on laptop?I'm also attaching the log files.I hope you will solve my issue and reply to me ASAP.

what is the proper scale for anamorphic footage in premiere rush, thered oes not appear to be a “conform to” option, I used 100 x 77 but it looked ok, but I’m not the best at math and am not sure that is correct.thanks for your help.

Hi! Im writing here as a last resort while crying as the project I was working on was very important and had a lot of hours of work in it. I finished my project and everything looked fine. I exported it and it didn't give me any errors or warnings. I went to upload it to youtube but it couldn't process it. Then I tried to upload through rush but it also gave me different errors and a timestamp of the problem in the video. I went back to edit but since then Rush hasn't been able to open it. And I have tried it a bunch of times. It's just the grey background I have tried everything. Renaming the folder, logging in and out, trying to open the saved exported file in different programs and also in rush but it doesn't open, restarting everything from google to rush to computer. And now it has disappeared when I open rush altogether and it seemsit hasn't been synced up either. The only thing I have now is the corrupted video I got from the export that I can't open anywhere

I will not be making any videos for a while, so I want to pause my Rush subscription. I'm not comfortable doing that until I have downloaded the project files locally. I may need to recut the videos later on for different purposes, so I need to keep full project files, not just download MP4s. If I cancel my Rush account I assume I will lose my project files on their server, so I need to understand how to download the files locally, and then be able to work on them again further down the road. This seems like a pretty basic question but I can't find the answer anywhere. Thanks if anyone has it!

Good morning,I purchased Adobe Premiere Rush in March for a 1-year subscription, and since had to install a new hard drive on my laptop. It's now telling me I have 1 export left and should upgrade - how do I put in my purchase number so I have the full version that I paid for? Thanks,Paul

When trying to export an 8 second video, the finished video only renders about 3-4 seconds and it just freezes. I had a similar issue with Premiere Pro last week.The computer is a 2017 Mac, all updated with 64 GB of memory and a Radeon Pro 570 4g graphics card.All adobe programs are also fully up to date. No storage issues and nothing else is running to slow it down. 

Hi there, The last 2 projects that I've completed have corrupted when exporting in Rush. Can anyone help?I got an error message when I tried to open the first one on my laptop after exporting. I've done loads of projects and this has never happened. I wondered whether it might be the raw files so I deleted that and began another project, this one has exported however I can only play 4 mins of the file and then it just stops. I've tried playing on 2 different media players on my laptop and the same happens with both.Both play fine in Rush. Help please!!!Thanks,Claire

Hi everyone, I've been struggling with the noise in Adobe Rush for some time. The audio of my videos (filmed with Dslr camera and Rode Ntg 4+ microphone) is fine before importing in Rush, but once I start start editing on my PC, the sound is distorted and becomes unbearable in some video cuts, from one second to the next, even within the same sequence. The sound waves skyrocket for no apparent reason. It is very problematic because the problem comes from Adobe Rush (which is paid for)!I know this is frequent problem and no 100% foolproof solution seems to be offered. I have the lastest Rush version (june 2021). Thank you !VivianPS no point unchecking "Optimised clips", they're already unchecked in my version, so that doesn't work!

I just got a new laptop (company machine) logged into Adobe Creative Cloud and downloaded the apps I use.Photoshop is opening OK, but Premier Rush is not - it gets non responsive/ frozen in the opening splash screen. Seems to be on the same file - ImporterQuickTime.prm.Same with Premier Pro but I worry less about that because I don't use it as much. I do use Rush and need it to run! It is the latest version.Have already tried:Logging out and back into Adobe Creative CloudUninstalling and re-installing Premier Rush (more than once) Please help!!

I wanted to learn how to use Rush but when I try to open it nothing happens.  I got it to open once and when I select any option I get a gray screen with Adobe on the top. I have never had any problems with Lightroom or Photoshop.  I logged out and in again and it still does not work!  What in hell is going on, anyone have any ideas?

I am not quite sure how to ask this... But if I want to cut to another video while the audio of the current video is playing, how do I do that? Is that possible or can you just have one linear sequence? 

Can I easily edit slides,audio and video content using this software, I am using android and a chromebook 14 ? thanks

Hi there,  I'm exporting a video i've created on rush and it exports no problem but then when I go to open the file it says this: " This file isn’t playable. That might be because the file type is unsupported, the file extension is incorrect, or the file is corrupt. 0xc10100be " I've exported it 7 times, 2 of the times it has worked but I need to make changes. It's 30 minuties but I have done longer videos before this. I'm just not sure what is going on and I need help please!
