Hi Everyone!I have my Adobe Creative Cloud installed over a 6 months now. I started using Premier Rush on PC and Mac and everything was fine until I got update. Usually is fine, automatically updating and it's done but after updating Premier Rush  my computer is crashing, my both devices! Not to mention that I cannot do anything on it! How to fix it? I am trying to come back to older version and will see how that will work but still I don't understand why after update my Mac or PC was crashing? Any thoughts? Thank you. Michaela

Hey, I need some help!I am having significant issues with trying to export a project in Premiere Pro. I have done everything, tried to apply the LUT - QT Gamma Compensation.cube that Adobe released. And still, my project exported desaturated and washed out. How do I put it through media encoder if that will help?  I am not sure what to do? I have a project due that color is crucial to, and the exports ruin it.  Is there anything more I can do? Am I doing something wrong? 

There are some titles and images within rush that ill use for most videos in the future. Is there a way to 'star' or 'like' item for easy access down the road? 

I've created a short 40 sec video with 4 layers of overlaid image with a couple pans/ 10 sec video and audio and it won't render. It conks out at 48% percent each time on my iPhone SE 2020. I've tried emailing through the app for help 3 times and got no response whatsoever.I've spent a solid 10 hours creating something I can't export, can someone please help me get this off my iPhone? 

Hi there, I'm wanting to eliminate the black bars from a video when I shot it in 9:16 on my phone. It looks unprofessional and I want to use the footage as a lead magnet videot training for my e-commerce website. Can someone please advise how I can get rid of these black bars? I changed the aspect ratio to 1:1 and 4:3 and still have the same problem.  Please help!  

Hello I have rush on my phone and laptop. How do I use the same acount on my laptop that I have on my phone?

I started using Premiere Pro to make youtube videos and found it was way too advanced for me. It looks like Premiere Rush can do everything I need in a more streamlined fashion. The only issue is I was using a clock graphic that I purchased in Permiere pro that doesnt seem to be available in Rush. When I tried to install it, it said something went wrong. Can preimere pro graphics not be used in Rush or am I doing something wrong?

I've recently bought premium features, so I can have Premiere Pro. The mobile recognize my payment as I can sync my files, but my PC just sends me to the info about how to pay for Premiere Pro when I try to turn on sync. My only problem is with Premiere Rush on PC. Even the Creative Cloud recognize that I have sync availabel, and have all my videos on it's maps...

Hi I have just purchased Premier Rush and completed my first video; however it will not go past Rendering to enable me to post to social or save locally. Please help as this is a birthday video and time is of the essence to be able to have it posted.  Thankyou In Advance

I created a video on premiere rush on MacOS big Sur version 11.2.3 on mac mini M1. When I originally uploaded my videos into rush, any video that I filmed with the selfie camera on iphone 12 pro using DJ OM4 and DJI Mimo app.  Those videos were flipped upside down somehow when uploaded into Rush.  I used the crop and rotate tool to fix that issue.  If the video was filmed using the normal camera, it didn't get flipped. Once I rendered the video, those selfie videos show as a blank black screen.  If the video was filmed using the normal camera, the video plays correctly on the rendered video.  What is going on and how do I fix??

hi there, i create a new project and try to import media.  however the media browser can only see the top level folders and nothing underneath which is where all my videos etc stored.  if i copy the videos to the top level then it can see and i can import, but that then breaks the entire point of the folder structure to organise the files. can someone please advise if some setting that i need to use to allow rush to be able to drill into the folder structure so that i can access my media. thanks

My video plays smoothly in Edit but after I render the video and post it on YouTube, there are parts where it is frozen and parts where it is playing fine.   Title edited by mod

Good day everyone.  I am new to Premiere Rush and looking for help on editing videos that were converted from 8mm or VHS tapes.  There appears to be only four choices of aspect ratio and none of them allow for the entire picture to be seen. Will I have to move up to a more exepnsive program to have more ratio choices? Thanks,Steve

I've just installed Rush and attempted importing videos shot on my GoPro 9 into my laptop.  Videos have been copied from the GoPro to the laptop and I'm importing the files from the computer.  Each time the clips show up in the timeline along the bottom of the screen, but the preview window remains black.  The audio plays fine, but no images.  How can I sort this? I'm using an Acer Aspire 7 about 12 months old. 

Hello Support Community I have rendered and exported (locally) my completed video, which has no problems on the project page, but when I open it on my desktop it is running too fast. It should be just under 10 minutes but is 7:48 minutes and so is obviously running too fast and is out of sync with the audio. I would be very grateful if someone can provide a solution. I am using Windows 10 on Chrome. Thank you.

A few days ago I upgraded to premium on my iPad. I've been using the premium features for one day and suddenly Rush reverted to the free version. I checked my subscriptions on my Apple ID and my Rush monthly subscription is still active. I tried the following, nothing worked:- logging out and back into Rush app- restarted the Rush app- restoring purchase on the Rush app- logging out and back into my Apple ID on the iPad I have a deadline tomorrow and I need to be able to export my projects, which cannot be done without Premium. I submitted a bug via the report function but I received no reply. I contacted Apple App Store support, no reply. Please help.

Hello I am a new user of Adobe Premium Rush. Yesterday I am already paid for premium account. And in my application I have a subscription. But when I want to export file, there is asking for buy. What shoul I do?  

I was working on a video for two days now. Its audio is 2:50minutes long and around 50 seconds of it has video files. When I was about to edit again, a pop up "Unable to open project" appeared. How can I fix this? I've tried restarting my phone (iPhone 7+ ios13.4.1), deleting and reinstalling the app, and logging out then in but it's still not working.

Hello Support Community.Hoping you can assist. I have completed my video, with some music and voice throughout. I have saved it to my desktop. I sent it by gmail and my recipients have told me there is only music at the beginning, not the end, and there is no voice. The end is also black.I have exported it to Facebook via my desktop and also via Rush, and again there is Music at the beginning but no voice, and no music at the end. Also the video is just under 10 minutes, but plays on Facebook at 7:48, speeded up.I have tried to export it to Youtube, and everything seems to be fine, but ultimately there is no video on my Youtube list.I am using Windows 10 and Chrome.Thanks for your help.
