Premiere Rush

This is extremely frustrating... I have been using this app for months on a mac and pc and have really enjoyed using it. I was using my cousins and today I decided to download it myself on my pc and the graphics do not work at all. I just clicked the try for free and did a fresh install on a pc and this feature does not want to populate content at all. It works on the ipad but I need to have access to all the features on my pc. I have tried all the trouble shoot options and have not been able to remedy the situation. Can someone please fix this or point me to a better product so I can go back to work editing videos for folks. Thanks.

This is driving me nuts, and is happening more and more frequently.Ive been using premiere rush (fully up to date version) on my iPad Pro 11" (iOS software version 14.4.2) for about a month now and have edited and rendered at least 3-4 hours of footage, all shot on my iPhone 12 Pro. Until recently it has been functioning flawlessly, but on my past 2 projects it has started producing unsatisfactory results. When outputting in 4K at both matched frame rate and 30 FPS it has been overexposing the rendered footage very noticeably. The product looks horrible and washed out. I can't seem to figure out what the problem is, it will do this randomly with both a full charge and at low charge. Unfortunately it seems to be doing it more and more frequently and it doesn't seem to matter how long the clip is. I had it happen on both a 10 minute movie and on a 20 second movie, and I am feeling very frustrated.Any advice would be super appreciated.attached are pictures of what it looks like in premier

Hi there,I am tyring to use this "Subscribe Button" file # 357905247 but when I download it and install it as .mogrt file it does not behave as it is shown in the preview. The preview shows animated subscribe button with number of subscribers and then mouse click and the text changes to subscribed.    When I download it and try to use this template it behaves like the other template file exactly. The screenshot of the file is shown below; the file ID # of this one is 362635351Please help me in resolving this problem.Regards

Hi, as mentioned my adobe Rush just wont work on my new build PC. Premiere Pro works fine. It doenst matter if I open a new project or an old one. I tried:install latest gpu driverlastest rush versionSecurity settings of the adobe folder I have a 6900XT and 5900X on a Asus Rog Strix X570-e gaming  with 32gb 3600mhz RAM. My projects was ininattly created on my macbook (2019) and works there fine

Hello, Hoping someone can help a beginner with video editing here. working on : Windows 10 Animated graphic: Stylish OutroFont: Novel Sans Hair Pro XCmp installed via adobe cloud. Ok text graphics and titles for noobs. I've managed to find an animated graphic I like ( Stylish Outro ) and have edited the text, spacing, colours etc to match my branding; however, as I'm wanting to use this frequently to add supportive text throughout the video (it's a Behind the Scenes/ how to style) I can't seem to save the graphic presets to my own folders. Nor does a favourites star show up for me to save to my original preferred graphics, sequences, fonts etc.  A very basic Error Message "something went wrong: We couldn't save this graphic" keeps coming up when I try to save but I'm not entirely sure why as everything I am using is adobe integrated.  Where am I going wrong?Have I changed the workspace somehow to not be able to see the favourites star?W

Made a small vid testing the waters to see if Rush can be sufficient for my needs.    Attempted to export in 720 match 720/30 1080match 1080/30 and get an error each time. All footage is 4k as well and it's strange that it's not an option. Regardless, no error codes, can't see anything wrong, just fails to render.

How do you edit a title in an iPad??? I can add a title template. Or create a new title. But there is no way to actually select the title to change the wording. This is for the iPad version, so there is no way to select the text like you can on a computer. Click and hold on the title on the timeline only brings up DELETE and Copy. Touching, clicking, etc, on the Monitor window does nothing either. I've tried to touch and I cant seem to select anything from the Monitor.

After months of successfully using Adobe Rush for mobile without issue all of the sudden it's a hot unusable app. Photos are disappearing, getting stuck and blinking, appearing as black and not visible after previously appearing normally. When I try to export all I see is a blank green video. I cannot edit any of my old videos or make new ones. What is going on??? 

When I open Rush on my laptop, this is all that shows. The projects are there when I open it on my iPad. It was working fine this morning and then suddenly crashed and then this is all that will happen.  I have tried installing previous versions of Rush, I have updated my laptop. Im am so stuck for what has gone wrong?  I have tried opening the projects on Premiere Pro but it won't let me. (Side note: Premiere also has an issue when I run it: It tells me I need to install an Intel Grphics driver, version 27.20.100.8476 . When I try to download this, my laptop will not let me install it.) I can create a new project, but when I exit, it returns to an empty Home screen again!It's driving me mad, does anyone know what the issue is? My laptop is:Microsoft Windows 10x64-based PCIntel Core i7 (8th Gen)With a Radeon Graphics card  

Buenos días. Utilizo Premiere Rush versión 1.5.58 (gratuita con mi plan de Adobe).Al iniciar el programa se quedaba atascado como cargando y no podía crear un proyecto nuevo. Gracias al foro lo he solucionado (pulsando Alt. al abrir el programa) y lo he abierto. Lo que me ocurre ahora es que cuando he seleccionado los clips de vídeo que quiero editar, el programa se queda atascado en la ventana emergente de Preparación de medios en curso...¿Pueden ayudarme? Gracias.

When I try to import videos in the premiere Rush the video get imported but the editing screen is blank.I am attaching a video and photo so that you can see my problem so that you can fix it.Thankyou

Hello Adobe, Sorry but I cannot use Premiere Rush on my laptop since the 1.5.58 version wont start and keeps stuck on the blue spining icon.When I rollback to the previous version it works but i cannot save and share my video editing since it says I need to upgrade to the new version When I run Rush without internet on, it works aswell but the same issue about sharing videos, it is locked.I tried as well to logout from my account, to start back Rush and to login again, same issue. I run PR on a windows 10 and a recent and decent laptop Please help me. Thanks a lot. Olivier C.

Bonjour,  J'ai le pack entier adobe, mais je n'avais pas installé rush premiere sur mon portable. Je clique sur installé et ça de fonctionne pas dutout. Quelqu'un peut m'aider svp??? Lorsque je clique sur installer, il n'y à absolument rien que se passe...

I've edited a video using Premiere Rush, and when I watch the preview on the platform the dubbing is fine, but when I export to my desktop the dubbing is massively off to the point that on a 9 minute video, the video has stopped at 7 minutes and the audio continues for 2 more minutes. I've looked across all my clips, played around with the frame rate used for the export, and tried duplicating and resaving the video multiple times but am still getting this issue. Does anybody know what may be causing this, and how I could fix it?Any help would be hugely appreciated!

Hello,I recently bought a new computer and installed the Creative Cloud to it. I used it on my previous computer with no issues. When I open Rush, however, the program is stuck at the loading screen. I also can't click on "Create a New Project" or multiple items in the menu bar. I've seen other people have this problem and have tried the ways mentioned in those posts, including signing in and out of Rush and Creative Cloud, getting rid of other Adobe processes in Task Manager, and reinstalling Rush, but none of them have worked. The computer is a Lenovo Legion 5 AMD desktop with Windows 10 running on it. Thank you.

The audio loops currently in my video won't play anymore. It appears they're present, but no audio will play during playback. I also can't preview the audio clips to select them, and even when I tried to add a new one, it won't add. Everything about the stock audio files is going wrong and it's very frustrating. Help!

Hi There I've been using Adobe Rush with Windows for about a month, I keep running into this issue when trying to upload new images to a project where new images I'm trying to add have a status of 'unable to load preview' I've tried suggestions from other posts within this community and tried creating a new image folder, renaming images etc, but still no luck. Can anyone out there suggest a resolution for this issue.Does image size cause this issue or project size? I cant seem to determine what is the root cause of this error.Thanks in advance

It's been several hours since I started fighting with the neverending, spinning circle in the "Your projects" view. Suddenly my Premiere Rush instance crashed and I am unable to open my project. Because of it, I missed the deadline of uploading the video I was supposed to render. I checked Premiere Rush instance on 3 different notebooks, on one of them it was a reinstall, on the others - a fresh install. On each machine I get the same error.I have tried all the suggestions in similar topics, like signing out, signing in, running as Admin, running with Shift+Alt, etc. Nothing changes.

Rendering a video of still pics w/music,  rendering process has been going on for almost 2 hours.  Video would be roughly 35 mins long.  Can hear computer working.  But has been on 4:58 left on time for over an hour.   Do I cancel and try again or just let it keep working.  Unsure to know if it's Stuck or not. 

I've tried numerous times and ways to render a short 2 min video to my computer and other places.  It just says 2 min left forever and the computer is running at full speed.  When I cancel the render, the entire program and computer locks up.  Please help.  

I have the rush app on my phone and I've made a video there which I can't seem to be able to export or render to my iPhone camera.
