Premiere Rush

How do i fix error Open Production Failed.I am not able to open my video on which i have been working lately.

When will rush be available for pixel 4a. i switched to a pixel from an iphone and im highly disappointed that it says its not available for my device. I pay for the all apps sub and i kind of expect all apps. Its bad enough that illustrator isnt available for android but rush is my go to social media video editing app.

I can't upload png file to Premiere Rush on Ipad air2I want to upload a png picture to overlay on the video. It displays an error saying it is unsupported media and can't be uploaded. Does anyone know how to fix this? I also attached my png file and a screenshot of the error window.

Downloaded Rush and tried opening but the opening page just a a circle going around and the new project button is greyed out. 

Please help! I just finished creating a movie for a virtual conference and now its gone. When I re-opened Rush, there was no project thumbnail.Windows version Premiere Rush.

He Tenido problemas porque ya no me cargan los graficos de texto predeterminados, sólo me aparece si descargo versiones muy antiguas, no se si tenga que ver con las actualizaciones o si alguien más tiene este problema que pueda indicarme que hacer, gracias.  

Hi, does anyone know why Premier Rush won't render my video? Once I'm ready to export my video, it starts to export it and at the very end, it just says "unable to export successfully"...... I can't find the problem. If i could get some help with this, that would be very much appreciated.

I just downloaded Adobe Rush on my PC. I am on a Windows 10 Pro 64 bit OS, Ryzen 5 5600x CPU, GTX 1660 TI GPU, and have 32 GB of RAM. My GPU drivers and OS are updated and I have restarted my device multiple times. I can open the app, but then I am stuck on a loading icon and can't create a new project. What could the issue be?

Ive just started using Premiere Rush for video editing and i cannot get it to import my videos/photos from iphoto on the mac. This function works on the app/ipad but not the imac? I have lightroom installed on the mac and that imports fine from iphotos but i cannot get Rush to do the same ? is there a setting im missing? Thanks

Hi, I want to use Premier Rush, but it's not runnig on my imac.Keeps saying "Premier Rush requires access to Public folder". I have tried pretty much everything, but i cant give premier rush accesss to public folder when public folder does not exist on my imac. Any easy solution please ? Thanks.

When I open projects that I made on the recent BETA version of Adobe Rush the link to the files are missing (check screenshots).2. If I import a new film and try to play it back there is no sound? Anybody else experiencing these problems and are there any solution?I am using:- MAcbooc Pro M1 16 GB RAM- MacOS Big Sur Version 11.2.3 Hope for a quick fix as I am working for a client :).

It opens on my mobile but not on my computer. It's up to date. I've tried restarting the computer. I tried opening while holding down the alt key. I jsut get the image of the girls face and it won't move any more. Am about to look at other platforms as spent way too long trying to solve this. what are some other platforms? 

Hi! I am very new to using the Adobe platform and I am using a low-level laptop so whenever I use Premiere Pro my laptop just freezes. Now I am trying to use Premiere Rush but whenever I import videos from my PC to Premiere  Rush the colors are all over the place.  Any beginner advice you guys can give me on what I'm doing wrong? Thanks!

Help! I've just edited my film, with sound and suddenly everything is playing up.  The sound has completely disappeared.  i.e. the sound waves have disapeared on each clip.... this is not a mute issue.  It feels like the project has currupted.  So so frustrating.  Any quick fixes anyone? Thanks in advance 🙂

Hello people I have a problem with ... when I start the app and make a video comes no sound at all videos whether I create new or just created are the video itself just hacks around and komtm thereisno sound can help me ??

So today I edited a video using Rush on my computer as opposed to my phone. I noticed, though, that when I would split the footage and then edit the section out, in playback I would see a large green splotch to the left. I have no idea why this is happening, but I would love to know how to fix it! I saw the posts about the green lines and purple lines, but I don't think this is quite the same thing. Any help would be appreciated.

So I make videos for my yt channel with rush and I export using the yt 1080p preset but with my latest video the exported file Is really blurry. BTW most of the video is timelapse

why cant premiere rush render my videos to publish anymore? Then it leaves me a note saying that the app is not responding. this has been going on since yesterday and is delaying my work.

G'day Rush legends! I'm a new user here and having a problem with removing 50 seconds of nothing at the end of a clip im working on.Normally, I would highlight the section i'd like to crop and BOOM its gone. But this section of nothiness doesn't highlight or able to edit?Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers!

I just started using Rush to try out Adobe's video editing before considering the upgrade to Pro.I have some MP4 files shot on my Sony A6000 that I want to try and work with, but I can't even playback or preview my videos in the app. When I create a new project, select an MP4 from the harddive and hit "play" to preview it, it crashes instantly- no report- the app just locks up and goes away. I haven't been able to interact with any of the media I've shot with my camera or phone. The screenshot above shows just what I see before the crash, you can see the artefacts in the playback space that the popups leave behind as it locks up before crashing.  Using the newest Rush update 1.5.8 on current Windows 10, up-to-date GPU drivers. I even tried the free trial opf Premier Pro and had the SAME issue. Is this just what to expect in "industry leading software"? very frustrating as I enjoy all my other Adobe services and am really excited to get into video work. 

Galaxy note 20Everything is fine in edit, then I render and go to post, the time stamp will even have the correct time length of the edited clip, but it is always missing the last 10 or so min of the video. Please help.
