Premiere Rush

I have two computers I've used Rush on lately.  On one, I'm seeing 100% CPU usage during video editing/playback in Rush on an older 6-Core Sandy Bridge Processor and nil use of the installed 1080TI during this process.  On a work computer with no discrete GPU, we have an 8700k with integrated Intel 630, and we see the 630 gpu go to 100% and the CPU used rather sparingly during playback.  Nowhere in rush do I see settings to adjust any of this.  Do these characteristics makes sense?  Is there something about the integrated gpu that allows Rush to use it and something about the 1080TI that does not?  Bottom line is the newer system with the better processor, doesn't seem to use the fancy CPU much, but uses the rather weak gpu and yet gets pretty good performance on 4k footage.  The older system with the cutting edge GPU ignores it and bogs down using only the CPU, and stuttering on low quality to the point of making it very hard to get things done.&nbsp

I spent hours to make a video only to find out that after I exported, the background song I used is completely gone. I went back to edit screen and works perfectly fine, so I have no idea what happened. I was using a 7 day trial and this was my last export (3/3) so I'm very disappointed that I won't be able to fix and export. The other two videos I made were perfectly fine and I didnt change any export settings either. Huge disappoinment. 

hi, new to Rush. hope someone can help me with these please:1) why are the text animations so pixelated when I play, but become ok again when I pause? (tested ipad and desktop)2) how do I preview all the different text animations on desktop? on ipad i merely have to click on each one and it will show me how it looks like. However, on desktop I have to manually drag and drop each text animation into the editing area just to view italso: what are those blue checkmarks on certain text animation on desktop?sorry newbie here..thanks in advance.

I've been experimenting with Premiere Rush trial and am unable to remove the gap in between clips. I've searched all over and none of the solutions work .In fact the videos shown are not the same as what I see on my timeline. Is it because I have the trial version and the option to delete gap is not on the trial version? 

Dear Community, I need to sync my video working files to the cloud, containing edits to the raw video file + subtitles that I have added in + music. When I turn on sync for the video I want to safe to the cloud it starts uploading normally but prompts me with an error message: Unable to sync "ski8.1.tmp" in the end. The synced files that do appear in my creative cloud only contain the raw video files and the music. Subtitles are NOT synced. When I try to re-open the files from the cloud in Premiere Rush, all edits to the raw video files are lost (eg cuts and transitions) and the subtitles are not displayed at all anymore.I have checked my storage and have sufficient space left in my cloud.Can someone help?Thanks,Clau

I have worked on an rush project and have it synced but when i open it in premiere pro on another pc all the media is offline. I though it was suppose to sync all this media?

Hello I am using Premier rush and I m unable to turn on the sync of a video so that i could render as by mistake i just switched off sync on all my devices. Please help to turn it on again.

About Rush 1.5.16 :In Adobe Rush I have selected 5 MP4 video files (in 720 P) with these file size : 43.4 Mo, 15 Mo, 64.9 Mo, 13.1 Mo, 16.8 Mo. The total for all the videos is of 153 Mo.If I put all these videos inside the timeline of Adobe Rush, and if I go on the "Export tab", in "Automatic mode (720 P)", I have an export file size of 811 Mo (instead of 153 Mo for the original file size) ! Why this huge difference of file size ? Even if I select low quality I have a huge difference.Could you make Adobe Rush make an export file size near to the  original file size (for a lossless quality export) ?

Just downloaded rush to my iMac, but can't seem how to figure out how to get this to my iPad Pro. Tried to download direct to tablet but it stalled. Any tips on how to get it going in my tablet? Thx in advance for your help! 

Hello, I have installed Adobe Rush's latest version. While rendering the video - there is a green video. I do not have any filters applied. I have installed the latest available version of drivers from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27988. I have restarted my computer after installing it. It did not help - still green video.I know that there are new drivers, but I cannot install them: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/96551/Intel-HD-Graphics-620. I have uninstalled the previous ones and I tried to install those, but I cannot.  Can you help me, please? I have Dell XPS, Windows 10, 64 bit. All updates are up to date. 

When i start to create a video in the rush app there is a message error !Whats the problem ?

Hello ! I have just purchased and installed adobe Rush for video editing. I open it, and it doesnt load. Stays stuck on the main black screen with a blue loading circle. How can I get it to work ? I uninstalled and re installed it, still doenst work. I also tried to update and restart my computer. Nothing works.  I have optic fiber internet 1go plugged directly via ethernet cable and a decent computer (I live stream with it) so I highly doubt it is on my end with the gear.  Please help and many thanks.

Hallo, we tried with external Microphone and with the internal one of iPhone 7 with adobe Rush. The result was, that the voice always sounds like Micky Mouse. What is the fault?

This is my Invention and it changes all of our lives. it is real and it workes. I cannot build it as parts are being delayed but anyone can buuild it, it is for ALL mankind. Is Rush limited to only one video track? I see they have added additional audio tracks.

Please help! I am just trying to make a simple image montage in Adobe Rush. When I am import my 12 images, Rush changes the images so I will have copies of them with the names of the files I imported. i.e. I import two files called 'White House' and 'Rose Cottage' and the application changes it so both of the images are of 'Rose Cottage' but one is still called 'White House'. Its making it impossible for to work as sometimes it does it mid way through a video. 

I have a large file that I need to edit down into smaller segments. I need to save each of these segments as separate files. I already known there is not a save as feature in this program. I also only have one computer I can do this on. Recommendations on how to do this or can this not be done?Thanks!

filmed on my Google Pixel. MOB: Turned on ✅✅  Preference: User Cellular For Sync✅ Project : turned on syncCloud:Cloud documents = empty no project is shown ❌Desktop:2 projects were successfully synced. 2 other project just keeps getting the screens like above. ✅ WIFI - connected to the same wifi✅ Have tried to uninstall and reinstall Premiere RUSH again, nothing worked. Long time Adobe subscriber, first time Rush user.I'm so disappointed

Can somebody tell me what is happening to my Premiere Rush? It has been 2 days now since the last time it worked. I alreday unnistalled the app 4 times, I tried to use the previous update but still not working.    

Has anybody found a fix for this problem? I have more than enough RAM to handle the software, I bought a brand new ASUS ROG G531GT 16GB laptop and I cant seem to open my files for editing. As stated in the title, Rush takes forever to access my video files from my external hard drive. Once I direct it to the right file location the screen sits blank for 10-15 minutes before it shows me the files and after I DO select one it takes several more minutes to import and the software boggs WAY down.  I've followed a tutorial to make sure Rush is accessing my Accelerated GPU but still no change.  I choose to beleive Adobe wouldt have released such a terrible software and its got to be something on my end. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

I am choosing video for editing in Adobe rush app but screen goes blank though I can hear sound of my video

Video is blank but sound is audible in Adobe premiere rush though my android version is 10 + ... please reply fast  because I am doing my urgent project.....

i already went to community support to see why my vedio is green and pink/purple and what ij have read and done and downleded and uploaded still does not work. Someone please HELP!

Please help and suggest how to edit Titles. I don't have "Edit" button visible in my version...
