Premiere Rush

Hey guys, I've got a brand new Sony Xperia 10 II, opened the box yesterday. So I've been trying to install Adobe Premiere Rush, but the Google Play Store tells me that it's not compatible with my phone. Is Rush not working for Android 10 yet, or what could be the problem? Cheers!

Hi     My college Children's Literature class requires that I shoot a video of me reading a book for the viewing audience and providing a series of informational trivia after the reading is finished.  I don't really have an appropriate reading nook in my home, so I'd like to record it and change the background to a solid or muted/blurred image background.       Is this possible with Adobe Premiere Rush? I can only afford the $10 Adobe CC Creative Suite right now, so I can only work with the software solutions that provides to me.     If post production video change to background is impossible, should I just shoot in front of a sheet or something?  Any and all help is requested, appreciated and will be utilized.  Thank you!!

Launching the app on my iMac never completes. Chasing blue circle goes on endlessly, I can access Help, Learn and Community, however Create a New Project is dimmed. The app is not locked up either. I can access menus at the top, just not all items. Is anyone else having this issue? Is this a Cloud sync issue?

Giving Rush on desktop a shot; it opens to the Open Project screen, but once I click on a project it hangs on a grey screen with no options available. I do run Premiere Pro and AE on this system without an issue. Additionally, I am accessing this via Adobe for Teams, so if this is the same error as that one, please confirm.iOS versions of the software are working fine.Thanks!My system specs are:Mac Pro (Late 2013) - macOS High Sierra 10.13.63 GHz 8-Core Intel Xeon E564 GB RAMGPU - AMD FirePro D500 3072 MB

I am beyond disappointed and frustrated. The program keeps crashing, when it does work it's jittery and slow. I have missing files continuously after recreating the project 3 times. I have received an error message that it's having issues saving the project as well as syncing to the cloud. If I try to access the project on my iPhone (view only) I'll receive an error message on the desktop version that it was modified and I should save a copy or it will be overwritten. Sometimes it allows the save sometimes it just won't open. When it does open files are usually missing.  It's been over a week now and nothing has changed.  I've rolled back to an older version and no change. I'm using Mac OS Catalina 10.15.5Anyone with any resolution to share??Thanks in advance xx

I am trying this for the first time and looks like I will be using this quite often. However, the app will not sych with my desktop like LR and LR Mobile does. Is there something I am doing incorrectly or RU does not do this?I appreciate your time and apologize if this is already been asked...I did not find it.

Fixed my last issue by uninstalling and reinstalling. NOW, it is removing intermittent and large junks of the video dialogue!! I have been trying for 2 weeks to get a 15 minute video done. SMH, I'll be moving on to another app. No one has time for this BS!!!

The video on my mobile is staying still on preview but the audio will play. When I export it, it keeps the static picture instead of video yet plays audio.  How to fix? Have tried reinstalling, turning phone off/on to no avail.

How can one gain access to a customer service representative?It seems impossible. Hi,So, I was nearly done with a project and twice, a pop up came up to close application so it could save, it stated that it hadn't saved my work automatically for a while now. But this always happens at the end, and i closed the app several times in between adding scenes. So, is anyone else having this problem just before you're finished with a project and this pop up shows up, and you close the app and your project is lost? I know i saved my work, so not sure what the issue is. And yes, before anyone asks i did just update the software. Any help would be appreciated, thank you. 

I recently switched to a Macbook Air and since a couple of days ago, I've been unable to use Rush. Every time I launch it, after a few seconds it just dissappears. It seems like this is a problem with a lot of users on here, but how do I solve it? I'm really not tech savvy - part of the reason I'm going with Rush is because it's easy for even technophobes like me to use - so I'd really prefer to not switch over to iMovie or another app unless I absolutely have to. Help!

Hi, I just downloaded rush on my I phone X. I recorded a video from the rush camera but I can't see any saving tool to save my video. please help

I'm using the desktop version, trying to edit a video after recording in mp4 with OBS. When I click on channels the multiple tracks are there, but only one shows in the main timeline. Why aren't the tracks showing ? I need to edit them separately, and am struggling to do so.

I want to start off saying I love this program and have made hundreds of quick videos with it. I love the simplicity for me to prioritize the speed and simplicity of producing quantities of videos instead of getting bogged down with Premiere Pro. However, whenever I try to change the speed with fast motion the audio of the entire film does not align properly and I have to start over. Undoing 'ctrl Z' the fast motion edits results in the sound still being off afterwards for what was working before. Closing and re-opening the file does not fix this either. Seperating the audio does not fix the problem, even when I try to realign it manually. Furthermore, I'm not sure I can save out a safe work-in-progress copy seperately before making these kinds of edits because of the way saving is set up (maybe there is a way to do this but I haven't looked too much into it). I added photos (jpegs) to a video I am compiling. They looked fine until I went out of the program and then back in. Now they are replace with a big orange/reddish square with an exclamation point in them.What did I do wrong, or how do I correct this?

Greetings.I'm a new user of Premiere Rush. I created a simple 30-second video to make sure everything was copacetic, then spend days building a larger video. While the short video rendered fine, the more complex one creates a glitched result every time. I don't get any errors, but the video gets glitched and drops whole sections. Sometimes seconds, sometimes minutes. I did see one specific clip that seemed to always glitch but removing the clip didn't help the rest of the video. Changing the resolution doesn't help, and there really aren't any other settings.My video drivers are all up to date, as is the software.Any suggestions, or am I just screwed? Thanks in advance.

I am using an iOS mobile device and a Windows 10 laptop.  The video is chopy on the windows machine.  The footage added from the Windows machine will not show on the iPhone and the footage from the iPhone will not show on the windows machine. Any idea on what to do to get these to sync?  I was under the impression that creative cloud was suppose to be the end all when it came to working on a project across multiple platforms.

Folks, Is it possible to create a video template project? IE - If I am creating videos for YouTube instead of having to everytime import my intro, music and outro does Rush allow you to have a video template or template project that I could just start with every time instead of having to recreate all of them elements (intro, music, outro, titles, etc) every time? Thank you.:: K

Hey guys, Is there a way to add a "Videoover" like we can add a "Voiceover" into a current project? The idea behind is that this Videoover should directly use my Webcam and record something I have to say and add it directly to the project? I am aware that I just can seperatly record a video in an other program and then add the file to the project, but I was hoping to do that in Rush directly but couldn't find a way to do so. I am using the Desktop version: 1.5.16 (Build 564) on the current Windows 10 build. Thanks a lot.
