Premiere Rush

While in my trial period, I have made a 10 minute video. I have tried about 7 times to render it on my iPhone.  My phone timed out, my phone rang, messages popped up I needed to respond to. Each time, it Interrupted the rendering process and caused it to fail. However it also took away/credited to my 3 free renders too!!  It is going to take HOURS for the rendering to finish for this 10 minute video, but if it it going to totally not allow me to use my phone in the meantime, this software is unuseable!  I cannot be without my phone for hours!  I can't  even do a test to see how it renders or posts to social media to want to further buy the software license now.Can I get my failed renders reset?  And how do i stop the interruptions, or get the phone to continue rendering with the interruption?

I have a question - Is it possible to move a procect from one account to an other?   In my company we have 7 salespersons who all wants to try to use Rush. But before there videos are share with youtube/FB etc. our marketing needs to verify it all.... Therefore I need to know if it´s possible for the 7 salespersons to send there rush project to marketing, and then Marketing og the salespersons themself will send the videos out...   Regards Jakob Title edited by mod

This may be obvious, and it may be covered somewhere, or it may just be obviously impossible, but I can't find anything covering the case.I've got some video of a child with Twinkle Twinkle little star being played. I want to cut it in half so that just the first bit of the song is playing. Unfortunately the child is smiling more in the second part of the footage - so ideally I'd like to keep the audio track from the first bit of footage, but delete the pictures, and splice that audio over the second bit of footage.However while I can split the clip, and I can shrink the audio track within the clip, I can't work out how to delete just the audio without deleting the pictures, and vice versa. Is this even possible? Any advice on this appreciated!

I use iPhone X and these days App doesn't allow to export video. It drops me out every time. Tried already about 30 times.   title edited by mod

Hello, When importing certain media into Rush on my Macbook, the audio is very distorted however, if I import that same media into the same project on the iPhone app, I have no problems. Exact same files and project. I've had this happen with several pieces of media: .mp3s from a music catalog online, and iPhone video Airdropped to my MacBook. Boggles my mind since usually desktop applications are more reliable. Although I eventually plan to switch to iOS and iPadOS only, I still think this is something that should be addressed. Thank you,Clayton Chavez

My Rush project is rendering and saving a file but there is no video, just a black screen and audio. I am on Windows 10 with all my drivers updated... How do I fix this?

After working on a project for 10 hours the app crashed causing my Galaxy S10 to restart. When I opened the app my project was missing. Nothing... I'm angry and devistited. That's unacceptable!!! I don't think it's possible to get my work back. However this is my last hope. Any suggestions in how can I get my project back?

I am learning Adobe Rush - replacing my old video creation software that crashes too often.  I am not sure I am having a right-click issue, or if Adobe Rush does not allow you to right click on items on the video timeline.  Also everything is choppy like there is a resource issue - something I have never experienced before using any video software.  Thanks in advance.

Please, i need help, sorry for my english. On RUSH, i was in my work, but, i don't know why, i have clicked on "add sequece" and then : all my work has disappear ! So I'm Just trying to help my little brother with a gaming clip he wants to make but his Iphone keeps the audio but puts the Video on pause I guess. I use rush all the time on andrioid and im just wondering what the issue is here/ 

Does Adobe Rush store project file backups anywhere? The project has become corrupted and is showing frames that aren't in the timeline and I need to find a previous version of the project.

Hello,I have been using Lightroom CC and really enjoying the way it saved all my images to the cloud and my external hard drive. I was hoping to be able to use my videos stored in Lightroom CC to make videos in Rush, but I see now, that's not how this app works at this point.Here's my confusion. I want to be able to upload my videos to rush and they will be stored (just like LR) in my cloud and in my hard drive, along with the videos I make in Rush. I don't want to lose these original videos.So how to I use Rush as a way to store my videos in an organized way (hard drive and backed up to the cloud)? When I use my videos to make a Rush video, does it permanently chop and alter my original video files?Thanks,Katherine

Hello,   i am using Adobe Premiere Rush in Version 1.2.12 (Build 10) on Windows 10. I created a project with cloud sync - spend hours for cut's, speech. Then I wanna open the project on my mobile - Samsung S9 Plus in Version 1.2.21.3203 thats works - but it dosen't show me all the videofiles. So what - I added a long video from my mobile and spend more hours for cut's. Then I wait for the sync. So back to my Desktop - ohh ..... what happend to my project? It's empty.... Back to my mobile "Fehler Ihr Projekt konnte nicht geöffnet werden. Versuchen Sie es erneut"   OK - don't panic... I open the cloud. I recover all the deletes files in the folder Adobe\Assets\[HASH] it did not help. I try to rename the recoverd folder with a new empty folder (other HASH) - it dit not work. So my project is trash - there is no way so save subversions of a project. I opened an service request - but no help for crashed projects... I am skeptical  to give another try and waste my time. Any id

I'm using Adobe Premiere Rush on my iPad and I've tried adding a title from the panel and when I drag and drop it, nothing appears. Is this a known issue? I'm able to add a simple title but I would like to use one of the animated presets.

Hi Guys, This relates to the current stable build that can be downloaded from the App Store. When I grant access to Dropbox, the vast majority of my folders briefly appear and then disappear. I am left with barely any files to choose from. I cannot explain why. Dropbox tells me that Rush has full access. At the moment, Dropbox integration is non-existent for me.  I can send a video of this behaviour if a developer needs to see it but I'd rather not post it publicly here. Kind Regards  

On two different iPhones 7 and 7 Plus during a training session today. I've had issues with the voices speed while editing. Without any reason, and without changing any speed settings, speed seems to change when playing different projects : the voices sounded faster or slower than reality. Projects used 25fps rushes. Every time, I've had to quit and relaunch Rush to solve that issue and reopen project with the right voices speed.   Title edited by mod

In Rush-Windows there is a switch “use optimized files” or similar. When clicked, Rush generates optimized proxy data which is then used for cutting and syncing. These Proxy files are a bit smaller than the original for my Xavc HD files, they seem not to be generated when working with low res mp4 clips.Question: When I finally render my video, does Rush still use these optimized proxy files? Is there a loss in quality? Are these optimized proxies synced to an Ipad - are they then optimized again for IOS and used for rendering?

Hi all, I’m finally going to drop the dough on an iPad Pro. I have been using CC on my MacBook Pro and am using Premiere and Photoshop primarily, mainly to put together creative shorts for Instagram (I’m primarily an audio producer, but I pair audio with visuals for promo stuff).  My Premiere skills are beginner plus, pretty rudimentary, but slowly and surely I’m getting better.  And I’d like to be able to some basic illustration and wording on images to jazz up my visuals. I don’t really draw tho ... so this would not be extensive. And maybe I’ll suck at it! Who knows.So my questions are ... if I plan to use Premiere Rush and the other CC apps on my iPad Pro ... would you sport for the 12.9?  I’m a little reluctant to do this because I find myself grabbing for my iPhone alot more than my current ancient iPad air 2 ... prob due to convenience (and def due to $$$$$). But everything I’m seeing is saying GET THE SCREEN SPACE.Also ... storage. Yikes. Right now on my phone I

how do you auto sync sound form an external recorder in primer rush

Hi,   I'm new to Adobe Premiere Rush and need some help. All of a sudden I have  lost the ability to edit 1 of the titles: Bold Caption Fade to be specific. I can add it to the video, but the text does not show and there is no Edit button on the menu to the right. I've tried other captions and it seem to work, just this one has lost this ability.
