Hi guys,I have a cursor that isn't responding, the cursor is still there but it isn't responding to clicks on the screen but the screen is looking fine. If you know how to fix it please reply!
Ive added titles to my project. In my playback it shows over a transparent background so I can see my video track underneath. However, after I exported, the titles have a solid black background and hide my video track. How can I fix this?
There's a 5 GB limit to single uploads onto Creative Cloud. I work with large video files (30-80 GB) and I want to be able to make a rough cut on my iPad and finish them at home on my desktop with Premiere Pro. If I start an edit on my iPad will that footage sync considering I have 100 GB of free storage or does that 5 GB limit still apply. And if that limit still applies, is there a way for me to get those projects to my computer to finish in Premiere Pro?
I have created a video project in Premiere and when I encode it through either Premiere Pro or Media Encoder, the final product shows intereference. I have spliced together about 7 short videos and each shows correctly for a couple sentences, then a few of them show interference with vertical CMYK lines across the screen like the four color channels aren't aligned. I can't figure out why it's happening. So frustrated! Thanks for your help!
Just recently had to switch laptops and was poking around in Rush looking at a different problem and discovered that I can't access any video or audio files via the Rush Media Browser. Only images show up. I can't even access the sample media, it's just showing "No files to show".My specs are macOS Mojave 10.14.4 (Just updated)Macbook Pro (15-inch, 2018)Adobe Rush v1.0.4 (Build 2)I uninstalled Rush and installed it again. And I've signed out of Creative Cloud and signed back in.My next step is to see what happens if I turn off Trend Micro Security Agent which our IT department installed. I need them to figure that out I think they locked it down. Anyone else having problems with Rush and an antivirus program?
I've been using Premiere Rush for a little while now, to edit my church service videos into short clips for social media, and it basically wouldn't load for a handful of days, and when it finally did, all the clips I've made aren't showing up. Can anyone help me out?

Theref I can’t open it with Adobe Rush. Although I really want to.I also sometime purchase certain templates on Envato and I want some right away, but since I don’t even know how to install them properly on my iPad I can’t decide whether to buy or not.Can you pls be more specific on the steps should I make to work with Premier Pro templates, what extinction should the file be, how to add them to adobe rush.I’m familiar with adobe products and video rendering. I just want to try it with Adobe rush. it seems like a valuable app.The printscreen is attached As you can see, the files are inactive from dropbox P
Hi,Is it possible to:-Create a project in Premiere Rush with CC account "X"-Open Premiere Pro with CC account "Y"-Open Premiere Rush project from account "X" ?Basically is it possible for a workflow between two people using two different creative cloud accounts. One using Premiere Pro and one using Rush?
Synopsis of my frustrations:I'm a newbie to Premier Rush but from what I've heard, it's pretty good folks like me - Namely a Techy' of 25 years experience, but a relatively 'Luddite' idiot in the field of media editing and production etc.The story so far:I've just installed Rush and Bridge on my laptop running Windows 10 (x64) Ent' and my aim ultimate is to easily compile some snazzy looking demo sequences of my 4K drone footage for professional purposes. I've chosen Adobe Rush and Bridge experimentally to see how easy it is for someone like me, with no expertise explicitly in digital video production. I want to organise and prepare my media resources on my local network or USB3 HDD's and use Adobe Rush installed on my laptop to (eventually) compile some professional looking video sequences / stills of my drone footage, which I need to present as demo' material to a number of potential clients who are hungry and waiting to view what I can provide for them as a service. The laptop is pre
So when I import videos into either premiere rush or Premiere Pro, all of the videos appear green and purple and they're all out of sync with the sound and they spazz out as if they're getting hacked into by some alien. Even when I make a video on my phone with Premiere Rush, and then work on the project on my computer, it changes to this. Any ideas of how to fix it?
This happens on my projects after the recent update running Rush app on my win10/PC. This even happens when loading up the default example project. Also happens on final render? Timeline looks fine, playback and render trashed.Anything I can do to fix/avoid this? Not a good first experience so far with Rush, really hoping it gets better.

When importing a video to Adobe Rush on iPad Pro it is completely green. The video was exported by Premiere Pro in h.264 format.I also exported a video with the HEVC codec (h.265), this one gave error when importing to Adobe Rush of the iPad Pro.What codecs for .mp4 (.mov gets to a very large size) that I can export in Premiere Pro to edit in Rush of iPad Pro?
hi there,I have the following problem: I try to upload a mov. file to my project but get an error message saying: Media Import Eror. Unsupported media type. 1 of 1 media could not be imported.Does anyone could help me with that? Is there any codec problem? It is a transparent lower third using an alpha channel, is that the problem? Thanks for any help in advance,Best, Dirk
The documentation says Rush can handle 4 video and 3 audio tracks. However, I don't see a way to expose video tracks 2 - 4. I turn on "Control Tracks", so I can see the track headers, but I can only see tracks V1, and A1-3.Don't see a way to expose V2-V4?
Hello all,I started today playing around with Adobe Rush and everything looks pretty easy to understand and use but I'm confused as to what the square and circle are that are on the screen when recording video in "PRO" I believe they are focus areas but is one for foreground and one background? Am I wrong and one is exposure and one focus? I'm sure it's an easy answer but I'm stupidly stumped.
Is it possible to import templates with graphics from premierepro ?We where told from adobe that it should/will work ,a few month ago, but I cannot find any way to to so.I'm talking about the mobile version (IOS) ... or ist it limited to the desktop (win/OSX) version ?has anyone experience with this issue?
No sound in project when importing mp4 files more than 10 min
I've been developing in Rush for a couple weeks and just noticed that when I go back into projects to keep working with them that the original movies are missing. Fortunately I have a cloud backup of everything, but this is a massive pain as I do not want to continuously re-download multi-GB video files! Any ideas on how to fix the issue??
Hi,I am wanting to simply create an audio video of a painting that I've made and had scanned into a JPEG.In addition to this JPEG I have around 6.5 mins of audio. I have managed to assemble all these elements in Premier Rush successfully. However, I want the still JPEG to be visible throughout the full duration of the audio. After around 2 seconds it disappears and the background goes black. How can I accomplish this? Thank you in advance for your guidance.
I just downloaded Adobe Premiere Pro Rush and i get the green and pink on my vids. Thought when I go to 'file at top right of screen there is no 'preferences' option to change. Help
So this started months ago and I am sad to say that many hours of love and work have dissapeared. Basically the issue I have is my project just doesn't load anymore. There is a grey screen and I can't do anything...Despite repeatedly stating, I suppose I have to write it out; here is my PC info:OS Name Microsoft Windows 10 HomeVersion 10.0.17134 Build 17134Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz, 2801 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 16.0 GBResolution 1920 x 1080 x 60 hertz----I have two drives:Free Space 81.88 GB (87,921,029,120 bytes)Free Space 407.19 GB (437,219,438,592 bytes)----Realtek AudioInternet Connection is fine - Ethernet Cable (Occasionaly)Something to add, after a couple months, the "help" provided by Adobe is extremely not helpful, and anytime I told them that I was busy, they called, and anytime I told them I was not busy, they did not call. A lot of the things they asked me to do initially (and other things I have read a
Basically the title. I recorded some game footage using OBS Studio into .flv format. I converted the file using VLC media player to H.264. Checking the file, its still the original duration of 3 minutes. However, if I import the media file into Premiere Rush, it sees the thing as more than two hours long, stretching each frame into several seconds. I'm completely bewildered. I've attached a google link to the converted file so you can take a look and see if it does the same thing. https://drive.google.com/open?id=1Ck4a5CdhuLwSVBBBG_ME0oaKukr3ci_o
I'm trying the RUSH demo for Windows 10 for the first time. I had recently downloaded all of my video content from iCloud. My video files are a mix of .mov and mp4's.In RUSH when I'm looking at my video folder, only the first 144 videos (12 rows of 12) show a preview. Everything after that is blank. It seems to be a hard limit set in RUSH. When I order the videos by 'date created', ALL of the previews disappear and don't come back. Obviously I'm not paying for RUSH if it doesn't work.
