Premiere Rush

Does anyone have any idea why I can't access my photo library on my apple laptop  but have no problem seeing my photos on iphone or ipad? It sees my video files. Does Rush have a photo library file limit size? Thanks in advance.

Had successfully connected Premiere rush to Youtube using youtube account. At the last step of publish getting error "An error occured".  

A few months back and my Adobe Rush upload to our YouTube/Channel account has worked fine. But back then I started to get a simple, but very unhelpful error meesage as I click the 'Publish' button to upload to YouTube:  'An error occurred' in red text. I've logged out and logged into our YouTube Channel/Account within Adobe Rush, but that has made no difference. I've kept trying in case it was a temporary error, but same error message everytime for months! My YouTube account is already verified, which one post suggested to check.  Anyone have any clues as to what may be wrong as I've struggled to find the same error reported elsewhere and I don't know what anyone is supposed to do with an error report that just says, 'An error occurred' !!?? Any clues or help appreciated.

I see on YouTube some users with Adobe ru have 3 options under Audio: basic, advanced and channels. Why does mine only have 2: basic and advanced? I need the ability to adjust the channels and is missing???

Why is it that Rush doesn't have a dedicated track add/subtract options? Why can't I move a piece of media without affecting all the media above it? That's just insane. I want to be able to move tracks around without it trying to auto-collapse the timeline. And despite all it's flaws it still manages to hog up all of my computer's memory and cpu. I get that it's supposed to be more user friendly, but even Windows Movie Maker was easier to control.   Mod note: Editied for content

Hello, I've recently downloaded Premiere Rush (macbook PRO)and I'm having an issue with the playback screen. whenever I import a video I can hear and see the audio in the bar below but I can't see the video. I have seen some solutions and I've tried them such as: optimizing clips, making sure "Pre-render Sequences for playback" is checked, and uninstalling and reinstalling the app but nothing has fixed the issue. 

Everytime I go to save my video from Adobe rush, some of my clips show up as black screens, the audio still works great. How do I fix this issue?? I have a mac book pro.

Hello how do I merge split clips so it becomes one clip in Adobe Rush? I want to change the speed for the entire video. This should be obvious but I cannot find the solution ANYWHERE.   Thanks in advance.  Title edit by mod

Is it possible to select several clips together and change the clip duration.This because I made a movie only built up with pictures.At this moment I have to do it for each clip individualy too much work for 200 clips

While all JPEG photos can be imported into Premier Rush desktop version, some of the same photos cannot be imported into Rush mobile apps.   title edited by mod

App shuts down at 2% when I try to download the finished video. Why? 

  Hallo, ich habe gerade erst angefangen mit dem Programm zu arbeiten. Leider habe ich das Problem, dass meine Videos in einer ganz anderen Farbe im Programm angezeigt werden. Wisst ihr was ich falsch gemacht habe? Ich füge zwei Screenshot bei, das im blasseren Ton ist das wenn ich es im Programm habe. 

I can't save because I can't find the save button.  I had to do it with the "share" tab.  I'm not a TikTokker.  I just want to save it.

It's so difficult to edit graphics in rush. What's the best way to do that? I end up using Adobe Express to create something in adding it in as media. 

I make a video with some of the music offered in Rush and then after awhile, the auido turns red and I can't hear it anymore. Why?

I'm trying to open a Premiere Rush project in Pro, but all the audio tracks are missing and locked. Audio is, somehow, playing, just not on the tracks. Which is odd. Here is the Rush track:  And the Pro track: Additionally, in Pro the proxy status says 'Proxy - status: Off' Any ideas would be very welcome! Neil  

I can't find any answers to this that aren't iphone related. I uploaded the videos from my SD card and had been working on the project. Only 1 video isn't red. What happened and how do I fix this?!?!

I create projects daily. Today the most recent project title I can even see is from months ago. Nothing more recent. AND even those old projects are just grey film strip icons and don't open any content.  I have logged out and back in of Rush and iCloud, reset preferences. And synced up creative cloud and libraries. No change. Oh and I only use Rush on desktop. screenshot for ref.Please help.

 I'm making an animation, but my problem is that there is no replace feature for photos, so every time I delete a photo, I add a new photo and it doesn't fit in the right position.

I Can not count the times the app on Booth iPad and iPhone chrashes... it happens all the time. + project freezes, will not play properly, and just now it randomly deleted all the work in a project. It is so frustrating. I do not understand, that you above all will set your name on this. 

Hello Community, can you help me out? I created a 12 min video and when I go back to edit it, the edit screen is black/blank. The menu options at the top of the screen are all greyed out. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling/ restarting without success. I have windows 11; i7; 2.8 G; 64-big op sys.  Thank you in advance for your advice !
