Premiere Rush

iOS app is taking up more than half my phone storage, and I have no saved projects. I've deleted every last one from the device. Any idea why or how to clear it? Thanks!

Exporting compromises video quality and there is no way to make any better settings. I'd like to be able to decide the codec or at least to be able to match source quality when exporting. I'm going to download cupcut because as a professional I can't afford this 

This needs to be fixed ASAP.  I am a paid subscriber to both the Premier Rush Android Mobile Version as well as the Premier Pro and Premier Rush Windows Desktop Versions.  Adobe claims that the Rush versions should be able to edit the project back and forth.  My mobile video assets will not sync to my desktop versions.  It appears that Samsung Galaxy S23 isn't supported.  Very upset that I spent the money AND considerable time on this program. Here's a chat with support: Me: My media files from my mobile Android Premiere Rush projects aren't syncing to my Desktop Windows version. The project opens on desktop but I get empty frames with an exclamation point where the asset should be. The last agent told me to close both applications and to create a duplicate on the mobile and let it sync. I lost all the projects when I open my Premiere Rush. I tried to log in and out again and reinstalled the app.My subscription is still valid but I couldn't find my projects back.What can I do? How can I connect back the cloud and get my projects back?

I have a project with only 1080p and 4k assets.Yet, Rush only gives me option to export in 720p.  What is going on?How do I change this to 1080p?   A little disheartening that I put all this time into editing a project only for Rush to downgrade my video to 720p.

I need an option to turn off the auto sync on opening rush. This has undesired effects when starting the app and prevents new project creation. 

I have seen some posts regarding this from a while back (ex Claudio AFC's post, 2018) and an answer from an adobe employee (Mark Mapes!) about how it possibly will be added in the future to Premiere Rush. I am wondering if there's any updates to this as I'm new to the app and this feature would seem nice.

I have a basketball game video of my son I wanted to post to YouTube.  Everything works fine until the actual uploading part.  Similar to how the phone stays on while stitching and rendering the video, is it possible to have it do the same as it uploads?because it does not keep the screen on, the screen shuts off and the phone goes to sleep, stopping the long upload and effectively cancelling the upload.  It is a suboptimal process.

how to add markers on premier rush? I cant do anything without markers.

I downloaded the app and after some searching, I was disappointed to find there's no way to do green screen, even though it's both a staple feature of many apps, and a rather basic one.

Hello,  Can anyone pleaseeeeee help. I've been trying to edit videos on premiere rush and premiere pro but every time I export the video I want to edit it becomes glitchy and laggy and really low quality. I've been using a 1080p capture card to record ps5 gameplay using OBS.the image quality is fine before I export it, also tried editing the settings in both apps with no luck. any advice would be greatly welcomed Thanks Zoe

Hello,This app is really good! However a few more features would be awesome. - Ultra key or chroma key (removing green screens) - The possibility to add an automatic countdown which has the video length duration (English is not my mother tongue but I hope I'm understandable) - Some basic voice effects that allows us to modify our voice. Other than that the app is pretty cool 😊

Hey! I've been using Abobe Rush for 3 years now and let me tell you I've CONSISTENTLY had a terrible experience with the quality of this app, half of the time it doesn't work. A lot of the problems I run into are Crashing, crashing, crashing and crashing again for seemingly no reason at all on export of small & large videos (part way through the export or right at the beginning) & crashing while editing larger projects (locally & synced)Glitches SOOOOOOO many glitches in final export (that don't show up on the rush app, with no way to know unless exported, which usually crashes) even when editing with only one file typeSynced media entirely missing on other devices with no way to locate missing filesLosing synced & local media from older projects, having to completely start over I've fought with videos on Adobe Rush for HOURS just trying to export at all or find and remove glitches just for another one to pop up somewhere else. Not to mention the hal

I love this app but unfortunately, I might be finding a new editing program as it has become incredibly slow, glitchy, And if it doesn't crash while editing it pretty much always crashes when exporting.  Please let me know if there's anything I can do to resolve this, but I've been dealing with it often on for the past couple weeks now. I have plenty of hard drive space as well as very good reception and high-speed.

Users who are paying for your products have been complaining about the Adobe Rush app on mobile for several years. App crashes consistently every time when trying to export the project. And you still haven't acknowledged or addressed the issue. This is ridiculous. We need a fix for it ASAP.

Hi, I've tried to do everything I can think of to get Adobe Premiere Rush to open and nothing seems to work. It's stuck on the loading screen pictured below. I've read other older posts about a similar issue and I tried deleting some of the plug-ins and now the issue doesn't stop at Importerquicktime.bundle, but at AEFilterEdgeFeather.bundle. PLEASE help, I really need to be able to use this program!

Hello, I was working on a project in premiere rush today on my iPad Pro and I switched to another tab and when I switched back the app abruptly restarted and when I reopened it I had lost about five hours of work. I had been switching to other windows and tabs throughout the project and there had been no issue I checked my cloud files and there was no option to recover the lost version. This is incredibly frustrating. is there any way I can recover these files?
