Premiere Rush

I have a lot of videos in the cloud from Lightroom CC. Why don’t they show up in Rush. Also I have 1 tb of cloud storage already. Why would I want to buy another 100 gb just to get unlimited exports. What the heck is going on...I was really looking forward to Rush and now I’m so disappointed.   Mod note: Title was changed and Feature Request label was added to reflect the feature request.

I have been dealing with this weird thing with Rush. I am on an iPhone 11 and shoot 4K. When I take the videos, they're fine. However, when I put them into Rush, a couple parts of a few videos will become pixilated for a split second. Never longer than 2 seconds or so, but it's enough to render the clip useless. I don't know how to fix it, what I'm doing wrong to cause this, and it's ultra frustrating. Sometimes it will freeze, and I can't do anything besides exit the app. Other times it will open but the audio won't play, nothings muted and my device audio is up. Plus, today the app just crashes mid-edit and all my work is gone. I don't know how an app from Adobe can be stood by--by Adobe--with these blatant and annoying flaws. I am a paid subscriber too which is all the more frustrating. 

When I add pictures or table to my recorded video my voice stops being heard. hos can I keep hearing my voice when I add a figure or table ThzDev 

HelloI have a problem with Mogrt files.there are only a few mogrt files to download about graphics .Only 16 pieces appear in the saved graphics. after that, no more will be added.Anyone know a solution?Thanks

All of a sudden -- my voice on some of the clips and any voiceovers I do -- is very static sounding and distorted sounding. Everything always sounded great before. I record on my I Phone 7 but edit on my MacBook air. I record voiceovers directly into the mac with no external mic. I had the mac mic checked out today. It's fine. I've uninstalled and reinstalled RU -- the problem is still there. Help Please!

As I try to use iPad as my main editing station I would love to have the ability to reverse, stop, play and change speed while editing like I can do in Premiere Rush and Premiere Pro on macOS using JKL keyboard shortcuts. 

I have an error signal that prevents me from rendering a video. Fix it, please 

how can i remove graphics i have saved , unfortunately saved a few none needed ones during my learning process and now i have to scroll throiugh them to get to the ones i wantthanks

The text editing in Android Rush is difficult, nearly impossible. I guess I can copy and paste, but the keyboard doesn't come up very often. Difficult to select text, besides layer, thank you. I know, Android, but specific way to toggle or selecting text to edit might help! 

In premiere rush on iPhone 13 Pro Max I can't move clip on a timeline to a specific point. Let's say I want to move clip so that it starts at certain point on a song, it won't let me do that. I don't see any buttons or options that would unlock this feature if there is one. Kinda disappointed 🥲 plus when rearranging clips it won't let you do that as well and when you delete clips it deletes audio as well even there is a clip at the start...

I connect iPad to a docking station to work with mouse and monitor, but the App crashes. I ask to fix this problem

hii bought the subscription on ipad but it dosnt work on mac. i have checked my adobe creative plans and i have active plans. but as soon as i want to use premium features on rush on mac it tells me to buy rush. i have already signed out many times. what shoukd i do? 

I am currently working on a video project in Premiere Rush on my iPad Mini 4.  However, when I preview the project, the images render extremely slowly.  How do I speed up the rendering of the images in my project?  I love the app, but it's very annoying to wait for minutes on end for the images to move through the preview, especially when the video clips render at the correct speed.  Any help from anyone will be truly appreciated.

Iam unable to process videos taken in my Sony a74. Iam seeing only a black screen when iam trying to process. Can you please assist. The same files iam able to process in inShOT free version I have taken 1 year subscription and unable to use the app

Premier Rush does not seem to recognise the MP4P file (song copied from Apple music) when trying to add media to my project. Has anyone encountared the same issue?

Hello.I made a short video, speeding up the original one, use a pre built effect, and a free soundtrack. Due to it is free, I tried to export in a 1080p formát, but after I push the button, it shows the rendering screen, and after 1-2 secs it stops, and show a message, something went wrong, and open again my project. My question is, is it possible that my phone configuration is not compatible with Rush? I want to go for premium, but if there is a problem like this, I don't think that I will go for it.Thanks Pál 

I would love to be able to use my Apple Pen on iPad to directly write over clips. Workaround now would be to write on green slide, screen record is, import clip in Rush and chromakey the green out. i would love to directly write over the clips imported, so i know where my written/drawn things end up on my time line. Like a custom graphic effect/overlay thingy. You know, like final Cut has now introduced... 😉

Hi, ich habe jetzt weit über 8 Stunden an einem Projekt gearbeitet und möchte es nun, wie sonst auch immer, exportieren. Ich habe einen Account den ich bezahle. Bin auch angemeldet in der App aber ständig sagt Adobe, dass ich zum exportieren eine Premiumfunktion brauche. Die habe ich ja aber bereits. Wenn ich auf das Abo klicke, kommt immer nur die Sanduhr... es funktioniert einfach nichts. Ich habe keine Lust, dass meine ganze Arbeit umsonst war. Was kann ich tun????? Ich möchte einfach nur mein Video haben. Die anderen Mlw hat es ja auch funktioniert. viele Grüße  

I have been invoiced (paid account) four times but still can't share or export to my local computer. I'm wondering if it's a software bug? I might add that I uninstalled Rush, used the Adobe removal tool, reinstalled Rush but it still does not work. Very disappointing product.PC - Windows 10 v1909RAM 32 GBCPU Intel i5 3.5 GHz

I'm trying to edit a video in my Mac Photos library using Premiere Rush. I can see the library from the "select media" screen, but the folder won't open and show my videos. I have verified that Rush has access to Photos in System Prefs - Privacy. Anyone know how to fix this?

I opened my Adobe Rush project and all of the videoa are gone because I deleted them from my phone, but I saved it multiple times. What can I do?

I have a problem with premiere rush, I cannot find anymore in the preview the videos which I have done few months back, but only a few are lost. i have searched in the Adobe Asset files but haven´t found anything. How or where can I find the saved videos? Please help

When I click on Share, no options come to export the project either locally or socially. Rush tehn wont let me exit the program, I need to use task manager to shut it down. This is odd as I can still edit the video and play it. I just can't do anything else with it. I have tried an odler version still does the same thing. 

I would like to remove a sequence that is only 4 frames long and i can't choose or pick it up with the mouse. Is there any way to expand or zoom in the timeline?
