abonnement adobe pack pas reconnu

Bonjour, tout d'abord j'aimerai bien savoir comment contacter un support !

voila mon probleme , je suis abonné à adobe pack et quand je souhaite convertir un pdf en word , je suis systematiquement envoyé vers une page me demandant de prendre un abonnement.

Je ne vois pas de rubrique pour signaler le problème.

J'ai le même probleme mon abonnement n'est pas reconnu. Sauf pour le prélèvement mensuel chez Apple.;-!)

Et impossible de joindre le service client par téléphone ou par mail.
je vais me résoudre à supprimer mon abonnement 😞

Hi Georgesr,

As you are not able to export the PDF to Word from Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, please try to sign out from the application and reboot the machine.

Then sign in with the same Adobe ID(email address) that you used to purchase the Adobe PDF pack.

In meantime, you can use the Export PDF online here https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

Once you open the link use your Adobe ID and the password to log in.
